After wearing this almost daily in colder weather, I have to adjust my review. I retain the fact that it’s a dirty, sexy, messier MFK and that it’s very different from the likes of Ambre Sultan or Amber Absolute, but the benzoin really SHINES on me when it’s colder outside. I’m utterly smashed to bits by the lasting power. When it was hotter outside (20C), it would last maximum 7h on my skin. Now that it’s around 5C on a good day, it lasts literally more than 10h. That’s with the same conditions as I wore my perfumes on warmer days: moisturized skin, 1 or 2 sprays. The spice and amber envelopes me for a good 6h before it mellows down. I barely smell the vanilla on myself, which I really don’t mind. The sexy woody base notes really stay and make me feel like this upscale madame lounging on a velvet sofa, dressed in a silk robe after a long busy day.
If I’m not wearing Grand Soir alone, I tend to layer it with Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait and just one word, “GOSH”. You guys, try this out. BR540 first, followed by GS 30s after. Beauty. Just, so, damn, good.

I will start off by saying this: I was sent a sample in a swap….Upon first application, I immediately went on and bought a bottle.
I was initially blown away by the benzoin, and just how it mixed with the amber. It was honestly dirty, weird & odd but sooo satisfying. I have never smelled anything like it.
“Interesting” was the correct word to use on my first wearing. I couldn’t figure out if it was too feminine for me, or if it was just good enough to use no-matter-what.
I came to the conclusion that it was, “Too good not to buy.” So I bought it.
The opening is just so oddly pleasing. I cant get enough of the benzoin. It’s so different, but so dang uplifting in a really warm and unique way. The warmth and coziness hugs your senses and instantly increases happiness.
As it settles down, the benzoin fades and allows the vanilla to dance with the amber…..Yes, its as good as it sounds.
Now, it’s not the best thing every created. Once the benzoin fades it feels a bit linear, however it is just a phenomenal warm, inviting, comforting and amazing amber/vanilla frag.
    Glad I bought it.

The word “smooth” has been used too many times to describe too many fragrances. If you’re looking for the epitome of smooth…Grand Soir it is.
If you’re a Amber lover, or you’re willing to try a fragrance that is purposefully designed to conjure an image of warmth and smoothness at the same time on a cool evening, this is it. This is the velvet of all fragrances. It’s aptly named “big night” but honestly, it could be “big day” or anytime as a matter of fact. I enjoy Grand Soir on a date night a lot, and the reactions as you’d expect from its level of quality is incredible. Love at first sniff and it never gets old. Amber, Tonka, Vanilla, Benzoin, and Labdanum. If you know your fragrance notes, you know you’re in for a treat. This is a true five star fragrance all around. I will always own Grand Soir!

This is balsamic amber with resins in capital letters. It reminds me of Calvin Klein’s Obsession for Women, in a good way. It is not very sharp, but sharp enough that I do not wear it to office, but it is a comfort scent for me. It lasts a good eight hours and moderate to good sillage, which I do not get from quite a few other MFK perfumes that I have sampled.
I think it is more masculine than feminine. I would love to smell this on a guy, on a cozy evening.

    ★★★★½
Grand Soir is a grand perfume in many ways.
Its elegance is evident in both performance and quality. It’s an alluring dark amber with hints of vanillic sweetness, a sweetness that is balancing the dark elements and makes the whole composition pretty and comforting.
Concept-wise, it is supposed to evoke a fabulous Parisian evening, a concept that is achieved with the quality of its ingredients which add depth and complexity to the composition. The quality of its materials is the main reason that Grand Soir is one of the best amber fragrances in the market right now.
It seems that this fragrance has no flaws. It is of high quality, performs amazingly and achieves its original concept with great success. There is only one thing missing, and that is only my personal opinion:
Unfortunately, there is a great amount of amber focused compositions available and as a result Grand Soir lacks a twist to differentiate itself as a creation. Its quality is undeniable, but quality alone is not enough to make a piece of art unique. It is a scent we have smelled before, a great scent nevertheless.
For the price point originality may be considered vital but one thing is certain: every amber lover should have a permanent place for Grand Soir in their collection.

