Description

Killer Queen, the first fragrance from Katy Perry made under the license of Coty (and the third one, when you consider Purr and Meow), gets its limited edition for spring/summer 2014. Killer Queen Oh So Sheer is an airy sweet floral – fruity fragrance designed for warm days and good mood.

Perfumer Laurent Le Guernec, who also developed the original, is responsible for this creation. The fragrance opens with juicy wild berries (which include mulberry and elderberry), black current and dark plum. The heart is made of velvet red flower, jasmine, freesia and plumeria. Kashmir wood, liquid praline, caramel and patchouli give the intensity and sweetness to the composition.

The bottle and packaging design follows the original, done in soft violet color. The fragrance is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

It wasn’t really my instant love when I first smell it, but the more I wear the more I am craving for it!
It’s quite different than the rest of my fragrances collection – which mainly celebrity fragrances – but it is lovely.
Overall it’s an interesting combo of:
Juicy berries (it smells much better when your nose is close to where the fragrance sprayed on) + light caramel cream + bitter but acceptable level of patchouli.

Although this limited edition is a lot like the first one but it is probably a more fruity version of Killer Queen. Extra berries sweetness and for sure a spring season fragrance. But also kind of warmth smelling for summer. I’m sure this one is a day time scent. Patchouli is reduced a little in Oh So Sheer than the original one.

This Eau So Sheer is a combination of Killer Queen (in the opening) and Killer Queen Royal Revolution (in the middle of the dry down). And it also relates to Purr as well, at some levels, toward the very end. It is a LIKE from me for sure 🙂
All the Kilker Queens last so well on my skin and clothes.

This is a nice perfume. I like the packaging and the scent. I am not a fan of Miss Perry. However, I do like some of her fragrances.

  5. :

    3 out of 5

To me, it smells very similar, not to Killer Queen, but to Royal Revolution. Seriously, the openings are different, it’s a bit fresher by “Oh so sheer”, but in ten minutes I can’t tell the difference. I love both scents, so it’s ok for me, but I was expecting something new from this one.

The most excellent Katy Perry fragrance. Initially, the packaging is of moderate quality (The emblem over the lid is extremely fragile and delicate. The fragrance itself is the show of the perfume (well obvi) It starts with both bursts of the caramel and the berries which are the dominant note along with praline. (This makes Oh So Sheer the fruitiest of the Killer Queen flankers, OG KQ being the sweetest, KQ SR as the most floral and last but not least RR white floral. The fragrance is a bit too similar to Killer Queen with a fruity touch to it. It’s kind of like a much fruity watered down of Killer Queen (In justice KQ was kind of overpowering this one doesn’t) I would recommend this for the noses with sweet teeth on it (idek) definitely personally for me better than Killer Queen though I still like the latter for it’s longevity for me. Speaking of which KQ OSS (at least my own bottle) has the longevity of approximately at least 3 hours the scent doesn’t really linger in my skin for a long time. The projection is pretty weak too which results me using the fragrance very often the most with my Daisy edt too (Which is a bit of a let down unfortunately) So over-all, This is my VERDICT:
Packaging (Box) – 6.5/10 (kindah meh couldve been better)
    (Bottle) – 7/10 (convenience gave me a stand +1)
Scent – 8/10 (It stood it’s ground on my collection of fragrances but sadly it’s not my fav.)
    (Longevity – 4/10)
    (Intensity – 5/10)
    So in complete rating: 8/10
Thank You so much for reading this review I enjoyed it bye.

It’s one of those scents that smells good but can make you nauseous type scents. Some type of hairspray note in there. This could have been a classic if those notes were left out overall. I love the berries but there is something in their that makes me nauseous. She should have left out the caramel sweet or white florals at the end. There’s something there turning me off. But I can see this competing with Britney Spears fantasy and Paris hilton. So give it a test it may be for you as my friend enjoyed it and it smelled great on her.

