Description

Santi Burgas presents the new fragrance LOENCE created in limited edition of 1000 pieces, which joins Loant collection launched in 2013. Loence is resulting in a rich woody composition nuanced with precious layers, leaving intense trail and powerful effect on the wearer.

The composition of Loence combines three types of frankincense originating from India, Somalia and Oman. Their rich aromas harmoniously merge with woody accords of cedar from Virginia, patchouli and sensual and warm cashmere wood. The scent is spiced with aromas of ginger berries, which lingers above deep oriental-woody notes. The composition is signed by Blanca Dalmau and Santi Burgas.

Eighth fragrance of the LOANT collection, it is available in bottles of the same form as the previous editions of the collection, as 50ml Eau de Parfum. The bottle is made in golden color and in opaque glass, rowned with a wooden stopper.

LOENCE can be worn on its own but can also be mixed with other scents of the collection. It is recommended as a fragrance that will be the bottom layer, with the heart of LOANT, and the top layer of either LOBITT, LOJAZZ or LOROSE. LOENCE was launched in 2014.

It opens with a big, natural blast of patchouli and a nice blend of frankincense, cedar and some juniper. As it dries, the patchouli takes a bit more of a backseat to the sweet frankincense and “woods.” This is nothing super complex, however it was exactly what I was looking for. It is awesome for what it is and I now happily have it in my collection.

Loence is the base for all the fragrances in the Santi Burga’s Loant Collection. Stating to the brand’s website, it can be used as a standalone or as a layering base to mix with other compositions from the aforementioned range. I opted for the stand-alone option and there you go…
A blast of dry, camphorous and almost minty patchouli joined by loads of cashmeran and incense. There’s some of the aromatic quality of the juniper but for the most part, it’s all about patch, incense and synth woods. If you like dry stuff, it smells nice but I don’t see any particular twist to make it properly stand out. As simple as it sounds and with a sort of mainstream-ish texture. Not much to add.

I have a sample of this juice so short review.
Opens with juniper berries, so it reminded me of polo double black. Then comes woods, patchouli and gives quite dark vibe.I even get some leather.
This scent reminds me of my old 7 series BMW, the scent it has when I enter .Mix of leather and woody interior parts + some dirtiness from engine.
To me it goes to same category as fahrenheit, dark, dirty, Bad boyish .
performance is average, nothing ground breaking.
    I’d recommend to try.
