Not really BBQing, but i can sniff the “interlude man” by Amouage here very as it has that burned birch and doses of balsamic effect, it’s like camp fire somehow.
I still can’t see this approach & interlude’s an incense approach! Incense doesn’t smell like this unless camping fire is considered to be incense! it’s more like a night cooling fire, something like a navy fire burning birch as mostly it could be some magician burning fire.

I recall the campfires and how my clothes smelled the next day…..like the dry cinders that I picked up and could not stop sniffing. Wait until dark, place all of the ingredients on a pile, throw in some dry kindling, light it up. Now enjoy the fire \♡/

I have purchased it as perfume oil at Serena’s online store, and I think it was a rather good choice, as the scent is very lasty and strong, you actually need just one small touch at a pulse zone, two-three touches would kill the horse, it is very intense. I think i will be using this 5 ml flask till the end of my life, which, i hope, will be long. About the scent. It is sweet, smoky, woody and herb-like, but not fresh herbs, the dry herbs of the old witch, which hang in bundles down from the roof of the precious wood near the fire place fed with fragrant beams.I really love it, but i would say this is the perfume for those with knowledge in perfumes and chemistry, to appreciate it, it is absolutely natural, the variety of rich and rare ingredients is astonishing. Just it is – Incense Noir.
