Description

Four years after Gucci Pour Homme, Gucci launched Gucci Pour Homme II, created by Karine Dubreuil just like the first one.
The fragrance has kept the same gorgeous elegant and masculine features of its predecessor, but has become brighter and lighter. The composition opens with fresh notes of violet leaf and bergamot. Very soon the green-fruity opening leaves the space to the spicy notes of the heart: red hot chili pepper Pimento, cinnamon and black tea. The woodsy and elegant violet links it to the base composed of olive tree wood, tobacco leaves, musk and myrtle.
The fragrance was created in 2007.

Love. Masculine, refined, layered. If James Bond wears cologne… this is it. The primary note is walking into a room in South Asia where premium black tea is dried… then the cinnamon and violet balance the tea with a touch of spice and floral sweetness. It is discontinued, get it while you can.

Well well well…. 2 yrs ago I was really amazed by how this smelled. 1 year ago I finally bought it and loved it for some time.
The smell : I got bored of it. I don’t smell something as good as I used to. It’s a bit too harsh I guess and one note is still standing out which irks me.
The longevity is quite moderate and sillage is a bit too poor

I didn’t remember having neither this sample nor its peculiar, pleasing perfume.
Someone compared it with the inside of a church and personally I couldn’t agree more than that, mostly just sprayed.
A hidden treasure amongst many samples (still anonymous at the moment) in my drawer.

I blind bought this… the scent has a tea vibe…
I think this might be intended more for the Far East markets with the tea.
The projection and Sillage are both below average. Then again in the Far East people prefer fragrances like that.
Two out of five stars for me.

Magic in the golden blue brick.
I didn’t like first Pour Homme at all but I fell in love with Pour Homme II
Tea, cinnamon and tobacco – looks like gentlemen’s evening in the front of a hearth. This one is not a masculine type. It’s just mild, tranquil scent that gives happiness.
The blindside is performance – scent runs off in 2-4 hours from skin totally. But if you wear it on clothes – you’ll smell like a god of seduction whole day for people who would be able to cross your intimate zone.

I like this cologne! Definitely warm spicy. I love cinnamon and it really shines through here along with the spicy notes, tobacco, black tea, and violet leaf. The sillage is fantastic and it’s long lasting. It’s more spicy than fresh, but it’s still clean and not overpowering! Less is definitely more with this one.

I smelled this from a friend who asked me to buy this for him online. It’s an inoffensive masculine scent, perfect for office setting or university setting, at the gym, or any other places where you encounter a lot of people. It doesn’t give unnecessary headaches like other fragrances as it is very mellow. This fragrance gives a smell of bubble gum mixed with green tea and burnt cinnamon vibe which made me love it. The longevity was a bit of a problem, you may have to reapply during the middle of the day. The silage and projection were moderate, you can only really smell it while you’re standing next to the person who’s wearing it. But overall, an excellent fragrance to add to anyone’s arsenal. It is one of my top fragrances that I would keep forever.

This fragrance immediately jumped up to my top 5 list for its inoffensive smell and versatility. The natural masculine chai tea smell is what I go for when I don’t want to smell like the average guy, when I’m studying in the library or at a coffee shop. I want to give the impression that I have a simple yet refined taste. I don’t want to be the guy who wears cologne, I want to be the guy who just smells like he spends his time drinking tea and reading. What I like about this fragrance most is it smells like something you would just catch a whiff of from someone passing you by, but you may not associate that smell with a man who loves to overly pamper himself with fine perfume. Even if that’s exactly who you are.

I have to agree with the previous review. To me this is a masterpiece.
Its a fragrance that just makes you feel good when you spray it on, no matter what you are doing.
I got this as a blind buy and I will be ordering another back up bottle.

I work as a doorman here in New York, it’s been raining a lot and I wore it during the early morning, I was on the subway and a young couple approached me and asked what I was wearing, I told them Gucci Pour Homme 2, they were so impressed with the scent, they said that the combination of the cinnamon and the black tea were amazing! I agreed, and now this will always be a memory with this scent, a rainy morning with a couple that loved how I smelled. There’s a lot of colognes, but this one stands out.

