Description
Kate Moss launched her Lilabelle perfume in 2011. In summer of 2012, she releases the first flanker under the name Lilabelle Truly Adorable. Described as a tender and playful scent, it supposes to be cherished. It draws its inspiration from the lazy English countryside weekends, picnics and tea parties in meadows.
“Lilabelle Truly Adorable is dedicated to my daughter Lila, inspired by her girlish innocence. It captures the pure beauty and playful sense of fun of youth. Old-fashion floral prints have always been a part of my summer wardrobe and were a true inspiration for both the fragrance and design”, says Kate.
The floral – green – fruity composition is signed by Alexis Dadier. It begins with gourmand sweetness of candy apples tempered by ivy leaves and black currant. The heart includes a delicate bouquet of sweet pea, lily of the valley and hawthorn, melting into the base notes of almond wood, sandalwood and cashmere musk.
The advertising campaign is shot by Mert and Marcus. The fragrance is available as 30 and 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Wow, i did not expect this fragrance to be so beautiful. It is a very pleasant white floral fragrance that just smells divine. It was a blind buy so i am really happy and impressed too.Excellent rating of 10/10.

Iam really not a fan. This smells cheap and synthetic. I love floral perfumes but fresh natural scents.
It would be okay as a room freshener but would not spray it on my body.

I have and love the original Lilabelle, it’s unique, just bought Truly Adorable and I find it very generic, it’s nothing new, but saying that it’s still quite pleasant and inoffensive, suitable for daily use if you like light floral scents. I don’t smell any resemblance to J’adore as some have mentioned, smells more like Anais Anais to me or very similar, crisp, clean and harmless. Nice but I wouldn’t purchase it again, original Lilabelle has stolen my heart.
Update: Now this has settled on my skin 2 hrs later it smells like Britney Spears Curious, identical in fact.

So pretty and feminine. As it says it really does remind me of picnics in the meadow. It’s delicate floral and a bit soapy which is a good thing. For the pretty, delicate girlie girl who loves flowery summer dresses and the country side and all things a little vintage.

Like a lot of people on here I picked this one up cheap. The bottle itself is truly adorable – I love the retro packaging. It’s simple and pretty, which is also a good way to describe the fragrance. Lots of sweet pea and freshly cut field flowers, but with a slight musky edge that keeps it from smelling like air freshener. Longevity is pretty good – about 6 hours for me and silage is medium. If you are a man who likes florals this could also work for you.
For a visual reference, this is more like Kate and her flower girls on her wedding day with all those delicate white posies as opposed to the clubby black smoking jacket rock chick Kate.

I like this. It’s very sophisticated and floral. Is it only me who thinks it smells nearly the same as Anais Anais? If somebody had sprayed it on me without telling me what it is, I would have said Anais.
J’adore is my favourite perfume, and personally I don’t think it smells the same, but they do share a similarity in that they’re both sophisticated floral.
I very rarely go for celeb brands, but when I first tried the original Kate Moss perfume I was pleasantly surprised so why I gave this a go.
I think I will use this small bottle up fast, because it’s so nice for all occasions.
The nearest perfume I have tried that smells like meadows and countryside has been Nature by Yves Rocher, but I wouldn’t say this is similar. Smell of English countryside in the summer is my favourite smell of all, so great that it has been recaptured in a bottle, although it wasn’t what first came to mind when I first tried, but the more I smell the more I do get hints of that.
Description says it has a sweetness, but it isn’t sickly sweet like some of the Kyle Minogue perfumes.

There are a few reasons why I bought this: It’s Kate Moss and I love the Vintage perfume & the comparisons to other fragrances. I’ve gone through many bottles of J’adore and love that scent very very much. It’s a real classic that never goes out of style (thanks Taylor). However, now that I have it I don’t really detect that much similarities to J’adore. I still have a mini of it and had that on my right and LTA on my left arm. LTA reminds me more of a mix of EA Splendor and the original Juicy Couture. Two fragrances that I like very much as well so that’s fine! One of you mentioned the Tuberose/Gardenia effect and I agree! It’s a sweet, slightly fresh floral that upon the dry down goes a little dry. That’s when the LOTV comes out to play and you’re left with a very nice flowery scent, that has light woodsy notes to it. I really like it a lot! This one has proven again, that Kate really does make great fragrances. Next I’d really like to try the more controversial Vintage Muse and Velvet Hour.

I really love this smell, the LOTV note is really dominant. It reminds of EA Splendor. In the sweetness of this perfume…there’s the freshness u get…yes truly adorable…

Definitely did not expect such a lovely, high-quality fragrance at such a low price..
Very refreshing scent that will instantly cool down the summer heat.. This is a summer scent for me because of its cooling effect..
This has lilly of the valley all over it.. As for the comparisons with j’adore by Dior is more sharp and a bit more dressy where this one is more casual and perfect for anytime. Reminds me of cool breezes that suddenly surprises you in the middle of scorching summers.

I got this today for $15 (50ml).
I almost went back for a back up bottle but luckily I didn’t. It’s not that it’s not nice but when I first sprayed it I thought it was an amazing light floral with a bit of depth, but unfortunately it goes kinda….dry?
I’ll keep hold of it though because it’s ok and I don’t have anything else like it.

