Lailat al Omer
Al Rehab
if you want to start your adventure with Arabic perfumes- you can buy this blindly over the auction in the Internet or at the arabian souq somewhere…in middle east.
I will tell you something … yes we all know mainstream and chanel and all of these brands…
If you are truly fan of perfumes you just can’t avoid knowing arabic perfumes- they are just incredible formulas.
The best example is this one.
Incredible light and rich in the same time.
The oud is blending so soft with the wood notes- and some flowers too.
I am not sure I feel rose… I would say some white flowers maybe violets.?
It’s on my list I love this one and I will buy it soon.
I know this scent very well because anytime I go for pray rugs or bakhoor – to islamic store I always sniff this one.
I think the softness is because of great quality of wood and oud added.
It’s so pretty my number one from Al Rehab.
Heavenly.

One word, DIVINE! And to think that I got it for a song! How can I describe this amazing scent… First on application you get the myrrh, strong, deep, spicy. After a short while the smoke enters the scene and for a lengthy time these two monopolise the show. The rose peeks from beneath those two accords until the third phase when it takes its proper place next to myrrh. At this point Incense leaves a gentle trail behind but allows the rose note to shine smooth and velvety. The Oud is gentle, but not weak, it has a part but doesn’t overshadow the 3 main players. Though the Incense here is not Church like it reminds me of the heady aroma in a Church after Service, when the Incense lingers gently in the air and mixes with the roses that fill the place. The Sheer beauty! AL Rehab here created an underrated gem! This is a MUST for the rose/myrrh/Incense combination lovers. A TRUE gem!

This is the scent of the Intercontinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi: beautiful ‘oud and fresh rose. If you find it, buy it, several times over as it is a complete steal. So nice on men or women. Very brisk, yet complex and not the least bit cloying which makes it excellent for hot weather. Not balmy or smoky at all, regardless of what it says on “main accords”.

Lasts incrediby long on the skin!
Its a combo of rose and musk which has a cooling effect. Great for the heat.
It reminds me of a better version of Al Haramain Musk
(long bottle, blue top). For me the musk was overpowering with the great chemistry i think this is a wonderful creation!
Update (18/4/14): I tried this yesterday and strangely i didnt like at all, was too oily-musky on my skin like a sickly white rose musk combo (which i should like – as love roses and musk). Must have been my skin not reacting well. I wasnt blown away by it on first impression when previously tried but it could be a hit with somebody else.

what a beauty
The bottle is so so beautiful and the juice.. mmm.. i do not regret this blind buy at all, lets just say it like that
at first it it is a warmth off aoud and Rose. realy warm and confy. i would say this is not so much medicinal as many other aoud. i am in no case any specialist on aoud , but on my skin the few i have tested tend to be a bit masculin and medicinal .. But this is tamed a bit i would say. The rose is mixed to perfectien whit the aoud. it i feminin and jummy. not all dark rose not all bright sweet rose . but a wonderfull mix .. When it has been on my skin for a little wild it turns slightly more clean and bright.. it does infact remind me a bit off Roses Musk by Montale .. or is it just in my head.. there must be some Musk in here to . to brighten it up and to make this clean feal apear.. So wonderfull and absolutly worth trying out ..
clean , bright and feminin