okay, to be honest I like to wear this cologne before I go to sleep. It’s a very relaxing scent, but not even close to one of my favorites. The reason I’m choosing this as my second overall review on Fragrantica is because this EDT gets a lot of compliments. It’s a relaxing scent, and the most relaxing scent I own. It doesn’t necessarily make me feel masculine, and that is part of the reason I only wear it to put me to sleep. I would say if you have the woman of your dreams with you, and you’re getting ready to go to sleep, this is the one you wear, because women LOVE this scent. I usually don’t get compliments when I wear a cologne, but for some reason women give me compliments with this one a lot. I usually overspray just to get the compliments as well.check me out on utube, Forever Neil

I bought this one recently after much deliberation, as many have said that the scent is amazing, but the performance is lackluster. The latter statement proved to be quite true, as I barely detect it after even one hour after application. I really have to move around to get wafts. If I had to describe the scent, it is a kind of sweet, fresh spicy type of fragrance. I get loads of cinnamon with the addition of violet leaves to make it a little less dense and versatile. GPH II reminds me of Spicebomb, just not as strong. Could also be a very subdued version of some Andy Tauer fragrance. I could call it mini-spicebomb. It is enjoyable, but I do not see why people say that it is amazing and some call it a masterpiece. To me, it is an enjoyable everyday fragrance that pleases that masses (much like Spicebomb, The One or other major designer release). I will spray this on the days I do not want a fragrance on myself, but rather to have an aroma floating around.

“Four years after Gucci Pour Homme, Gucci launched Gucci Pour Homme II, created by Karine Dubreuil just like the first one.”
Wasn’t the first one created by Almairac?
Not exactly my cup of tea, but I cannot ignore the soothing tea-cinammon vibe that goes with this one. Great for chilling with anyone, anywhere.

The trick to this is to spray your clothes. I’ve owned this scent 3 times and the first 2 would be where I dropped the ball big time. I always expected to keep that unique aroma but couldn’t figure out why after 1 hour at max this would disappear. I tried something different this go-round with 3 sprays to my shirt and 1 behind my neck around 8:00 a.m. and it’s currently 4:30 and still going strong. I don’t think this was meant to be loud but more consistent in how the fragrance carries throughout the day. I can see with the soft nature of how this would easily get lost in a person’s chemistry to wear they would not smell anything shortly after application.
Definitely serves it’s purpose in full 10/10
    Scent: 9/10
Occasion: Any, since it’s so casual but would pair well with a nice suit to a formal occasion.

This fragrance is a tough one to rate…adore this scent and the ladies enjoy it too, but I dislike its performance. I’ve had GPHII for the past four years and I really love this scent. Unfortunately, it sits extremely close to my skin and pretty much disappears after 3-hours, which is surprising since most fragrances (non citrus) last and project extremely well on my skin.
I’ve wore this fragrance into work on many occasions and not one compliment. Of course, I have an hour commute into work (cologne is applied at 5:00 AM) and I’m usually at the office 1-2 hours before most folks begin their day – by 9:00 AM GPHII is undetectable on my skin. Anyway, when brought along an atomizer the scent was very well received. Most people love it, but they’re gonna have trouble smelling it on you unless they standing in your personal space.
Fortunately, the ladies love this fragrance (it is very well received) so it’s something I’ll spray for more intimate occasions or when we’re at home relaxing for the evening…very high snuggle factor! However, I am disappointed that it’s not something I can wear out of the house without having to take along an atomizer to refresh every 2-3 hours.
Gucci: if you’re listening, reformulate this fragrance or make a Parfum version just like Dolce & Gabbana did with The One. Okay, I’m still going to rate this as “Love” because I feel this is an incredibly unique and appealing scent. Also, props to Gucci on the bottle…rock-solid and perfect for self-defense.

In love! Black tea, cinnamon, violet leaf. Warming in the cool weather. Refreshing in the warm weather. Subtle enough to be worn in close quarters (car, class, office, plane). VERSATILE.
Its downfall is its performance. Sprayed on skin, it will project moderately for an hour, maybe two, then become a skin scent for another 4 hours. BUT, if you also spray it on your clothing, it will stay for days.
Story time!!! I bought this two weeks ago at Ulta. I LOVED the scent but thought the performance was so bad that I felt robbed of the $96. I just exchanged it this past weekend for a bottle of Acqua Di Gio Absolu. Then at 7am this morning I was out on the river (foggy, warm, the morning after the rain) wearing my work sweatshirt and I got a whiff of it… ? … But I didn’t put it on this morning because I don’t have any more of it… Wait, I had sprayed some on this sweatshirt three days ago… Son of a biscuit eating bulldog it PERFORMS ON CLOTHES!?!?! Now I’m mad at myself because I exchanged it, so I’m doing to turn right around and buy another bottle once I get done writing this review.
To be classy is to spray fragrance on your skin. To get your moneys worth is to ALSO spray this on your clothes.
    Much love and happy smelling.