This is my 2nd favorite scent by in the killer queen collection. It’s kind of like a lilac shade and that’s my favorite color! About the scent it is a lot of spring florals and the woodsy drydown makes the scent really smooth and almost musky.

Its like a cheap candy perfume but i like katy’s purr

Sweet and inoffensive perfume. I don’t find it that similar to Killer Queen and – on me – it doesn’t have the original’s longevity or sillage. Oh So Sheer is far more like an EDT than EDP, in my opinion. Initially very fruity, with moderate sillage; the fruitiness dissipates quickly, leaving what feels like a warm memory of musky fruit.
I sprayed at about 6am and the scent had dried down within 30 minutes to the musky fruit memory. It is a skin scent on me within an hour and had completely disappeared by 9am, although it does last longer when sprayed on clothing.
It isn’t expensive and I like it enough to not mind frequent reapplication. I find the bottle infuriating to store, though – it takes up far too much room, laying on its side in my increasingly overstuffed perfume cupboard.
This is a safe blind buy if you like gentle fruity scents.

I’ve had this perfume for about 1-2 months now and I’m starting to like it more and more on each wear. At first, I wasn’t too fond it as I only bought this perfume because the bottle is pretty but I’m really liking this scent for everyday wear 🙂 I like the drydown of this perfume more than when I first spray it on, it smells really woody at first but later on in the day, I can smell the fruitiness of it.

I really like this scent. I get berry but in a deep more fall sort of way. For the spring I love Marc Jacobs Oh Lola and this reminds me of that but in a deep heavy sort of way. I think it is a lighter version of the original until dry down and then the original has a loud patchouli note I thought it I would just buy the original and use a lighter hand. After dry down I defiantly will get this one instead.

  13. :

Literally what it’s advertised as, a sheer version of the original. Perfect for daytime, kinda jimmy choo-ish.

  14. :

This is a fruity sweet perfume. It’s light and fresh. I like it a lot.

  15. :

Oh So Sheer opens with a berry-type accord. Also like the original, there is a mixture of plum and patchouli that develops with the berries and carries all the way through to the base of the fragrance – although the patchouli is much lighter then it is in Killer Queen. The fruit notes are also softer compared to the original, and less sugary sweet.
The heart is exactly like it is in Killer Queen; except for the jasmine, I am not able to separate any floral notes from the sweetly powdered floral jumble heart of the fragrance, as the praline develops
nd mixes with the weak patchouli & watery plum, smothering the floral notes on me.
There is no strong indication between the heart notes and the base, thanks to the constant presence of the watery fruits, praline, and weak patchouli.
As this is a flanker that follows the original perfume very closely, my overall opinion of Oh So Sheer is the same as it is for the original Killer Queen; I think that is a pleasant and easy to wear perfume, but it is not anything to get excited about as there is nothing about it that hasn’t been done many times before.
Kat Von D’s Saint reminds me of Oh So Sheer a bit, minus the coconut. Years ago I had a gift box of different Victoria’s Secret perfume vials, and this is triggering a memory of one of them. It’s going to drive me mad now, trying to remember which one… Maybe Love Rocks?

This is not similar too Killer Queen – not at all. This is lighter and just different but not necessarily in a bad way. They both smell good but Kille Queen is more intense and strong.
I didn’t recognize any specific notes but it were sweet, floral and very mild/soft. Not bad but not special

A blind buy Christmas request for me on this one – asked for it without having smelt it! Glad I did as I actually really like it! I would say this is sweeter than Royal Revolution from the Killer Queen range and I can smell the berries and praline in the top notes. Really looking forward to wearing this 🙂

I thought I could fall in love with this perfume. Looks like I am tricked with the cute looking bottle! Too much caramel, praline and the smell is somehow making me nausea.. this has a very strong scent so I don’t think spraying too much is a good idea.. and most important is, if you’re from Asian region, it might not be ur taste..