This was a blind buy for $15au for me. Not sorry I bought it. It is a uber feminine floral, lots of sweetpea, gardenia and lily of the valley.
It wears long and strong on my skin. Whilst it is not an everyday love for me, it is a breath of fresh air and certainly smells more expensive than the price paid. You could do worse than this scent, in my opinion.

Lilabelle Truly Adorable is a lovely, nostalgic perfume for me. It reminds me of being a young girl, playing in the garden, making daisy chains and the heat of the sun on my face. I absolutely love perfumes which remind me of my childhood or happy memories!
Very floral and fruity, sweet pea, lily of the valley and apple are the main notes. They blend very nicely together. I also have the body lotion which smells divine and makes the scent last longer.
Overall, a lovely, very spring/summery fragrance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a light and sweet, feminine floral perfume. Perfect for a young girls first perfume too!

This perfume was a blind buy for me and I am so glad I bought it. Its a very feminine floral perfume, and reminds me very much of J’adore, but the drydown is slightly different…..but still very beautiful though. It also lasts a lot longer than J’adore on me….12 hours approx. I pick up the sweet peas and Lily of the Valley straight away, which is wonderful as they are among my favourite flowers, and to me it smells very fresh and clean. TA is very office friendly, and I find its perfect to wear to work, its fresh and breezy, clean and pretty. I have bought a 50ml back up bottle because the price is unbelievably cheap, and its so gorgeous, I dont ever want to run out of this. TA is quite different from the original Lilabelle, which I also have and love….Lilabelle is quite powdery and floral, and equally gorgeous…again its perfect for the office.

A very soft perfume, very traditional in nature (I suspect that it is the lily of the valley).
If I was to buy a young lady her first perfume of quality, I would recommend Lilabelle Truly Adorable.
This is a great buy for price ($15 currently at Chemist Warehouse). Would be suitable for the work handbag or a spare perfume to store in your travel bag/suitcase. A really good allrounder.
Best bit – a actual perfume, not a toilette like Kate Moss “Kate”.

I blind bought both Lilabelle versions and I was afraid since I didn’t like that much the original. Luckily this is totally different. You can say that it is a affordable version of J’adore. Indeed it smells very similar to it and I really really like it. Especially after the reformulation that J’adore has turned to a watered version…I liked Lilabelle Truly Adorable to the extention that I if I don’t find an old J’adore, I will just replaced it with this one.
Lilabelle Truly Adorable is a flowery scent, I can understand why it is considered as teen fragrance, but I believe that it is a scent that it can be worn regardless the age. It is very classy, it doesn’t smell cheap and the bottle is lovely. Truly adorable. Well done Kate :D.
Its lasting power is more than 12 hours, although its projection is moderate.
Note that I don’t know if you like the original (Lilabelle), if you will like this one, since I didn’t enjoy the original that much.

A spring meadow in a bottle. This scent reminds me of freshly-cut grass with a floral twist; I can definetely smell the sweet-pea coming through. It’s elegant and dignified, and not at all overpowering. I can see both a younger demographic and more mature ladies wearing this. The flacon is also delightful – very simple, yet pretty, and vintage looking. My only nag is that staying power is poor – I can only get 3 hours out of this one.
FeraTynceramn – :
This is such a girly, sweet and fresh floral fragrance. It really reminds me of a Body Shop gardenia perfume I used to have from 2004/5 time, which came in a fancy bottle (Indian Gardenia)- it is almost identical, and also reminds me *slightly* of Benefit Maybe Baby. It is very suitable for springtime and daytime wear and the name, Truly Adorable, really fits with the scent! Really glad I bought this one.
Stanyslav_94 – :
This is a really pretty fragrance. Floral, the first scent that I pick up is the sweet pea 🙂 reminds me of playing in my Mums garden as a child.
I feel its a scent that would suit anyone, at any age.
Lovely, spring time fragrance, that will brighten your day 🙂

Really want to try this. Plus every thing kate puts her name to you are sure to get attention to detail and something unique and vintage. Her perfumes have the best classic girly bottles xoxo
melaniya90 – :
I’m dying to smell this! The original Lilabelle is gorgeous, my friend wears it all the time after I got it for her birthday, so I’d love to smell this one.
Fedja1979 – :
Although this scent’s marketing is targeting a younger audience, I find it rather mature. It is a soft and simple, yet elegant fragrance. It’s a delicate white floral bouquet held together with the tiniest hints of musk and something akin to honey (I’m guessing the ‘candy apple’). There is a “water” quality to it, that I can’t exactly put my finger on or explain in any other words. It makes me think of Penhaligon’s Artemisia, without the powder and the pretentiousness. And at a fraction of the price! Wear it with silk and pearls and people will believe you are wearing a prestigious perfume. A real find/steal.
UPDATE:
I liked it so much that I bought the gift set with the EDP and lotion.
I showered and put a little bit of lotion and a spray on my wrists and I can still smell it 12 hours later. I highly suggest buying the lotion with the EDP as it greatly improves the staying power and the projection. On it’s own, the Eau de Parfum is still detectable for about 4-6 hours which is better than all the other Kate Moss fragrances. Mind you, it is an EDP not an EDT like the others.