Love this stuff from first sniff, performance is below average… Wish it could stay with sillage of atleast 4 or 6 hours….

I can see why this is loved. It smells of quality and is cozy.I am a sucker for cardamom and love the bottle too.
I get a more green and gentlemanly spicebomb with a little bit of powder.
This fragrance becomes a skin scent for me in 30 minutes or less and then is a skin scent for 3 or 4 hours.
This is not satisfactory performance, but if you want a interesting, yet inoffensive fragrance this would be perfect for airports, travel or whenever you might be close to strangers.
I respect the love and am glad I got a sample before it becomes expensive and demanding hundreds of dollars.

Black Tea and Cinnamon with a little musk evident in the dry down. It is pleasant and unique for sure. This has a mature, elegant, confident air about it – kinda how I feel when I smell the Bvlgari scents such as D’Un Soir, etc. The spicy nature of it from the cinnamon contrasts well with the tea to make a calming, comforting scent when it dries down; comforting/calming moreso than it is seductive although the fresh/spicy nature of it will still be alluring. Sillage is great and it trails super nicely. Imo its a bit too spicy for hot weather wear but perfect for spring, fall or inside a nicely air conditioned office. Bottle is also an elegant brick.

Calm, soft, average. Welcome to the Top 10 Overhyped/Overated. I blind bought this a few years ago because it was held in high regards across multiple platforms. Yes it’s a nice scent, no it doesn’t relax me or make me calm, yes I get triggered hearing people call this Gucci Pour Home Dyuuhhh. Forgettable. This will be worth a pretty penny when it decides to actually finally become extinct only for people to fork out for it and be underwhelmed yet again because of unworthy hype IMO.

I recently tried this for the first time and was a bit surprised. I love the smell of black tea but the opening note of cinnamon, cinnamon some more, even more cinnamon, with an extra dash of cinnamon made me wonder if I tried a cinnamon-exclusive version. I like cinnamon so it wasn’t bad. After about 30 minutes, I started to smell some relaxing tea but the cinnamon was still there too. It’s interesting. It’s like it wants to be a very warm scent but has some complexity to it that stops it from being a very warm scent. I’ll keep trying it, mostly at night, in the house. The drydown is, for lack of better word, pretty. This will sound strange but the drydown even has a hint of new money scent. I think it’s a keeper but not for sure when I’ll wear it outside of in the house while relaxing in the evening.

I just blind bought this and it’s as they said, too light a little more than a skin scent IMO (Batch 2096 – 05/04/2012)
I think this fragrance is for someone who want a light scent especially for these places
Best places to wear this one :
    – Airplane
    – Hospital
    – Cinema
    – Office

    Gorgeous scent..
I think they released this to replace pour homme 1 which didn’t sell as well as Gucci had hoped. That’s was more polarizing..it smelled like the inside of a church.
Pour homme 2 is more fresh more inviting and more modern. It stands on its own and is very classy..I can’t imagine anyone not liking this
    And that bottle…just WOW

Love it! All Gucci’s suck now. I own this & Envy(both are understandably running out 🙁 ) and love them both. Neither projects or carries at all…but PH II wins. I would just put ‘like’ if it were any other smell due to the longevity but…I don’t plan on it. 😉 Gucci should make this and Envy again and stop with the nasty guilty garbage pile. Recommend!

I just tried this again after 2 years and it looks like they fixed the longevity issue, GPHII is back.

  33. :

    5 out of 5

After reading the last few comments I figured I’d give my opinion on longevity since there’s not much debate about the magnificence of the actual smell. I consider a weak fragrance to last less than two hours, a strong one lasting 6+ hours. GPH2 lasts 4 to 6 hours for me placing it as a solid above average performer in my estimation. It may have a smaller scent bubble but does leave a detectable scent trail. It doesn’t leap off your skin or fill up a room but it isn’t supposed to. This is the low key type of fragrance that draws people in where they can enjoy it right along with you.

