A very soft, gentle and sweet ambery scent. Has definite green qualities, but is a little more on the warm side. Sticks rather close to the skin (as has been my experience with 06130’s). Perfectly unisex, but I’d say it has a little more of a feminine vibe to it.

First, the brand’s website says “For Him and Her.” This is not just for men.
While I enjoyed Lentisque, I found it to be very linear with sillage so incredibly poor that I decided to sell it. It is an interesting green amber–kind of reminds me of this herbal shampoo from when I was a kid. But it wasn’t special, strong, nor unique enough, so it would just gather dust on my shelf. I owned two perfumes by this House, and I found both to be very, very weak skin scents…so please learn from my mistake and test before you purchase.

this was officially released as a male oriented perfume

It seems to me that this little house doesn’t get much attention, and what a shame. Each fragrance I’ve tried has made my eyes widen; this is no run of the mill perfumer.
I see this is listed as a floral green, but it is an end of season, leaves are falling from the tree type of green. The florals are robust and ripe, but grazing amongst them is a reed-like dryness. It gently swings between ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ on me, but in the end I”d say it’s too lush to be a man’s scent.
What I like most is that the scent is plain interesting. I’ll keep it in rotation for a few weeks to see how my opinion evolves. More to come.
