this is just beautiful….i love jasmine! and this is just a perfect balance with the tangerine….i can’t stop smellinga my front!
i was worried that with a citrus it would add a sort of over ripe smell to it-like when a piece of fruit sits in a fruit bowl too long…and jasmine tends to have that indolic scent to it anyways-but no….this is the perfect balance of citrus and floral…not to ripe, not too sweet…no soapy mix either.
it is sexy without being too much for day, also …. something else that is a very difficult thing to balance, IMO. i am looking forward to seeing how it wears when fall comes…..

This is on first spritz warm and sweet. The jasmine is very vibrant and overpowers the tangerine, which is reduced to occasionally peeping through in the background. However it is blink-and-you-miss-it.
It is reminiscent of the scents my mother used to use in the 80s, and I find it quite cloying. This would have been nice as a super fresh summer daytime fragrance, but the lack of balance in the citrus unfortunately does not achieve this.
I can’t imagine what it brings to the party to be honest. On dry down it is one note sweetness.

When I first sprayed this fragrance on it smelled very strongly of jasmine with a bit of citrus. It was rather cloying for the first few minutes; the alcohol was strong and the overall scent was very “perfumey.” Once I got used to it, it was rather pleasant. The jasmine has been most prominent throughout wearing it. I’d describe this fragrance as very feminine and elegant. I feel it is not the right fragrance for me though, as I don’t wish to smell so strongly of jasmine. It seemed to have moderate silage and is rather long lasting. It has sofened and faded a bit over four hours; the jasmine is still front and center, but more powdery. Overall grade: B. A pretty scent, but not what I want to smell like on a regular basis.

Something must have happened to the tangerine in my sample, it was completely lost.
Way to sweet. The only good thing about it is that it washes off real easy.
The first of my favourite perfume house Atkinsons, that I really don’t like.
But if you are a dark, mysterious kind of girl, you might love it.

I just purchased this at Barney’s in NYC for 220. plus tax. The top notes are gorgeous, and make for a beautiful clean floral-crisp but slightly sweet- on the paper that I spritzed. It is a citrusy white floral pleasing to those of us who love feminine florals which lean toward white flowers. As I was traveling by airplane that day, I did not spray on skin, which was a mistake. As the crisp floral citrus dries down, I am left with slightly salty jasmine atop a strong musk and soft vanilla reminiscent of many other scents. I was also left with a headache.
This is a beautiful fragrance which should definitely be tried on skin first, and wait until dry down before making your purchase, as it becomes a different scent and that is what you will smell like for the rest of the day. Tenacity is good, sillage is dependent upon how much you spray, but could be anywhere from slight to perfume bomb. Worth a try for those who love to collect many fragrances, but not likely to be a standout signature fragrance, as there are many fragrances that smell similar for less money.
