Description

Little Kiss Cherry was introduced in 2009 to present and announce the first spring days, which will be fragrant and fresh. Perfumer of this edition is Emilie Bouge. Top notes feature accentuated citrusy aromas of yuzu, juicy lemon and sweet litchi. A heart introduces light and airy white flowers. Cherry blossom, camelia and lotus, a genuine floral bouquet add elegant charm, while velvety musk seduces. Luxurious finish of the composition is added by rice powder. Flacons have similar design as the previous edition, Little Kiss. The new version was created by Mikael Carriau, by accenting spring kisses among first blossoming petals of spring. The perfume is available as 30, 50 and 100ml edt.

I have L’Occitane Cherry Blossom and Cherry Blossom Princess and this does not resemble cherry blossoms or anything vaguely pink floral at all. Sharp, peppery, powdery bamboo, watery lotus, waxy magnolias, light musk. Very penetrating and linear, and gives me a HUGE headache. I love several Salvador Dali fragrances but Little Kiss Cherry is the worst equal (Purplelight wasn’t great either).

When I looked at the notes, I listed it to my test list, thinking it would be good. Well, I must admit, I was wrong. Cherry blossom note gives an headache freshness, which I can’t stand at all. I also get a lot of citrus from it.
It’s fresh, but not a perfume for me. What a pity.

Thanks to 2746cstreet for my decant of Little Kiss Cherry. I love cherry scents and cherry blossom scents (L’Occitanne Cherry Blossom being one of my favorites), but Little Kiss Cherry fell a little short of the mark for me. Don’t get me wrong, it smells clean, pretty, and like a solid representation of the “cherry blossom” most of us have come to expect. The dry down is softly fruity with a ripe musky quality and a softly artificial edge. My only reservation is that there is something a little TOO clean and detergent-like about it. It reminds me of a cherry blossom body wash or liquid hand soap, as opposed to a perfume. Not bad, but not great. Nevertheless, I am grateful I was able to try it.

I’m not usually one for fresh scents, but I wanted a cherry blossom for spring/summer. A cherry blossom that didn’t smell like syrup or candies. Based on notes, Little Kiss Cherry seemed like the one for me. I also found it at a very attractive price and liked the weird/cute bottle.
Initially there is a big blast of litchi. Litchi stays throughout the fragrance, but the cherry blossom eventually matches it in intensity. It’s a fresh, floral cherry blossom. Definitely not of the cherry popsicle/lollipop variety. Not necessarily “natural” smelling, but less sugary and completely fake than a lot of others.
I also smell the magnolia, yuzu and the rice powder. All present, but definitely supporting players.
Overall, a soft and clean Asian inspired cherry blossom. Very “kawaii”.

its fresh at first with distinctive litchi and cherry blossom scent, and after a while it gets sweeter but nothing you can’t handle, just pleasing sweetness. The scent altogether is well balanced and it is suitable for casual/office/gift.My least favorite of all ‘Kisses’.

Nice enough BUT… it’s missing something for me. I’ts pleasant but forgettable, not quite fresh enough, not quite floral enough, not quite.. well, just not quite.
Edit. but I still like it 🙂 I trust this does not offend anyone so its suitable for office.
Ediyt2. I changed my mind. I LOVE this. It’s grown on me, as I started to use it more to make room for new perfumes. Enchanting.

On a crisp spring morning as you stroll though an orchard devoid of greenery small frozen blossoms fall and melt on the warmth of your skin like little kisses.
Following the optimistic delight of Little Kiss, Little Kiss Cherry delivers soft ambery flowers. Not strong in any way but it does last thoughout the Day.

    This is great!
    So floral and fruity.
Ideal for girls and young women.
Clear litchi, lotus and cherry blossom. Really cute (but not too sweet!) spring/summer little perfume.
And it lasts, leaving a shade of flowers and musk.
I wouldn’t buy it for myself, it’s not my cup of tea, but I really appreciate it! I like it much more than the original Little Kiss.