Alright, this might sound absolutely blasphemous to a big Grand Soir fan but hear me out. This, to my nose, is like a dirtier, messier version of Oud Silk Mood Extrait. It’s more punchy-so that I don’t have to say pungent-and less smooth. It’s a bit scratchy to the nose. The amber comes out only two hours or so after application and the whole thing doesn’t last nearly as long as say, BR540 Extrait. It’s got 6h on my skin and that’s a generous two spray on each area. The last two hours are domineered by benzoin and the sweet powdery dry down is great, but maybe not good enough for this price.
It’s SUPER masculine if you want to compare it to Ambre Sultan by Serge Lutens, but please don’t compare them. They are barely in the same category. Grand Soir to me, is worn for casual occasions whereas Ambre Sultan would be a grand event (a real Grande Soirée with celebratory, grandiose elegance and the right amount of sultriness). I guess if you really want to compare GS to AS, it’s easy to say that no one has come close to CSheldrake’s 1993 masterpiece.
If I were a 35-year-old man, I’d wear this on an (augmented by fun herbs) night out in a leather jacket and messy wavy hair, my shirt would have a few buttons open because this is just “trashy” enough to complement it.
Basically if I were to own only one Amber scent, I’d choose Ambre Sultan over this one…or any other one for that matter.

The best amber and benzoin fragrance on the market. It is not overly priced either, try it and fall in love.

it`s a long time wish to buy for me and bought it at last.
Very luxury amber base scent it is.Candy like amber shines in the whole of this fragrance age while labdanum gives a sweet smoky vibe to it,vanilla at the base amplify its sophistication and benzoin adds a resinousy smell to it.
it`s really unique lovely and typical in its genre.well-carfted and seductive.sweet vanillic ambery definitely.
    real artwork.

This is extremely well done. It is a beautiful amber vanilla, I don’t know if better could be made. It is warm, sensual, comforting and relaxing. It’s like the scent of what a nap feels like.
Although ambers are not my favorite type of perfume, this one is what I believe a perfect amber is meant to be.

Wow, what a wonderful amber & vanilla scent that has a nice creamy background to the smell. It smells very rich and sexy. It lasts for hours on my skin and brings loads of compliments. The greatest thing is that my Wife loves it on me & there is not a lot of fragrances that she warms up to like this one. It’s a win, win for me in every aspect.
I never want to be without Grand Soir, for the rest of my life…

  12. :

    5 out of 5

This a sophisticated amber accord, very warm and comforting. It retains its levels for hours, it doesn’t turn one-dimensional. It dries down to a sharp incense note that’s followed by vanilla and soap. I am not a particular fan of ambers, although, as ambers go, this is wonderful because it’s rich and refreshing in equal measure. A must-try for lovers of the genre.

Fragrant friends,I can not describe the words that this fragrance is wonderful. This is perhaps the most beautiful amber.Performance,it last forever, the projection is nuclear.I think that when I spend this bottle I will buy another.
    EDIT
So,after wearing this perfume I can say a little more sweet to me,but I still love him.

Smells really good to me. It also smells very similar to Halston Man Amber. There’s a few differences, but not worth the price difference cause I bought the Halston for $12 for a 100ml.

I had a fabulous experience with Grand Soir today – an experience I hope can be repeated. I received a sample from a perfume boutique around 7 months ago then promptly forgot about it. On this warm August day, I found the sample slightly thickened in the tester with a few visible particles. I proceeded to place a few drops of this lovely amber oil on each forearm and in back and front of my neck. As I left for work in the morning warmth, I was impressed that Grand Soir was approximating the tenacity of a perfume oil. I easily identified the resin and vanilla within the rich cloud of amber. The real treat came later when I began to catch whiffs of piñon. You must travel the Southwest United States to know piñon, a sweet pine, and once you do it will enchant your dreams forever. It only occurred to me later that the piñon was my Grand Soir. Not an intentional note, surely, but I’ll take my piñon burning in a desert hearth under a starry night sky over benzoin whenever I can get it.
I don’t remember being quite so in love with Grand Soir that day at the boutique, though it was one of the four I asked to take home. My nose was also fatigued by the time it was developing on my skin. On the other hand, I wonder if my little sample of Grand Soir just aged incredibly well and left me with an absolute I won’t be able to purchase. After today, I can’t wait to get my hands on more to find out.

