Opens with a citrus note that is gone in 10 minutes, then turns into a creamy sandalwood with other well blended notes I can’t distinguish. This is a lovely but it stays close. Will test this in warmer weather when I think this beauty will bloom.

This is an amazing Unisex warm weather fragrance that opens with a green vibe. On my skin I get creamy citrus, greens and slight woody nuances.Full review on the Freddiefragz Youtubbe channel.

This is very green on me. It kind of reminds me of the fig note in Premier Figuiere. It also smells very similar to wild sweet pea, but more like the stem that the flower, although a bit of floral is there. There might be some powdery sandalwood in this, but it’s more of a background note. The longevity was really impressive. One of the longest lasting figs for sure!

I thought i was crazy at first!
So upon first sniff… I HATED this. It smelled sharp and “off.”
Then after a few moments it settled, flattened, rounded into a sandalwood that smelled creamy and… nutty? I was definitely getting nuts.
Then I visited Phlur’s site, and it’s listed as an aquatic floral. Uhhh… no, girl.
Do I have the wrong sample? Is my sniffer broken?
Upon scrolling down, then I see…
“fig, white florals, hazelnut, and sandalwood.”
Ha! Triumph. My nose isn’t crazy after all.
I knew there were nuts in there!
Well. This is a soft unisex sandalwood that has a very sharp opening but then settles into something bordering a creamy gourmand. There are florals lurking in there, but this is a sandalwood soaked in cream and nuts… I think I like it!

It changes a lot over time, because at first it was a warm round vanilla, that was very soft. On me, it’s not easy to smell, and it sort of remind me of origami paper–that sort of concentrated ink smell? And it reminds me of Jo Malone’s sea salt and sage, just less expensive but equally short longevity for lower price haha.

A bright, clean and wispy floral aquatic.
Its a soft opening, followed by a rush of bright florals that give way to the aquatic/sandalwood base.
Light projection, average performance but still a keeper.
This is a unisex fragrance but would much rather smell this on a female.
    Compliments galore.

Very complex, reminds me of Ciara perfume from the 70’s 80’s but without the migraine inducer! Rich dark warm incense type fragrance. Very heavy and seductive. Not one I would wear daily but on a special night out, I would. This needs to be worn with velvet I think.

What I find this closest to is DKNY Pure: warm woody vanilla musk. So I like it a lot and agree it would work for men or women. A small bottle is $85, less $15 if you ordered the 3 samples.
Phlur calls this an aquatic floral, which I don’t get at all. I will report back after seeing if my spouse notices this. Nicely packaged but also way too much packaging for 3 tiny testers — at least it is all recyclable.
Some things I love are that there are no phthalates, no animal ingredients, no animal testing, and made in the USA. The marketing seems to aim for women in their 20s and 30s, oh well. I could not resist getting my nose on these and hope for longevity.

Presentation was overly dramatic if you ask me, but it is really a complex fragrance. This transforms into many different pleasant aromas every few hours. This is a niche fragrance that plays up the quality of it’s niche roots but with the complexity of a retail player. My new favorite cologne.

I am testing this out now. The sample presentation is gorgeous. Notes not being listed annoys me. This is unisex, but I would rather smell this on a man. Perfect for fall, winter–a snuggly scent. Does remind me of Coromandel, but softer, not so patchouli-sharp. It is creamy, like Phlur describes, but there is something else there that keeps it from being too feminine. It is blended well. Really nice fragrance. Not for me.
