Super classy, elegant and feminine, a typical Jo Malone british style. It’s green and flowery, can’t wait to add it to my fragrance wardrobe.

Not usable on me. The moss at the base isn’t stable and turned metallic and bitter even with a very light spray. Very disappointed because the top notes are lovely.

Beautiful honeysuckle explosion that dries down to a musky rose.

Lovely clean and classy floral. I get honeysuckle with some other flower I can’t identify, but I don’t pick up the other notes. It would be easy to underrate this one and miss its simple classic beauty and wearability. Honeysuckle Davana is a fine addition to the Jo Malone house of fragrances.

I got a huge herbal blast as first spritz of this, and I was thinking no, no, no..not for me..but this quickly settled into a soft honeysuckle and definitely picking up the white floral accord with a very soft/slight rose in the background peeking out now and then. Dare I say, this is a little soapy smelling..? Yeah….What started off as very harsh for me at first blast, is now quickly growing on me….This is lovely. As with many Jo Malone fragrances, this is not good on longevity, and the sillage is pretty much a skin-scent. I would love this in particular for the heat and humidity, and even in the Springtime. Very much a daytime scent. But as we are now going into the cooler/colder months, so for me, any thoughts of possibly purchasing this will wait until Spring. Not quite yet on my want list, but is definitely tempting….

I’ve tested this weekend. For me is very similar with Alien Eau extraordinaire from Mugler.
But I prefer this Jo Malone because the long lasting seems better.
I have the Extraordinaire so I don’t think worth’s to buy this one, even so I think JM Honeysuckle and Davana is fantastic, wonderful!! I liked so much!!

Character-less, floral.

Smells like cheap shower gel. No mossy note for me. Big disappointment from JM

I so miss Honeysuckle and Jasmine. It got away just as I realized I needed it. Well this version is more Moss on me than anything else. The opening is honeysuckle for sure and it gets brighter. The scent lifts and it almost feels like an aquatic, but it leaves little traces of a floral background in the air.
The composition has me feeling like I’m wearing a nice hand cream for the majority of the wear time. The moss note is the one that takes over in the end. It smells a little sweet and a lot musky. I’ll most likely pass because I know I wouldn’t reach for it due to that musky dry down.

This is great as long as you don’t overspray – it will turn bitter if you do. If sprayed lightly it stays soft and transparent and lets a wet, grassy rose shine through.
It reminds me of some green and slightly bitter classics like AnaÏs AnaÏs, Yves Rocher Magnolia or Chloé Narcisse. It’s not the same as any of these, but if you like any of them, chances are you will enjoy Honeysuckle & Davana, too. Unabashedly green-floral and feminine, very nostalgic.

Didn’t like it at all. It’s not a bad scent I would say it blends in nicely as a typical JM but for me, honeysuckle is unbearable as a scent. So sickening. Moderate silage and longevity.

This is by far the only “green”/herbal fragrance that I really like from Jo Malone house. Honeysuckle stood out beautifully and not harsh or sharp at all. It is a gently sweet herbal combination with a touch of creaminess. I got a light vibe of mossy rose in the end and it was sort of refreshing in a way. The complete dry down is a gorgeous blend of the green notes and the flowers.
I layered Honeysuckle & Davana with Jasmine Sambac & Marigold Cologne Intense and I was golden. The honeysuckle “lightened” up the jasmine and green davana got “toned” down by marigold. Such a great adventure that I had with the two fragrances.

I loved the honeysuckle in the OG Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs Blush (both from early 2000’s and sadly d/c’d), so I had to try this one. Well I don’t get honeysuckle, either real or artificial, in this at all. It’s quite heady like Twilly d’Hermes but without the awesome gingery spiciness or the sweet tuberose. This almost reminds me of the Giorgio my mother bathed in when I was a kid.
It’s definitely a powerful scent with better sillage and longevity than many of the JM’s of the non-intense line. But in the end, it’s just too screechy and gave me a sinus headache.

I was curious about that one, so I quickly grabbed a 30 ml on my way to the airport…I am glad I took the time, it is lovely ! It is a warm fresh floral, with a hint of spiciness, and lots of personality too…some of Jo Malone fragrances leave me a bit unimpressed, but Malone never disappoints, and I like Honeysuckle and Davana..it is feminine, warm, and will go well for the fall season..of course the Malone saleslady wanted me to buy a couple more as she said those need to be layered..i don’t believe in layering, so I think it is just pretty and projects enough on its own..it makes me think of a freshly harvested field..it has something very natural smelling, a tad earthy without getting woodsy ..I like it..now it isn’t really a love, and not the best Jo Malone has to offer in my opinion..yet it spells quality, and smells very nice , kind of a Bottega Veneta a bit…i don’t get much rose, and the moss is done in a subtle way…
