It’s pleasant but a bit too “chemical” for my tastes. I certainly wouldn’t mind swapping my bottle! Oh well.
KSA53 – :
For those of you (like me) who adore this fragrance and wish they would make it again, I have found something similar. [It’s not on the Fragrantica site yet, that’s why I am writing the review here.] It’s by Yves Rocher, for summer 2015 called Bleu Vegetal. It comes in the same shape bottle as JdN, 75ml. While it is not exactly the same, I find it very similar, making me so happy since my bottle of JdN is almost gone. Here is the description from the YR website: “A feminine and delicate heart around a Jasmine absolute, refreshed with the sparkling notes of Bergamot essence.”

I really like this scent for hot summer days. Its very fresh and aquatic.
Kind_Leon – :
A sweet and playful scent that doesn’t take itself seriously. Its a fun perfume. Not a heavy duty Caron or Guerlain. Definatley one of Rocher’s best.

I would be willing to do a trade for this, I am so 🙁 they stopped selling it!! Please pm me, i have a lot of different perfumes!

That’s what I was led to a nice bottle, and only appeared in the store. Pre splattered on blotter, and it kept the smell as much five days, until thrown unnecessarily ran out and bought, it’s not expensive! A skin does not hold, the hair a little more, even the experience had specifically sprinkled on damp hair at night and in the morning the smell was heard somewhere very, very distant echo, had in the morning again, hair spritz, but again , enough for 2-3 hours. And expect a lot more interesting composition, something more mysterious, because “Nymph” is! In short, the gym spritz it, that was cool.

I love this perfume and I am very sorry that it was only a limited edition. I don’t like watery perfumes but this was love at first “snif”. I tried it because I liked the bottle. The colors are nice. Anytime I wear this perfume I get compliments.
Jardin des Nymphes is truly like its name. Perfect combination of a garden full of flowers and the freshness of water. It’s a discreet, very pleasant scent. I hope the Yves Rocher will lunch it again.
Edit : I went yesterday in a perfume shop to try the Ralph Lauren said to be similar to Jardin des Nymphes. First of all : it’s not similar at all. But it’s gorgeous ! If you like JdN, you will love this Ralph Lauren. Very summer-scent, very good combination of flower and water. I feel more the flower, in opposite to JdN, which is more watery. I will definitely purchase this perfume. JdN is a real hit and I believe that its closest scent would be this RL.
rimvydas – :
A watery floral reminiscent of L’eau Dissy. Prettier. Not much longevity. The aquatic is soft and not musky like many others. The floral is feminine and fresh.

Once I showered at a friend’s house after going for a run together. When I got out of the bathroom, she said “Wow. You smell really clean….like from here.” That still makes me laugh.
I love this scent. I think I’m going to pick up a purse-atomizer for it. I want it with me without having to worry about that lovely bottle getting broken.

I have already described this one, but i need to add a word of greatfulness to this baby. I wore it on a couple of too hot, too humid days, when you feel kind of sticky.. I can’t stand too hot days, always get a bit moody, missing the freshness. Well, Jardin des Nymphes rescued me big time. Wow, didn’t expect THAT kind of effect! It gave me the freshness, gentelness, soothing and a smiley mood. Thanks, little Nymphes! (i DID spray a lot ;-))

WOW! I have never had a perfume that had this pathetic of a sillage. I first tried it on, and smelled something faintly of melon, went hmm about it, went back thirty seconds later, and it was gone. It would have been better named as Garden of Phantoms or Ghost Garden or something along those lines.
The fragrance itself is mild and appropriate for the summer, but it is too light to be even noticeable. Bath products may be more appropriate than EDT. Evidently it smells faintly of lotus flowers after a while, but if you want anyone to notice it, good luck to you…

I’ve been waiting to try this fragrance for such a long time… Now I have it, because in the store it was “love at first spritz”, but ever since the first spray, I’ve hardly been able to detect the scent. It disappears from me almost immediately. I will give it more chances though, because my husband can smell it on me for longer time. Maybe later… Otherwise it’s gorgeous, though it reminds me of some earlier perfume. Not too sweet, light and juicy fragrance for the summer heat.

The only thing that bothers me in this fragrance is its “limited edition” status. Guess I must buy a couple of bottles and keep them in stock, since I really have taken a shine to the scent.. It has the perfect alliance of floral and aquatic notes, serene and lovely lotus being the sparkling factor there. Well done, YR!

This is not my favourite perfume but it’s OK. Luckily it’s not that aqua light because I don’t like that kind of perfumes. It’s a nice fresh perfume with a little bit of sweetness in it.
Kamerad – :
I am a bit disappointed with this one! I had high hopes for aquatic lotus notes but my nose gets a soft, sheer floral with a slight aquatic note and a woody dry down. I like it but not love…I’m giving it a test spin today to see what develops! Naturelle was much better and still top pf my fav list!
jimnimebonia – :
yes the color of the bottle is very beautiful. i guess i keep it only because of this:D
muztek – :
I’ve bought this one yesterday because:
-it was a very nice price
-the colorful bottle looked soooo pretty
-i liked the name 😉
-it’s a limited edition
-my Naturelle could use a little friend 😉
-and of course the fragrance – nothing fabulous but a lovely aquatic scent, light, fresh and a bit romantic. I need to spray at least 4-5 times to keep enjoying the smell.
AlGore – :
Reminds me a lot of the Flore Aubusson, which I loved. Not very strong, as befits a summer fragrance, definite aquatic notes, which I really like. Will be wearing this a lot in the summer, if we get one, that is.(I am in the UK). Bottle is lovely, in the style of Green Summer and the Aquarelle one.
bilevich – :
To me it smelled like bubble gum 🙂
leos – :
i don’t like aquatic fragrances but yesterday i tested
it on a dept store, it smells so sweet so fresh, longevity is also good, after 12 hours i still smell it, great for summer!
auranew – :
It’s nice but I will never wear it. It smells like a mix of Ming Shu – Yves Rocher and a shower gel.
Sityitexaby – :
i have this one since 3 weeks, got it on ebay one month before release. lucky me;) no need to describe it, smells exactly like L`eau D`issey!
aquatic. easy to wear. sporty. fresh. but unfortunately it smells also a little chemical.
Alex_Mal – :
Watery notes…and flowers, huh?
REALLY?!?!
I loved Green Summer, Aquarelles Vegetales was okay…I am assuming this (have not yet received a “stinky page” in the mail) is going to be LOVE or “yawn”…
I hope it is more “jardin” like and has lotsa lotus and real water accords! 🙂
