This is a lot more cocoa powder than Nutella. Definitely unisex. Definitely a winter/cold weather scent. I agree with the burnt sugar note from below too.
I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting a literal Nutella scent but this is good too. Diesel’s Loverdose Red Kiss is more Nutella than this (more warm hazelnutty), as is Chocolovers, (but only slightly more hazelnut+coriander/less cocoa) but this is a very good cocoa/hazelnut scent and masculine/unisex enough for any man to wear whereas the other two skew towards the female wearer (sugary-perfumey.) I’m glad to have it as a part of my collection.
ONE or possibly two sprays are enough. The concentration feels like Parfum-level, or at least somewhere between parfum and a strong EDP.
I received shipment exactly 14 days after ordering. The perfume and packaging was in excellent condition. The bottle is very high quality IRL. On the front is the Nutella-esque Hellanut label but if you flip it backwards, the very same label has palm trees and Xyrena is written on the glass in gold. It’s very pretty.
Buy it but don’t expect to sit down and feel like you’re sniffing an open jar of Nutella. (Which is actually a good thing because real Nutella smells so oily and unctuous and heavy once you get past the sugar and hazelnut. This is more of a wearable dry cocoa powder mixed with Nutella and smells pretty adult, rather than a novelty perfume that i was expecting. This is a serious perfume and wants to be taken seriously. Cocoa+Hazelnut for big boys and girls.
Forgot to add: Layer this with L’Artisan Mandarine or Atelier Orange Sanguine to get a near perfect Terry’s Chocolate Orange dupe. It’s more of a dark chocolate orange rather than milk chocolate but close enough.

This is a beautiful Perfume, Very gourmand yes but with something oriental, sensual and very elegant through out. It starts off a bit to strong but after a few minutes settles nicely.
Long lasting and luxurious.
Strong, dominant, classy and feminine at the same time.
A must try for gourmand lovers looking for something a little ‘special’.
Love <3

This has a whole lot going on. Burnt sugar, roasted hazelnut, whipped cream with a touch of chocolate is the best way I can describe it. This is from one sampling from a dab on vial and performance is out of this world. I am surprised that there are so few reviews on this one as I know there are hundreds if not thousands of gourmand lovers on this site. I guess what archivist said is true about the terrible customer service, I would not know as I was gifted a sample. Personally, I love it but it’s a bit too feminine for me to pull off.

I love this just for the fact that the sillage and projection is amazing! I have perfume eating skin and this stuff lasts from morning to dawn I love it! However, I was told by two people that I smell like baby powder? I dont get that at all but though maybe it would be helpful to someone. If you are looking for exact Nutella perfume this is NOT it. I dont think it really smells like Nutella at all actually but like archivist said, “really sticky hazelnut latte with whipped cream”.

It is strong and unusual , certainly an attention getter . I like to sniff it but not to wear it . I sniff it a little , I put the bottle down. Some people told me it’s delicious, others that it is poisonous. . Go figure. Personally I prefer natural smelling scents, more wholesome , less aggressive and synthetic. But this is fun and unique, and I appreciate the artistry and guts that went into launching such a monstruosity. bravo ! far from any masterpiece or class, close to the Comme Des Garçons concept of oddities. I love the roasted hazelnuts, the chocolate, the sickening sweetness . I love Nutella and Ferrero Rocher chocolates. This is awesome.

I liked this the first time I smelled it and each time after I got nauseous. Something in it doesn’t agree with my nose. The VHS case is cool and unique. It does smell like hazelnut but has an unusual sickening smell as it dries down.
