“The thought of pairing leather with creme brulee may not sound good in theory but works like a charm in the real world.”
Sorry to jump on the negative boat here, but leather & creme brulee actually sounds AMAZING, yet the vision was not carried out..
Partially because it’s not one of the natural perfumes, and it REALLY shows; it smells like some kind of burnt plastic or rubber, and if that’s the so-called leather accord then it must be faux. The creme brulee here is nothing but a peep show either; it’s like someone had set it on fire and teasing you with the leftover cream and the still-sweet smoke…
*It does smell a lot better after 2 hrs though

If I can convince my DH to un-hug me for a moment…. Holy hamburgers, Leather Krem is sooooo good! (He agrees, obviously, 😉 )
This is such a delightful leather scent. The leather is smooth and creamy like a pair of kidskin gloves. The addition of creme brulee makes me want to nom those gloves! A wee bit smokey, a dash of woods… like you are standing next to an Hermes bag in the kitchen, pulling your CB ramekins from the oven, and torching them, atop your butcher block table!
Creamy and toasted, vanilla and leather, delicious indeed.

i have a small sample of this from its previous incarnation as a “mixed media” perfume. it’s as straightforward as its name, a creamy offwhite realistic leather. just a touch of caramel and smoke but while it’s soft and velvety, it somehow seems too transluscent and lacking in body to be very much when worn on its own. the sillage and power is not necessarily the problem…instead, it seems like it would be a great base for layering a different perfume with. would be interested in seeing if the new oil version has more oomph to it – i just really love the idea of the leather with cacao and caramel.

This is excellent unique combination of leather and dessert. Starts with a moment of rich delicios citrus -whip cream combination, then goes to powerful but smooth worn leather with little bit of scorch caramel, and woods. Lasts over 5 hours
