This is part of my November challenge, and I was eager to wear it 2 days in a row.
I won’t lie, I bought it because I heard it was identical to Miss Dior Cherie (original version, 2005)…and it VERY much is. It is missing the popcorn note, but with the patchouli there is still a nice savory thing going on, so it’s a very lovely dupe of MDC. Also, very inexpensive, and quite easy to hunt down. (I do think this one came first, my bottle has 2003 on the sticker on the bottom).
My only beef with this scent is that it lasts about 2 hours, tops on me. It’s beautiful enough and inexpensive enough to respray, though, and if it helps fill that need for MDC without wasting ALL of my current stock of that, then I’m quite happy to spray away. 😀

Smelled this…FINALLY…at the mall today and it does smell exactly like Miss Dior Cherie 2005! I even think this might have better staying power than MDC 2005 too! Love the smell, the classy bottle and purple juice too!

XOXO Action I love ya! Thanks for the advice because this really is the doppelganger of Miss Dior Cherie (older version) sans the popcorn note. Lady Mac Steed Prune is a lovely and fresh strawberry delight. It’s perfectly sweet and very wearable for the summer or all year round. All the notes are blended well and you can clearly pick up on the caramel and patchouli once it has dried down. I’m also very pleased to say that the strawberry note here isn’t artificial! Thank goodness! LOL! XD For an Edt the lasting power is respectable and it has a nice sillage. It isn’t heavy but will keep people coming closer to get a better sniff. So, if you are on a budget and/or are looking for a solid strawberry scent then I would give this a try. I only paid $20 with free shipping so what do you have to lose…?! Just buy it. 😀

This one just arrived today and bought it blind. I thought it would be a PURPLE perfume, but it is not! It is like the twin of Miss Dior Cherie EDP. I used to have the 2005 version and that is the one that is most resembling!
