Bootleg is actually a minimalist fragrance, atleast in comparison to the other Opus Oils I have tried so far, but it is just as good as the others. Main notes are vetiver and patchouli with hints of Ambery notes and a mild suggestion of coffee in there somewhere. This particular blend of vetiver and patchouli is not revolutionary as I have come across similar blends in any number of perfume oils, both middle eastern and western. That being said, Bootleg is a very fine example of it, the balance is just right, the vetiver and Patch go hand in hand, neither dominating the other.
Projection is moderate, personal space mostly even with generous dabbing from the sample so wont offend anybody. Longevity is roughly around the 5 hour mark on skin although sticks to clothing for longer. Bootleg is a good strong like for me as of now. I will update this review after a few more wearings. 8/10
