Interesting perfume. I found this at Gordmans here in the states for only $5, so decided to give it a whirl. This is heavily composed of base-notes with a tiny heart and head- rather similar in feel to Jovan’s ‘Secret Amber’, but leaning more toward gourmand. It starts off with tangerine peel, tobacco leaf, and cedar… and just a hint of indolic florals- barely-noticeable really. The sillage of this simple top-section fades down within just a few minutes, leaving a vanilla-caramel’d, woody-musky-amber skin-scent that seems to be lasting for quite awhile. A very long while…
Despite its simplicity, I can see myself reaching for this on cold days when I feel snuggly and don’t have a desire to project- it is very comforting and delicious.