I tried a sample of this while I was strolling inside the department store yesterday, checking out designer brands for any wearable berry fragrances and waiting for their drydowns. I remember spritzing this on my left arm and wow. While everything else turned sour on me— this one was sweet. Tart sweet. I could easily pick up the wild berries and plum which later turned into something familiar– similar to the drydown of Shalimar Cologne EDT on my skin– like a powdery yogurt. For some reason the tart plum/berries combination reminds me of the fruity aspect of Poison. Wearable during day and night. Stayed on my skin for 4-6 hours. Silage isn’t that good enough. Maybe so-so. Safe and yummy to wear at school and work.

it smells nothing like killer queen !
i find it similar to couture couture by juicy couture but much more fresh

  22. :

This was a blind buy as no shops around here actually stock it. I actually think it’s a bit like a Killer Queen/Royal Revolution hybrid. I love it!!

  23. :

    4 out of 5

Smells like a sweeter, softer version of Killer Queen. I love it!

  24. :

    5 out of 5

It’s basically a sweeter, sugary and fruity scent. I personally think it’s just like Meow, so kinda a waste. Don’t like it, another bathroom spray.

  25. :

    5 out of 5

Similar to the original, but it’s weaker so even though I own it I would rather have the red bottle again. Minus points are deifintely longevity and sillage, cause they’re really weak. Otherwise it’s a nice girly perfume.

  26. :

    3 out of 5

Omg love it. So fruity and sweet. I smell notes of berries in there. Perfect daytime scent. Highly recommend

  27. :

    4 out of 5

First of all, can we just take a minute to appreciate how pretty the bottle looks :3. It’s such a good one for a celeb scent and I don’t think the cap is that cheap as someone said. Back to the fume, the opening smells like a bunch of purple-ish berries, which is quite similiar to the original one, but less deep and more fruity. The fluffy berry scent holds on to the ending. I don’t smell too much of patchouli in this actually. It’s a very soft fruity scent from the opening till the end. It has less edge than the original one but it’s of course more wearable and suitable for warmer weather. Something in the drydown of the original one puts me off (i can’t quite figure it out :@ but i am guessing the excessive praline of it).
BTW, as a big fan of the band Queen, I had always felt like i need to own this XD and the name doesn’t sound tacky at all to me of course, it’s awesome 😀

  28. :

    4 out of 5

I honestly really don’t like this perfume at all! To me it smells strongly of patchouli, which I hate with a passion. Patchouli mixed with rotten moldy fruit. Now I am stuck with a large 3.4 oz bottle of it & sure will not be using it…and I paid a lot for it as well! I also am not a fan of the bottle either, because it just sits on it’s side & I am always afraid that it’s going to leak. These perfumes, should really come with a stand to hold them up.

This to me lasts so long.
I was dissapointed when I read the reviews but I tried it on and its delightful.
Very lovely, sweet but not too sweet and sharp like the original one.
    Definitely it worths a try.

  30. :

    4 out of 5

love it, but not wow for me, like KQ original, it so WOW for me.
this one is almost similar with original KQ, but more light soft fresh crisp version and of course yummy for me, can’t deny it.
but i more prefer Killer Queen, cause it more deep rich darker and i love it so much, i love this too but this goes second after killer queen.
projection always average, longevity also long time 12hours on me.
the only bad thing is the bottle is clear and liquid has color, if run out of liquid inside of it, the bottle will not stunning and great looking like before you saw it first time.
i’m so sad to use it because the beauty color will be fade away. ohh noo , 🙁 so i must have restock of its for display in my collection. and hope its will not too late, before its gone forever and never comeback.
anyway i rate this for all aspect 8/10. love it but not perfect enough for me. not WOW me like KQ.

