What an amazing hidden gem, absolutely unisex, much nicer than the men’s one
Suggested to me by a shop owner, glad I took his advice, so fresh and clean

Exquisite – fresh, floral, sophisticated. And a little bit different! I haven’t smelt anything quite like it yet. It is so memorable.
Definitely one of the best fragrances you can buy on a tight budget!

I bought this fragrance ‘blind’ today from my local pharmacy and it is not for me.
It dried to a very bitter chypre after a sweet lemon bon bon sherbert lemony opening. It reminded me of a very expensive Sisley purchase I made a few years ago….’eau de Soie’. I disliked that intensely too. Maybe I’m not sophisticated enough to understand it?
If any of you devotees would like it, I will happily send it on to you.

Unisex fragrance, male can wear this. It isn’t so floral yet citrus smell.

I have less than a sample left in my bottle that I had stored away years ago, just bcs I couldn’t throw away the last few drops, and I’m glad I didn’t. Today I’m wearing it again and I can’t believe how beautiful it is in warm weather. I get cooling citrusy wafts all the time and it’s so comforting. For Her is a delicious zesty lemon scent to begin with but developes in a far more complex way than most of them. I’m actually considering repurchasing it, but maybe I’ll have to finish something else in my wardrobe first :).

Perfect for warm weather. It’s going to be 30 degrees today (that’s very hot for the UK!) so I reached for this one. It’s very well balanced I think – good quality-ingredients in a nicely blended composition
I always get the feeling it’s rather masculine, but not in a bad way. I suppose it’s the strong citrus presence. Not something I’d put on when I wanted to feel girly or seductive, but still it has a useful place in my fragrance arsenal. A great summer frag, refreshing, cooling and uplifting.
Oh, and I noticed the references to Cristalle below. There are some similarities, but this is much less subtle and complex than Cristalle in my view, On the other hand, the longevity and sillage of my vintage Cristalle EdT are terrible, whereas this radiates happily all day long.
It occurs to me that what this actually reminds me of, a bit at least, is Azuree by Estee Lauder. And that can only be a good thing!
Edit – Ok, I spritzed Azuree. There are definitely some similarities, though JC is more lemony and Azuree is more herbal. Both in my top five hot-weather choices.

Few years ago I bought for my sister and brother .She felled in love ,but now I can not find it 🙁 Just on Ebay 🙁 And it cost £30 -few years ago was just £12.Its really exclusive smell .
Not for everyone 🙂

This is very clean and fresh smelling. It reminds me a little of Clarins Eau Dynamisante.

This is most intoxicatng fragrance I have ever worn and I’m really upset I cannot purchase it! I have a little bit I use on special occasions. 🙂

Fresh citrusy fragrance with strong geranium note, that gives to it some character and strength. Light chypre, not sweet at all, even bitterish. It’s not a ladylike perfume, it doesn’t suits to high heels and romantic dresses. I wear it when I go to the gym, because this fragrance gives me supply of energy and keeps me in joyful mood. Excellent perfume for hot spring/summer days. It also has extremly low price!

I actually don’t like fresh citrus scents. But this one is a mix of sweet lemon candies and sharp geranium. It’s not a light fresh summer scent as citrusy scents are often. This one is bright, energizing and daring.

A beautiful tomboy smell, for women who effortlessly and confidently wear mens’ clothes, such as Katharine Hepburn would have worn. A smart, elegant citrus opening followed by a beautiful opening middle; but it is really the base which makes this sensual and feminine, like a sexy feminine shape beneath a man’s shirt: a beautiful musk base, warm as an embrace, perfect for sultry summer evenings by the pool, and for freshening up in torrid weather.

Well, I would not call it “fruity”, although it is lemoney…:-) and the citruses really blast in a cool explosion at the beginning and in a gentle way continue through the middle (reading the reviews before trying this I could not see how citruses could be “cool”, but here they really are! Lovely!).
The fragrance gently slips from citruses into something very pleasantly clean and freshly sweet and even lightly sensual (but in a sort of “pretty”, not naughty and almost masculine way, which to me is a good thing as I like masculine fragrances! I suppose those are the mossy/musky notes,) until it finaly transforms into someting very elegant. At the later stages, however, to me this is so “sofisticated” and elegant, I can’t shake off an image of a very well dressed woman in a busines environment, certainly not a leisure fragrance to me. 😀
I really like this one!

Wow! This has blown me away. I got this very cheaply and bought it due to its 4 star rating from Turin and because I was looking for a spring/summer zesty fragrance. This is perfect!! The ginger is almost nose tickling and the initial citrus blast uplifting and beautifully softened almost immediately by jasmine. This is a classic fragrance, though isn’t in the least old fashioned. This beats Cristalle for me any day of the week. It’s a friendly Citrus Chypre- for lazy days in provence rather than shoulder pads in the Gherkin!
