this is a skin perfume, never for cloths, this a sex time perfume not to go out, its the smell of your desire and the tears of your suffering skin, i gave you up there some similars, i love Ys-uzac

I expected something totally different with a name like this. Immortal beloved smells like fermented alcohol of low alcoholic content, beer comes to mind at first, or maybe even cider with its more fruity character and slightly vinegary undertone. In fact it does remind me of being at a British old London pub, not the mainstream ones but the slightly older/dated ones you can find in quiet neighbourhoods. This is how their interior smells, with years of fermented alcohol spills mixed with other unfortunate accidents on the (obligatory for a pub) carpet. A pass for me.

I adore this perfume! I’d buy a full bottle, but its so expensive and doesn’t last very long on me at all. Its roses and cognac to my nose. A night fragrance, seductive and exquisite. I’ll probably break down and buy a bottle anyway since I can’t quite get over wanting it.

i really think this is a super-refined take on the histoires 1740 formula and as such, is preferable. while there is little discernible immortelle (maybe odd given the name), it is replaced by a great plummy note and adds richness to a dry tobacco & cognac base. in the drydown, a resinous, dusty rose peeks out & winks …. perfectly balanced, slightly aloof but very cozy & comfortable for winter.

I just can’t get along with the alcohol in this. There is “boozy”, and then there is bubbling, fermenting, rotten fruit, which is how this smells. The unpleasant fermentation is overpowering for the first half-hour and eventually fades significantly, yet remains ever-present well into the drydown. I get a heart note of strong oppoponax–it smells identical to my essential oil of oppoponax, so kudos for using quality resins. The drydown is a fairly sweet wine type of thing, but having recently sampled Victoria Minya’s Hongrie perfume, hers is far better for that genre and doesn’t require enduring a long and unpleasant opening. Pass.

It is not transparent or cologne-like, but has more depth.
The main effect is very resinous with a fruity subtly sweet quality. The boozy note is noticable in the opening but on my skin does not last.
A base accord from the the combination of oppopinax, labdanum, and amber, with a hint of spice, and on top the fruity note from the plum, subtly floral and with the immortelle note very noticable.
The overall effect is subtly sweet and resinous
The resinous base along with the immortelle note give it some similarity to to ELO Afternoon of a Faun, although the latter is far greener and brighter in the opening and this is somehow denser and with a heavier subtle sweetness.
It is not powdery and has reasonable longevity and modest projection although the sillage is more than you notice yourself. It’s unisex, and probably something more suited to wear in the autumn or winter.
Defintely worth a try if you like resinous scents.

It’s an interesting perfume, and being very partial to plum I like it of course.
I imagine a special bar drink of spiced rhum with plum juice and lavender flowers. If you want my opinion, yes, it definitely IS boozy, but in a good way.
Honestly, I would classify it as a leathery fragrance, for it reminds me of Byredo Buillon (but Beloved is better), yet leather isn’t featured in the notes.
Both sillage and longevity are OK and the fragrance doesn’t change much over time.

Reminiscent of ambre russe by Parfume D’empire.

delightful boozy perfume spicy and fresh at the same time, very interesting.