After “Meow” this is my favourite Katy Perry perfume. I feel like this is what they were trying to achieve with “Killer Queen” but it didn’t quite work out then.
In this scent you really get a delicious combination of berries and plum with the praliné, so it’s like a berry-gourmand in my opinion. Despite the name, this is not a “sheer” scent, this is still a strong perfume that lasts a long time but it’s not quite as heavy as its original version. I feel it’s probably because the patchouli is a bit softer here, but still strong enough to give the fragance some character.
Even though it’s a yummy perfume, I don’t get any “creaminess” from the caramel, so it’s not a very strong note here, although it might add to the gourmand feeling of it, this one is still all about the praliné, this time with berries that, unlike with “Killer Queen”, I can actually detect A LOT.
Another problem I had with the original one was that shortly after I sprayed it, I couldn’t smell it AT ALL on me (even though other people could), so I could only smell it through my clothes, because it stayed on my clothes for days, while this one I can really smell on me throughout the day (and it also stays on my clothes).
In conclusion, this is a festival of praliné and berries, fruity and sweet, not very sheer, but absolutely delicious, and much better blended than its first edition.

Lighter version of Killer Queen, the red one. But less lasting power, had to resprayed in every 3 hours. The bottle’s colour was not that much interesting like the original one.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

Katy has a new fragrance coming out called ‘Spring Reign’.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

I really love this scent. Although, I’m a little upset with Katy Perry for releasing 2 perfumes in the same year. (I’m not made of money, you know!) I like this a little better than the original Killer Queen. My main complaint about Killer Queen is the headache I get if I use just a little too much, and I don’t get that at all with Oh So Sheer. This is soft and delicate, while the original is heavy and strong. I don’t really get the comparison with the original. It’s more like they’re in the same family, not fraternal twins. This is perfect for spring, while the original is perfect for fall.
However, I don’t like this bottle as much as the original Killer Queen. I would like it as much, maybe more, if the bottle was purple instead of just the liquid. I’m going to be upset when it’s gone and I have an empty clear bottle. I found it cheap on Amazon, so hopefully it stays in stock at a good price by the time I run out. I don’t want to be stuck with a boring clear bottle.

  35. :

    4 out of 5

It has great smell but it doesn’t last for more than 1 hour!!!

  36. :

    5 out of 5

It is exactly like the original but a little bit lighter! Preferable for the spring and summer whereas the original would be great for autumn and winter seasons. Very nice.

  37. :

    3 out of 5

I really like this scent because its fruiter than the original killer queen and not as overwhelming. Unfornately, the lasting power for this perfume is really bad and I can barely smell it after an hour :/

  38. :

    4 out of 5

I really enjoy this one… While it lasts… Unfortunately it’s staying power isn’t the best 🙁
Oh so Sheer smells pretty much the same as KQ. Both have yummy purple fruits, berries and plum and sweet patchouli. KQ leaves a lovely trail of pralines on my skin whereas Oh so Sheer leaves a caramel trail. It’s subtle, but it’s there.

  39. :

    4 out of 5

As so many have already said, this is very similar to the original Killer Queen, but a bit softer. I like the original, but for me it’s dangerously close to migraine territory, the Oh So Sheer is more tolerable.
Juicy dark berries, creamy frangipani and sweet praline and caramel, balanced by a slightly rough patchouli undertone. Without the patchouli this would be like wearing syrup, toothache inducingly sweet (like Beyonce Pulse NYC, yuck!), but this one has a good balance.
Nice bottle, the cap is a bit plasticky but the overall impression is good.

  40. :

    5 out of 5

This has the same problem as the red Killer Queen.
It smells soft and vanillic in the beginning, but then the masculine patchouli destroys it.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

For a “sheer” fragrance, this seems stronger than the original. The patchouli really stands out, and not in a good way.
I’m really not feeling this new partnership with Coty. I think she’s really diluting her brand instead of crafting a distinctive niche for herself the way Britney did (even if her brand seems to be running out of steam and ideas.)
Oh well. Between the Britney’s Fantasy line and Katy’s first two scents, I’m not exactly hurting for tasty fragrances.

  42. :

    5 out of 5

It’s actually lighter and airy version of Killer Queen.
and it give me a Sheer nauseas feel… because I sprayed like 5x.