  34. :

    4 out of 5

I love this scent. It’s so amazing. If you like spicy but not too sweet fragrances, this is the god. So far I tried roughly a hundred fragrances, this scent is by far the best. Ironically enough I was not overwhelmed when I first tried it, but in couple of wearings I fell in love with it.
The black tea, the tobacco, the raw spiciness of cinamon…fabulous!
It’s godly, it’s classy, it’s manly. It is also absolutely relaxing and inviting, in a very sophisticated manner. It does not scream “ALL COME HERE”, but it sends the invitation only for the VIPs.
This is the only fragrance that I spray just for me, even when I am staying home the whole day.
As for longevity and projection, it’s more on the intimate side, but it’s average, not a complete tragedy.
And the flacon is so fucking classy it could easily contain a $1000 fragrance. It is massive, it looks incredible on the shelf. Just by lifting the enourmous cap you know the stuff inside is going to be something special.

GPH2 is artwork. The calming factor that this fragrance has cannot be described in words.
The black tea note in this fragrance comes across so amazing that you get lured by it to spray at least once a day.
This is a very simple yet complex fragrance which doesn’t offend anyone and is very pleasing to the nose but at the same time it’s unique.
GPH2 is extremely versatile and has class written all over it. You cannot go wrong with it. It definitely is blind buy worthy.

The weather is transitioning here in Vancouver, Canada as the weather starts to warm up and sunshine starts to fill up the sky. Spring is slowly evolving and as I looked at my fragrance collection, I picked up a bottle that I have owned for nearly 4 years but have worn sporadically: Gucci Pour Homme 2.
Gucci Pour Homme 2 is a wonderful scent. If I were to use adjectives to describe GPH2, words I would use include:
elegant, calm, delicate, spicy and fresh.
This is a fragrance I have probably ignored too much and joins a number of scents I plan to wear in Spring or Fall – ie. transitional scents. They are: Dior Homme Eau, Creed Original Santal, Ferrari Bright Neroli, Dolce and Gabbana the One EDT, Atelier Vetiver Fatal, Creed Green Irish Tweed and GPH2.
This is the kind of fragrance you can wear to a meeting dressed up, jeans and a sweater on the couch watching the game, at an event daytime or night time. I have received compliments on this fragrance in the past – it’s a beautiful scent that will not drive others away. Longevity is fine, projection is subtle but not as light to my nose as others have claimed.

I bought this but gave it as a gift before I could wear it. I did try it and I kind of regret giving it away because it’s wonderful.
Very well blended and sophisticated I can’t imagine someone not liking this.
    And that bottle..WOW

  42. :

    4 out of 5

This is honestly such a weird scent for me. When I first smelled it, it was just this amazing musky, cinnamon violet fragrance. I just loved it, I couldn’t get enough of it. But then maybe a month after I owned my own bottle (instead of a tester 3ml) I stopped liking it, it gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous. That was in November 2017. Then today, I gave it a whiff from the bottle and I could finally smell it again the way I used to, so I doused my hoodie in it (as it only projects when I have it on my clothes) and I’m just totally enjoying it.
I’d disregard any negative views and buy a bottle before it gets discontinued forever. Even if you end up selling it, it’s worth owning.

Love this stuff so exclusive the way it smells good thing I do 12 sprays for every cologne I use so I get a little more out of this one. Lasts a good 6 hours and projects for the first 2 hours not strongly but definitely will not go unnoticed. The smell itself is beyond amazing I can’t see anybody disliking this it smells fresh as hell and very different I can’t say I’ve ever smelled this on anybody! Happy to have this in my collection . 8.5/10 GPH2

Gucci Pour Homme II is a fresh aromatic with a very mellow aura to it. The most prominent notes here to me are tobacco, black tea—and what I would assume is olive tree? The aroma at first came off to me as subtly pungent; yet it was distinctly unique, and stimulating, and extremely fascinating to me for these qualities.
I recognize Gucci Pour Homme II as a fragrance of high modern style. An apex of the art to some degree. Cool and warm at the same time. Universally appealing. The perfect balance between playful and mature. I’d best describe the aroma here as a warm aquatic. It has a fresh aqueous tinge off the top, with a full-bodied aromatic depth enveloping the foundation. This deeper facet of the fragrance is bold yet semi-sweet, and seemingly adds what I can best describe as a plump, fruit flesh-like texture to the mellow oversoul.
As you adapt more to it, I think Gucci Pour Homme II can begin to come off as an extremely boring fragrance from the cap (one that you wouldn’t even want to bother with for the day). But once you actually spray it on, I swear it becomes like the most comforting fragrance in the world every time. One that can carry you through the entire day—and help you make peace with literally everything around you.

