I Love Luxury is a strong powdery-floral, sweet, mild citrusy, woody kind of scent, a beautiful concentrated perfume for women, suitable for spring and summer, day and night (I think it’s better for evenings).
It’s a slowly developing perfume on skin. It opens with vivid notes of basil and tangerine followed by an almond-vanilla note of heliotrope. Then comes to the surface the dominand note of iris. The jasmine and the petitgrain are quite strong and powerful but fade out quickly to give their place to the wonderful and strong amber note with the suede note. The incense with the benzoin are very vivid but they work at the background as they can’t overpower the floral-sweet (with very slightly citrus sourness) notes. The rose note is very weak.
The longevity is moderate and the projection is heavy. It’s price was 400 rubles for 12ml perfume, about 6 US dollars. The whole series “I love” is discontinued.