  43. :

    5 out of 5

its the same as the original with less of the citrus and dark berries..i would say for those who don’t want the flowerbomb feel but want katy perry this would be a go but i own the original and it seems pointless to own this one

  44. :

    5 out of 5

I love this more than the original. but the only con i have about this is that its not as long lasting. It last maybe two hours on my skin. I don’t mind re applying it. And I love the bottle

  45. :

    3 out of 5

I adore this! It’s so light and delicious, like a sweet berry cocktail. I love the original Killer Queen, but some people found it to be a little strong; this is the lighter alternative. Like lots of people are saying though, the longevity and sillage are a bit of a weak mess. It’s not particularly pricey though, and it’s quite portable, so it’s easy to reapply throughout the day.

  46. :

    4 out of 5

I really like this until it gets to the end. The opening is a really great fruity scent. The middle is a great fruity floral, but then something in the end comes out as off. I’m guessing it’s the patchouli that finally shows.
Patchouli doesn’t mesh well on me so it’s the only thing I can think of that would produce that ‘off’ smell. It almost kind of ruins it but the initial and middle last for a while so I can’t decide. Ugh, dang you patchouli!

  47. :

    3 out of 5

Such a lovely scent. Very fruity and sweet without being overbearing to the senses. Like what everyone else has been saying, it doesn’t last long. Maybe 4 hours at most for me. Even then, the drydown is extremely light and barely noticible. I would just reapply it but unfortunately its a limited edition EDP and I don’t want to use It all. The juice is a vivid lavender color in a gorgeous clear glass bottle. Im considering buying a second bottle and use that while keeping the other as a collectors piece :p

  48. :

    5 out of 5

I really love this scent. I think this is even better than original Killer Queen. But on my skin this doesn’t last for long, which is shame because I really do love this scent.

i came across this yesterday at the mall and i smelled it, and it’s just like what everyone says, a lighter summery version of the original killer queen. I know i’ll end up buying it though because it’s a limited edition if i’m correct (?) and the bottle is just… so pretty and it would look great on my perfume closet.

  52. :

they just took OFF a bit of PRALINE so the Berries can flourish.

  53. :

    3 out of 5

Yes! I love this!! I agree with everyone, it’s a sweeter, more floral version of KQ, less patchouli (good for me) and less red berry. Def soft and creamy. I wish it was more potent and lasted longer, but it lasts a good 4 hours with about 5 sprays. This is a much better “Queen” perfume because to me it’s like Cake fit for a Queen. I do smell the praline and caramel, two of my fave notes of all time. I think it’s very different from KQ original.

  54. :

    3 out of 5

Oh so sheer? More like oh so gone.
I love the opening.. It’s a fruity floral but I don’t even smell a dry down. It’s just GONE after a few hours. Such a pity because this perfume had potential. I just wish that it lasts.
It’s very day time friendly but the silage and lasting power?.. Disappointing.
    *tears*

  55. :

    4 out of 5

This scent is really good. Sweet, delicious everyday scent with black currants, berries and plums. I was already considering buying this one, but then I noticed that it faded away quickly.
After an hour the sillage was very soft and there was very little sweetness left.
What a pity! It’s a great scent, great price and very bad longevity! I guess you can’t have it all…

  56. :

On me is like lighter version of Aquolina’s pink Sugar Sensual

  57. :

    3 out of 5

This is an eau de Parfum? What for reaaaaalll? I tried this on today and I could not smell anything. Like NOTHING. and the non-existent smell just did not last at all.
I feel like I need to give this another try because everyone is raving about it.