  45. :

    4 out of 5

It’s gentle and youthful, but not juvenile. It doesn’t project like a monster or last forever, but it doesn’t really have to. It’s comforting, sweet, and spicy, but not offensively so in any of those regards. I have a lot of beautiful memories I associate with this fragrance, but it’s an agreeable scent even without nice memories to associate with it.

EDIT: I wrote the below review on Feb 1st 2018 and went back to purchase a 50ml bottle for myself today, April 4, 2018. The tobacco note gave me no problems today. Despite the fact that it smells pretty close to HiM there is something unique and special about this that no other perfume I’ve smelled comes close to replicating.
    ____
    OLD REVIEW:
I’m a woman and a huge fan of HiM and Spicebomb (which has cinnamon and tobacco in common as major notes and I detect a red tea note in SB as well though it isn’t listed.)
So yesterday I did two close-range pumps on the back of my hand, basically soaked it and the wonderful scent lasted over 14 hours, even after I washed dishes in hot water. The sillage was just right (about 2-3 feet) and the scent itself was amazing, a beautiful slightly sweet cinnamon tea with spices. Masculine, but if I wanted to put my foot down and say ‘No it’s unisex!’ no one would argue with me (they’d probably disagree with me behind my back though, let’s keep it real.)
My only problem was the tobacco note. This is probably a personal thing for me so it shouldn’t color your opinion but the tobacco was cloying. Imagine looking at a beautiful delicious pizza and then suddenly you see a big old fly wriggling around in it. You might flick off the fly and even remove the contaminated pieces of the pizza but it’s still kind of ruined. Or imagine a beautiful face with a giant pimple on the nose. That’s how the tobacco was for me.
Fortunately HiM offers all the parts that I like, minus the tobacco, so we’re good. Now Spicebomb DOES have tobacco, but somehow that one doesn’t bother me at all. In fact I think that’s what gives me the red tea note actually.
Anyway, guys, this is 100% girl-approved (by at least 1 girl out of billions) however, try before you buy if you might have a tobacco sensitivity or aren’t into sweeter colognes.
I’m going to give it another try in a few weeks in case my nose was having a bad day because this is soooo close to being a masterpiece to me! Such a cozy winter scent.

Thanks ArkangeL. I noticed that this fragrance erroneously appeared on that list as well. I think it may have been discontinued temporarily at one point in time several years ago but as you say it’s now readily available in most Sephora stores and in most airport duty free shops.

This is not a review, but I noticed it was voted among one of the best discontinued fragrances. Fortunately, it is not discontinued. You can still walk into almost any freestanding Sephora and purchase Gucci Pour Homme II. While it isn’t easy to find, it is still sold over the counter friends.

WOW, amazing scent. I think it’s perfect for a spring daytime wedding. Very classy, soft but has character. It really reminds me of what spicebomb, or at least what spicebomb should have been. The cinnamon would be the spice, and the tobacco and tea really give me a subtle vanillic note (not actually vanilla, I know). Not nearly as loud and much more natural and well blended. I also get a slight resemblence to Prada LR Carbon, but that might just be my imagination.
Longevity does seem to be very weak, but I only had a few sprays on my wrist so I can’t judge it properly.

If you’re a big fan of the smell, like me, and you’re having issues with the performance, try layering this with ISO E Super or Molecule 01 by Escentric Molecule!
Very calming scent. I usually wear this to bed.

I initially posted a negative review of this fragrance after sampling a tester at duty free. It smelled pungent, really pungent. Like nasty pungent.
Turns out it was a bad tester.
Today, I purchased a 100ml bottle (2017 batch) and it smells great! It has that Middle Eastern/Oriental vibe to it that I’ve always liked. Not oudy, not peppery, not incensey.. the other one. Sure, it smells like black tea (not green tea) and flowers (violets?) for the first minute or so, but then it transforms into something so much better. I guess you could call it sweet, but it’s not sickly sweet. Sweet for grown-ups is how I’d describe it.
It is alluring and worth the $50 (Australian) I paid for it, though I would only wear it to the office or during sexy time. The reason being it’s light and holds close to the skin, but in a good way.
HM HiM is a far stronger frag and not my cup of tea. I have never smelled Tea for Two but it is quite a bit more expensive. You may find something in the Bvglari Eau Parfumée line that resembles this (for me it’s Au Thé Rouge), but again, those frags are considerably more expensive.
So, $50 for what is essentially a Tom Ford product ain’t bad at all.

