Pleasant, sweet and fruity. The opening is peachy, and remains alongside the notes of peony and apple in the drydown. This isn’t the most enticing floral-fruity in my opinion but it’s a pretty scent for what it’s worth.

Having always been a fan of Eclat d’Arpege, I was pretty disappointed when I bought a new bottle last year (2015 batch) and found it has (obviously) been reformulated into a shadow of its former self.
I noticed this fragrance had 50+ votes as smelling like Eclat d’Arpege, so I took a chance on it. It was only $35 for the 100ml, so not a huge deal if I didn’t like it.
I have to say: I’m legit amazed at how alike the two are. This smells like EdA before it was watered down. Not to mention, it’s much cheaper. The bottle isn’t the most attractive with its plastic cap and base (new style bottle) but for the price, I’m not complaining. The longevity is around 4 hours and it wears close to the skin.
Definitely recommend this if the new formulation of EdA isn’t cutting it for you any more.

**edited to add:
I recently bought a bottle of Eclat d’Arpege and hadn’t worn HKS in a while. When I sprayed on HKS the other day, I was also surprised to realize how similar they are, but i like HKS more. So… I mean they’re both relatively inexpensive. It’s not like one is more economical as a “dupe,” but if you’re wondering if you need both, you probably don’t.

This one really ticks all the boxes for me. Freesia? Check. Cyclamen? Check. Peach? Check. Peony? Check. Also it’s VERY inexpensive? Check.
While I love these notes, I only *really like* this fragrance. It’s pleasing. It’s a pleasant, slightly fruity floral that can be safely worn to the office. Sillage is light and longevity is medium-low. You can use a heavy hand with this one and not be worried about offending anyone. It’s also a very safe blind buy, IMO.
This is the kind of scent that makes someone sniff and say “something smells good!” rather than searching around, finding the source and declaring OH MY GOD, I’M OBSESSED. Still, I really like it and I’m glad it’s a part of my collection. I prefer the Freesia flanker but this one is very nice, too!

I just got myself a box including a 100ml EDT, a sample and a body glitter thingy.
In the first 10 mins I was startled by the overpowering sweetness of peaches, luckily it faded away whereas the pink peony and cyclamen begin to stand out with a hint of granny smith apple.
Some would say it’s for teens or young adults, but I think it’s a romantic scent that can be worn at any age, the only thing you need to do is to wait until the final dry down, by then the sweet fruity note will be less noticeable and the whole scent will become more stable and gentle.
I am wearing it 3 hours straight. Although I think the scent is getting weaker and weaker, as I can barely smell it on my wrist, my family say that they can smell my perfume as soon as I walked into the room, so maybe the sillage and longevity aren’t as bad as I thought.
Kiss Sexy has become my latest obsession, it’s pink, sprightly romantic, inoffensive, simple, and somewhat soothing, plus quite feminine in ways unlike other flaunty perfumes. I will definitely repurchase once I run out of it.

very similar to Cacharel Amor Amor – just more flowery and lighter
timoshka – :
this one is ok,its not really my style either :/ but I think I prefer Halloween Kiss to HKS. its too light and it dissapears off my skin in a matter of minutes, cute bottle and name though
AwaibeClaibre – :
Quite nice floral fruity scent. There’s nice floral sweetness from cyclamen and freesia and fruity sweetness from peaches.
Peony is nice and soft and gives it a little freshness.
It has a lot in common with Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege. Also, some similarities to Escada’s sweet scents.
In my opinion, it’s not super special signature scent, but would be great for some ordinary day in summer.
dreams.81 – :
I can barely smell it on me, but my man went crazy about this one, I’ve never seen him actually oohing and aahing about a scent with his nose on my neck before, lol. It reminds me the tiniest bit of Amor Amor, a shampoo-ish scent.
stypogenik – :
It’s light and… aquatic? Sort of juicy, flowy, vibrant…. and cold. Some may call it cool. Modern tamed floral.
It opens with citrus/lemon burst with a noticable woody undertone. The peony is quite detectable, also the juicy softness of peaches. Dries down to musky skin scent which still contains some tangyness. Something fragile, yet strong in it at the same time – aquatic-woody with some omnipresent flowers.
Long story shortly – it is sparkling, uplifting, citrussy, somewhat woody easy-to-wear casual scent.
Gusmik – :
98% the same as Eclat d’Arpege Perles, which is 95% the same of Eclat d’Arpege. Haloween Kiss sexy is a little sweeter due to the lack of lemon than the Eclat’s d’Arpege, but the difference is very minor. If you’re wondering, I own all three, although I keep the older Eclat d’Arpege at my mom’s house. It feel slike I own 3 of the same perfume, really. I think this is a pleasant perfume, but definitely not original – there are actually many other perfumes that smell very much like it, although you might not have come upon them yet. The lonevity is poor. Therefore it’s better to spray this on clothes if you want to make it last. It’s good for girls like me, who have boyfriends that hate almost all vanilla, sweet, spicy, oriental, flowery, fruity, powdery, balsamic perfumes. I don’t particularly like fresh perfumes, but this/Eclat d’Arpege is fresh without being too fresh.
If you Already have Eclat d’Arpege Pearls, there is definitely no point in buying this one. If you have this and is running out, try Eclat d’Arpege Pearls.