  58. :

    4 out of 5

The opening is a beautiful mix of fruits and florals, I really like it, but the dry down was somewhat soapy and generic. Overall the fragrance is remotely similar to the original Killer Queen, but much lighter and fruitier. If the original was an autumn/winter night time perfume, then this is the spring/summer daytime equivalent. Sillage is quite good, I can smell it quite strongly, and I adore the purple colour of the juice inside, but I don’t think I’ll buy this one. I have the original Killer Queen and I think this is just a tad too similar to justify buying it.

i received a bottle of this from my bf, ITs the SMELL of ROYALTY, FUN, LIGHT, a little seduction and LOVE.
    I love the bottle too

  60. :

    3 out of 5

Upon trying it, I didn’t expect to like it much, but I did! It is sweet but not candy sweet, it has a certain dimension too..the floral notes shine through..I also like the fact that it isn’t teenagerish ..I won’t say it is an outstanding perfume, but on those days you just want to smell pretty, I see nothing wrong with it..if I see it a a good price, I would buy it..

  61. :

    3 out of 5

This does not smell the same as the original killer queen the first 1 is far to strong for my liking there are some similarities between the two but this one is much lighter more airy and fruitier and less cloying than killer queen if you don’t like one doesn’t mean you won’t like the other , I much prefer this bottle as its a bit more girly and young while killer queens bottle is a bit more mature and vampy

  62. :

    4 out of 5

I absolutely ADORE this perfume, i sprayed the tester on my wrist, i just could not stop smelling my wrist.
Really fruity, light, sweet, enough floral to balance it out without taking the spotlight.
    I would definately buy this…during a sale…or after a price drop.

  65. :

    5 out of 5

Love at first spray BUT there’s a note that makes me dizzy, either patchouli or praline. It managed to make me nauseous after awhile and I regret spraying it on myself. The dry down is a bit heavy for me and a little “cheap” smelling. Great opening though and nice bottle.

  66. :

    5 out of 5

Hum ho ..ho hum…smells nice at first ..then turns generic on the drydown…and I tried to like the first one…it was just a generic wannabe flowerbomb and I’d rather keep buying something more quality since I’m over 30 and sorry y’all this is for a 15 yr old school girl .

  67. :

how long does this last and how heavy is it on the sillage.. cuz im in love with killer queen so im waiting for mines in the mail. should be coming next monday 2014 MARCH 24. cannot wait for it cuz it may be my signature. but i am thinking of getting my hands on this one too!

  68. :

Amazing, just like the original. The Killer Queen fragrances stands out so much according to me. Oh So Sheer is as described a scent more suitable for spring/summer, it’s much more lighter and fruitier and not as spicy as the original KQ. This will def be one of my summer fragrances!

Got mine today finally. Smells like the original, but more fruit. But i totally love!!! 😀
    Bought 100ml for only 24.5 Euro 🙂

  70. :

    4 out of 5

Well I was super excited to try this and purchased it today. It has a hint of the original Killer Queen just not as spicy. To be honest I prefer this over killer queen and I really like killer queen original because of that sweet fruity smell that is perfectly mixed with the spice. This rather then be as spicy/fruity. It is more fruity/floral and the spice is now the base note. Dry down is 100% opposite of the original. It’s clearer cleaner and more subtle. Aka “sheer” I see this being more of a morning/daytime wear scent will deff wear well in warmer weather. Killer queen is more of a evening night scent and an rest heavy in the day but still be pleasant. So. This is a great alternative. I’m very pleased with it!

I just received this today in the mail from Macy’s. I really enjoy this scent! It is similar to the original, but I agree with the other reviews that it’s a bit fruitier.

Rihanna Nude?! Is that you?! I know Katy and RiRi are besties, but come on Katy! You can’t be ripping off your BFF and V&R! Stop it! Haha! I much prefer her Purr and Meow. Coty has done nothing with her line to entice me. Oh well, there’s always next time. : )

Personally, I love this one so much more than the original, and I love the original more than most fragrances! This has to be my second most favorite fragrance I have ever had bless my nostrils! It’s love in a bottle for me! When you first spray it you get all those berries, and delicious fruits! It’s beautiful! It captivates you those first few seconds that it lands on your skin! It sends me straight to heaven!
The bottle this time is so much more beautiful too! I love how the bottle is clear and the liquid is a pale lilac color! It’s just beautiful!
Just go get yourself a bottle now! :p

