A warm and sunny spring day in a bottle! And today literally happens to be a warm and sunny day in early spring. I spritzed on Liquid Dreams not knowing what type of scent it might be, and I am really amazed and impressed with how perfectly it fits in with the weather and the happy mood. I certainly detect linden, which always smells to me like light honey with a just a smidgen of lime peel. Linden is the biggest note, but it is perfectly adorned with other uplifting florals as well as greeness that’s similar to newly cut grass, but the green part is subtle. The longer it wears, the more it seems like there is a balsamic quality in the base that makes me think of beeswax or maybe even the tiniest bit of benzoin? This is a very beautiful scent, highly recommended for linden lovers. Linden is a note that I have always adored, but when it’s a soliflore it can be overpowering; heady in a way. Here it is perfectly blended so that it’s very apparent but very delicate too. Seems like it could be a perfume for spring fairies. Really nice work by Tanja Bochnig!
I thought I was done with my review, but I have to add this. I am sitting down writing this with the windows wide open. There is a spring breeze blowing in carrying the scent of fresh-cut grass (somebody outside was literally cutting grass a few minutes ago). I am amazed at how the scent of the green grass blends with the fragrance that is radiating from my pulse points. It actually enhances and compliments the scent, creating an amazing spring bouquet. I could not be more happy with this perfume today.
Disclosure: I wrote my review some time ago. I now carry April Aromatics in my shop, but my opinions are still my own.

Liquid Dreams is an uplifting citrus start combined with osmanthus, which registers as a nectarine/apricot-floral on my skin. This phase lasts a good half hour, before it rides into the sunset in a trail of hay.
As with Unter den Linden, a ‘hay’ note often results from perfumery attempts at Mimosa (for me), so some will likely experience a floral base. Overall, the effect is dreamy. A perfect scent for spring!

This is very nice. Smells mostly of a really natural osmanthus, with a burst of citrus opening. For the first hour it’s quite strong but it fades away to nothing within a few hours. Nice while it lasts.

I LOVE this perfume! It is light and takes you to another place that feels refreshing, renewing, and happy. A place to “dream” like it’s name! If you want something light and fresh plus unique, this is your perfume. No one will smell like you.

Liquid Dreams..formerly “Spring Dreams”…

Liquid Dreams is an ephemeral yet pretty enjoyable concoction of zesty and fizzy assorted citrus peels enriched by smooth florals. Simple, invigorating, pretty natural smelling, nice. If you’re fine with the challenging price tag, this could make a good option for very hot summer days…I stick to Guerlain’s Eaus.