Great spring/autmun scent, maybe working on cooler summery days. Simple, safe, not too loud, not too spicy, very versatile. Unfortunately the sillage and longevity as same as the other Gucci fragrances… The opening is a very very solid violet leaf, which fades away few minutes later. Thereafter I get a cool combintion of tea and cinnamon, but I don’t get any pimento note. The tea is interesting… beside the vetiver, the tea note is the only one which very sour in my skin, but in this case this one is working well. 1.5-2 hours later the scent become a solid, skin close scent, but hell, the drydown is one of the most beautiful, what I ever smelled in my life.
    – sping/autumn day/nighttime scent, maybe good in cooler summer days
    – sillage is poor, longevity is slightly better than average, 5-6 hours
    – safe blind buy
    Scent (open, top-mid): 8/10 (x2)
    Scent (drydown, base): 10/10 (x2)
    Sillage: 4/10
    Longevity: 5.5/10
    Uniqueness: 8/10
    Versatility: 8.5/10
    Total: 7.75/10

Sweet and Tea note is dominant. Very unique fragrance and special. Ladies appreciats more than men from my experience. I used it back in 2009 and performance was very good.

This is a really clever, well balanced offering that does exactly what you hope the list of ingredients will do. The opening is citrus, but softened with flowers. The middle notes are a memorable blend of black tea and pimento which come together to create a warm, spicy “perfect for Autumn” chord. Then, after a couple of hours, you’re left with a classic tobacco/musk combination (but still with a veneer of dry spice, the remnants of the black tea, I think).
I understand why many reviewers mark it down for a lack of longevity and projection. However, it does last well, just in a relaxed and subtle way. Likewise, the sillage is there (and I’ve had compliments long after I thought it had faded) but as something that people notice as they pass by, rather than serving as an announcement of your impending arrival.
In terms of flexibility, this is ideal for the office or as a discreet evening scent.
A strong 8.5/10 for this classy fragrance.

    Split Personality Scent
You get two scents with Gucci Pour Homme II. When I first got this scent I was confused about not detecting that tea note. I get a sweet cinnamon scent that stays sweet in the dry down with something rubbery.
Now that the cooler months are here. That black tea notes kicks in and it is exquisite stuff. I do get some mild dry red pepper adding more spice to this tea blend but it is very subdued in that Earl Grey Tea accord. This scent dries down to something sweet and rubbery for me with hints of the red pepper in there giving this scent some dryness to an already wet wood scent in the drydown. I get a touch of tobacco in here too. This is a very simple complex scent with lot of juxtaposition in the composition. Perfect scent for any occasion with it’s only letdown is the weakling performance. They need an EDP version of this that is loud.
I got this one for cheap and I wouldn’t recommend retail for this fragrance. It is a must have for me and a collector’s piece.
    Longevity 4 hrs
    Projection very weak
    Scent Awsome

gorgeous. the dry down is a perfect blend of tea and fragrant flowers that doesn’t come across as overtly feminine or masculine but rather complimentary to whoever is wearing it. This is one I break out on special occasions for when I want a compliment on how I smell because it is a compliment getter and lasts for hours on the skin.
For me it starts as a greenish blend of leaves, tea and vanilla and never quite stays linear rather; just continues to develop and shift from warm, to sweet, to woods as I wear it.

Good scent but in the end… Just a waist of money.
    What a shame…

Opens with green notes gently and turns to a sweet lovely tobacco in half an hour.If you like both notes,I advise a try.It is a silent scent but confident.A few more sprays will not disturb anybody I think, it has a relaxing side. This is my opinion after testing from a 5ml sample.

have not tried this but, if it’s anything like Hanae Mori HiM, then it should be great!

    Subtle but sublime.
    Such a masterfully composed scent.
Tea, cinnamon, tobacco, woody myrrh, musk and a hint of pepper (maybe the pimento?) all swirling together to form a higher purpose. It’s fresh, slightly spicy yet sweet, smooth and classy. Very subtle and calming, but this also makes for an excellent office frag. Also it’s rather unique and the closest thing I’ve smelled must be Lalique’s Equus where the woodiness comes from the cedar-like sequioa. Maybe even a tad of Burberry London lurking in the background with the tobaccco/cinn