This is such a gorgeous perfume! It’s a lighter, sweeter, fruitier more floral version of the original. Very pleasant fragrance! I have the original also which I love & both are very similar, but I love this one even more! 🙂 It’s definitely up there on my favs list!
If anyone’s wondering, the bottle is clear, & the liquid is a beautiful pale purple/lilac colour 🙂

I think this is better than the original Killer Queen. It has less Patchouli. I think Killer Queen is meant for night time, and Killer Queen Oh so Sheer is meant for the daytime. They do smell almost exactly the same, but Oh so Sheer is lighter, and more crisper, and spicier than the original Killer Queen. If you don’t like Patchouli that much, and wanted to like the original Killer Queen, Oh so Sheer is for you. I’m a big fan of Katy Perry fragrances, because she is creative with her scents. Meow is one of my favorite 5 perfumes, and I’ve over 150 perfumes. Oh So Sheer is sure to make my top 10. Killer Queen is the only perfume that I like that has patchouli in it. Katy Perry pulls it off just right. I really can’t wait to see what perfume she comes out with next. Overall I give this fragrance a 8/10.

this is beautiful, the initial blast of berry notes, the caramel note on dry down it is very light, perfect for spring/summer, it is similar to killer queen original, but i actually prefer this version, only downside is that it’s limited edition.

It is really similar to the original Killer Queen, but nothing groundbreaking, plus this doesn’t last at all.

I found this fragrance in Superdrug in the UK, the 100ml is only £20! So I blind bought instinctivly as I adore the original queen. I had obviously known that this fragrance was being released so I kind of knew what I was expecting. This opens up almost exactly like the original, its just that this one really focuses on the fruits and I also get a lot of the caramel. I dont like caramel in fragrances, I think it makes them smell cheap, and that is no exception with this one, the fact that praline is already in this fragrance, I would’ve thought that would be enough! But it does have this kind of cheap smell, but that only lasts for about 5 minutes. After that, it is just a lighter version of the original Killer queen.
The bottle for this fragrance is exactly the same but the bottle is clear opposed to the red of the original. Its a clear glass with a beautiful purple liquid. I love this bottle a lot, I much prefer the colour scheme to the original.
The only problem with this scent is that it just does not last! It only lasts about 2 hours on me, so this is VERY disapointing. This fragrance is blatently meant for the hotter months.
Overall, its a nice smell, starts off pretty cheap smelling but then it develops into a lighter variation of the origina Killer Queen. I’m happy I bought a botte of this for me and my mum, so I will return my mum’s and give her mine. It doesn’t excite me too much.

I bought this scent about 2 weeks ago now and I can say its very like the original BUT much much lighter and more fresh. The liquid is actually a lilac colour and not the bottle so once the actual fragrance itself is gone the colour is gone unfortunately. the box in my opinion is much nicer than the red one. I rate the actual smell 9/10 the bottle is a 10/10 and the box is a 9.5/10 just because we could have got something a bit different. Great scent Katy keep them coming !!!!

Bought this in 100ml today. A spring time version of the original. I love the colour of the bottle. Disappointed that there is no stand for the bottle, however, it still looks good on my shelf.

I really really want to try this! I was so let down with how basic “Killer Queen” and how familiar to other scents it smelled. This bottle color is beautiful and this may make a great floral scent. Hoping won’t smell like Pulse Summertime by Beyoncé. Would love to add another Katy Fragrance to my collection.

I love Killer Queen so I was excited to test this!
It smells very similar to the original, except it has less patchouli, more emphasis on the fruits and sadly I couldn’t detect any caramel. It is sweet, fruity and light. A nice summer scent however I won’t be purchasing until my original Killer Queen is used up as they are too similar.
Overall, a summer version of Killer Queen, that is fruity, sweet and airy. I can’t help but feel that KP’s team could of come up with something a bit more original. I’d like to add that the 100ml light purple bottle is gorgeous in real life!
