This is ok. Its safe and wont offend anybody. It opens up cfruity with spice from cinnamon.i like cinnamon in my sauce but this opening is not good to me. It gets better in the mid when the cinnamon and cardamom amd pepper kick in.the drydown is ok not unique at all. Incense and amber basically. This stuff smells ok nothing special nothing to try out much less buy. This may be some nice sauce to a teenager or kid tho.it doesnt last long at all and it gives me a headache after a while.

First, dab sampling: this goes on citric/spicy but I get a hint of something vanillic fairly quickly. Once the top notes are mostly gone, and I try to avoid most of them anyway, there is a bit of a “synthetic” quality, perhaps because the notes seem too tight. This doesn’t last long and soon you find an excellent scent, more or less unisex (add florals and it would be more “feminine” than anything else). Here’s the thing: it gets very subtle, though more natural smelling. However, considering current prices, that’s not an issue unless you are literally penniless. The only problem I can imagine is if you have to spray more on to smell the nice base and so get nauseated because the opening is too strong and a bit “synthetic.” Considering prices today, you can only get a better base than this if you get lucky on ebay with a vintage scent.
UPDATE: I wore it in the regular way today and the thing is that once the top notes are mostly gone I don’t smell much of anything for several minutes. That’s when the amber takes over and this is mostly a spicy amber scent with some of the fruitiness persisting but well blended into the whole. The wood note doesn’t last very long and you don’t get strong leather or patchouli. It’s also not super sweet (just a hint), and my guess is that it would come across as too “synthetic” if worn in warm weather. Compared to scents like A*Men this is a weakling but if you don’t wear very strong ones and spray more than usual I don’t see why there would be any issues with longevity or projection (“sillage”). No, this is not niche or vintage quality, but it is competition for designer scents of this type, and the opening is quite nice, if not long lasting.
UPDATE #2: If you are looking for a really inexpensive alternative to Allure Homme this might work for you, unless you don’t think AH is strong, because if that’s the case then you’ll think H2 is too weak. H2 doesn’t have that laundry musk type quality in AH so to me that’s a huge advantage, because I hate that sort of thing. Also, these kinds of scents I tend to find cloying but H2 isn’t strong enough to do that, whereas AH is.

it smells like every other mainstream “safe” stand-by mens cologne all bundled up and somehow it works, but nothing special. no one in my kitchen full of men wanted it after it was offered up one day. so i kept it anyway; maybe my husband will wear it despite the uncomfortably cheesy marketing-it-after-a-car tactic. i cannot believe anyone would think this smells remotely like Miyake though. tommy_girl nailed the frag pretty well. worth around $20. ciao!

This was a throw in with another sample I ordered in the midst of 50 other ones… I expected this to be run of the mill, or worse, and was pleasantly surprised.
I found this one similar to my old standby…Curve.
Thinking about buying this one and trying it out for office use, as I think it would work fantastically in that capacity.
EDIT: I bought a 4.2 oz bottle of this stuff and don’t like it as much as I did on the alcohol pad I sniffed. It’s too strong for me, but I enjoy it, like I did the sample, after it settles quite a bit. Lasts forever.

This is a better version of Swiss Army which is a very good fragrance and loved by man. There’s a lot of similarities, but H2 is a little fresher and spicier with more legs. The spray on this is awesome.

I won this from a contest and has been keeping it for some while until one day I’ve decided to give it a try. I am glad I did that, a quite pleasant surprise for me.
The opening is a bit dusty with hints of citrusy, a while later the heart notes is amazing! It somehow give me aquatic feel with a mild peppery spicy + cardamom with a hints of fresh fir, Wow! It’s a blasting refreshing feel! I like it a lot! It is kind of remind me of CK Free and Burberry Beat. Giving me very nice feel! Basenote is mild smokey woodsy notes. Longevity and silage is great, 6 hours plus on me.
This is totally a surprise for me as I didn’t expect much from it, the box label mention it is by Elizabeth Arden which is famous for making high quality perfumes.
If you like “aquatic spicy” scent, this is the one – H2 by Hummer. I will give 7/10 for this.

smells like everything else on the market i see oriental spices coming out but its a kinda bland fresh scent i prefer claiborne sport and LOTS of other blends over this one

fresh, energetic and appealing!it opens with citruses activating notes.I absolutely love it.I think it’s more likely into “Aquatic” group than “oriental spicy”.as the time passes the first fresh notes are took away by a warmer, more spicy, woody smelling.
I don’t think there’s any age or weather limitations to wear this one.because it’s fresh and cold, with spicy warm notes at the same time.
I found it in the drawer of my sister’s husband and it was almost finished!glad I got a chance to smell it.