Preppy!
Def for the young crowd. Teens to 20s. I love it!
konstantin2888 – :
I purchased a bottle of this blind based on all the positive reviews I’ve read on it and I’m so happy I did, and the 100ml bottle at that! I’ve been wanting to try Eclat d’Arpege but decided to try this one first for a couple reasons. 1. More attractive bottle in my opinion, looks great in my collection. (Not saying that Eclat’s bottle is unattractive, just not quite as unique as Hal’s.) 2. The cost was considerably lower enabling me to buy a 3.4 oz bottle of Sexy Kiss for what I’d have paid for a 1 oz bottle of Eclat.
From all I’ve read, I’m really not suprised that I like it so well, I am suprised by how much I love it though. I have a pretty large fume collection and like them all, but I’ve been finding myself reaching for this one almost daily now, which is rare for me.
Halloween Sexy Kiss is such a lovely fragrance and smells even better on my skin, which is also rather rare considering my chemistry is such that it sometimes destroys otherwise beautiful perfumes, turning them sour or stale smelling.
It’s light and airy and beautiful. My own personal happy in a bottle. I’m so glad to have found this and plan on ordering Eclat this week to see how it compares.
Beeklymaymnuajud – :
Almost exactly like Eclat de Arpege! But the notes are different when I look them up, so I’m not sure how it happens. I think EdA is more nuanced though.
Love the flacon!
PS(3 months later)- This. This is why I should hang on to the perfume I like but don’t particularly love. They grow on me. For whatever reason I’ve found myself not wearing perfume lately. I think this has to do with the weather for the most part.I was on the verge of giving this away because I wasn’t wowed, but I tried it today and it feels like a fresh, flowery, lightly citrused heavensend to me…love it!
But I’m sad to report that longevity and sillage are almost non-existent. I cant smell it at all as soon as an hour after I sprtiz this on, and quite liberally at that. I would not have parted with it all summer long if it werent for this.
Saturn10 – :
it has some notes of In Black by JDP, i can’t say wich one but i recognize some middle and base notes in the middle notes of HKS. Not very original to me, IMO goes in the same line of oh lala by ARDLP and Love Love Love by the same designer, they’re not the same, i mean they’re kind of similar, and they’re good but not so special.
kiwinchell – :
Just got this in. It’s different, something I don’t normally wear (since I am partial to fruity/citrus/sweet scents), but this one is clean but it has a sensual side to it, floral with an after thought of romance (musk side). You have to smell it to appreciate it. I like it.
suiqueusazy – :
I love this one .. nice and better than Eclat by Lanvin in my opinion.. very beautiful scent
molot97 – :
I am really pleased with this scent, I bought it after reading reviews that it is so clean and fresh smelling, perfect for Spring/Summer – and it really is both these things. Reminds me of a sweet fruit tea, and of Springtime. It isn’t very strong on the drydown, but that just gives me excuse to keep spraying it through the day. It smells really happy and carefree, spray it and see 🙂
nigeidiog – :
wonderful aromatic scent
crash 911 – :
this is simply beautiful… just like Eclat by Lanvin
i hope it last’s longer…
ramil1976 – :
I have 50ml of it and it´s quite nice. Good scent for warm days, it´s positive and girly. It´s nothing ´´ WOW!´´ but I like it. Unfortunetly it´s not long lasting at all.
qaws124411 – :
Yayeeee…i bought this today.its awsome.i tried marry me again and i found it turns very sweet after one hour which i didnt like.but the opening is very pretty floral.however i love love love h.kiss sexy.

speallbreerie – :
Yes it really smells like lanvin eclat de arpege.lanvin is more green floral because of tea and lemon leaves and h.kiss sexy is more creamy and sweet and i love them both.I had lanvin 2 years ago.now i smelled H.K.sexy and wanna buy it.Deciding between this and lanvin marry me.Gonna buy both but one at a time….lets see.

Simply and beautiful fragrance. I found very similar to Eclat d´Arpeage by Lanvin, but less complex, any way, if You like Eclat d´Arpeage, surely You´ll like this one, too…plus is cheaper.
Tolotralleyf – :
Just purely amazing. Many people are missing out on such a beautiful fragrance.
pashtet155 – :
Huele muy bien al comienzo, pero el olor se va muy rápido, queda a flor de piel en una hora. Halloween kiss en cambio huele muy bien y termina oliendo a vainilla
Andlen7101 – :
Unbelievable!! So many people are in love with this one!!
I need to get me à large bottle!!
GenaBykin – :
amaaaazing
i fall in love with it
i test it ,when i tried to reach perfume to my honeymoon
so seller man said : Halloween kiss sooo sexy for any bride .
yemelya666 – :
Nice spring/summer scent. Shades of the original Halloween, but not as mysterious and powerful. It’s a bit more floral-sweet. It’s the “yin” to Halloween’s “yang”.
мамалена – :
I was given this perfume for christmas and the minute I used it I fell in love with the amazing smell of this perfume and so did my partner
privet103 – :
for me it is for 100% the same as Lanvin Eclat :))
Park6 – :
it’s one of the most beautiful bottles i’ve ever seennn!
it doesn’t smell spectacular, it smell really nice, very fun and colorful, but i think i maybe that kind of fragrances that i only buy after my typically floral fruity has ended.
but if you are searching one of this kind, this one may surprise you! just give it a shot 😉
frunz98 – :
I just tried it this afternoon. Nothing special, just the ordinary floral-fruity, little bit pink scent. Good for teens, but not just a teen-ish smell. For those, who like this olfactive group, this can be a nice everyday fragrance.