Tried this yesterday. It is warm and lovely but there is a sharp overtone to it that I’ve experienced in other perfumes and laid the blame on everything from oud to alcohol. Whatever that chemical sharpness is, it keeps this from being a love for me. It’s like running a hand over cashmere sprinkled with glass shards. I’ll stick to Ambre Sultan as my holy grail amber, but I definitely understand how this could work for some- I think my husband could wear this and it would be amazing.

It is sad to see my previously review has disappeared in here. I didn’t say this perfume is bad, I just wanted to say there are more successful creations on the market which could make difference for perfumery. Ambre Sultan, Ambre 114 or Ambre Russe as an good example that could make this difference victoriously. The point is nobody open to criticism unfortunately.
Ambre Sultan is one of the millstones of the herbal ambers with Shalimar and it is most successful amber on the market for me. Grand Soir is easy to wear, beautiful and riskless creation. No paeans, it is jus ok.

So after reading all the comments and great praise for this perfume being a holy grail in terms of amber I got a sample and tried it. To be honest Im dissapointed. The scent is boozy and creamy no doubt but I dont smell any amber at all. Its a heavy dose of tonka beans and thats about all there is to it. To my nose its too strong and smells a bit like cotton candy much like baccarat rouge and reminds me of my grandma. I tried many fragrances by MFK and what they all lack is balance. On my wrist the scent doesnt develop or change at all over time. Its plain and simple Tonka all the way and dont get me started on the pricetag! Amber lovers, if you truly want a high class amber perfume I highly recommend Ambre Fétiche by Goutal.

It is very long lasting, creamy-vanilic amber but I couldn’t find it enough diffusive. Amber Sultan and Ambre Russe are more interesting and charasteristic perfumes than Grand Soir for my taste, If I had to choose an amber based perfume. Good but nothing Wow! Sorry!

    Molten amber perfection.
The first time I smelled Grand Soir, it was on a paper test strip and, believe you me, I din’t like it. It smelled old and a bit dirty; like sniffing a hot antique papyrus stained with a benzoin and labdanum-smelling resin in an abandoned room with (old-reeking) dusty parquet floor.
Next week, I gave it another chance on skin (waited some minutes before sniffing), and was truly impressed.
The smoothest, deepest, creamiest, most elegant amber fragrance I’ve come across to date. Not too dark, not too bright. Not too dry, not too sweet. Perfect.
It’s a sophisticated and luxurious benzoin/vanilla/tonka/labdanum amber accord with a rich yet simple sweet/woody drydown. That’s it.
The signature scent of the best-smelling gentlemen at the Great Gatsby’s parties.
A fragrance that takes you to another era while staying very wearable for the gentleman you are today, all thanks to its smoothness.

I want so much to love this one, after about an hour and a half Grand Soir truly is beautiful, buttery amber with almost powdery vanilla notes. Unfortunately on my skin there is an initial period of very medicinal herbs, possibly lavender which is always a tricky ingredient for me. I think that I’ll really enjoy how this smells on my partner instead.

  24. :

    5 out of 5

In my humble opinion, this is the best amber fragrance currently available. It’s sensual, sexy, inviting and so well balanced. This is also possibly one of the best dinner date/ special occasion perfumes one can own. I think every man should have a bottle of this in his collection (it is a bit masculine leaning) for that “conversation starter” fragrance. I could smell this on my friends arm 10 feet away, 8 hours after he applied it, so no issues with longevity.
    8.5/10

Gorgeous scent. Elegant. Very creamy. It smells like melted butter with amber to me. And it’s very simple, easy to wear. Grand Soir lasts very long. It’s high quality.

  26. :

    3 out of 5

This stuff LASTS. It’s probably the strongest perfume I own. I just don’t love the smell. It’s a bit too rich, a bit too sweet, almost caramel-y. It’s like the opposite of the soapy, airy amber of Prada’s Amber pour Homme, and not something I enjoy smelling like. Still, it’s impressive to sniff your arm a full 24 hours after a single spray and smell the scent profile clearly. If you love sweet, heavy, resinous, sales-person-in-a-hippie-shop or slightly-alternative-wealthy-person amber and vanilla scents you probably can’t do better than this.

  27. :

    3 out of 5

This is a knockout! A smooth, yet bold and multifaceted amber evoking lots of different notes from classic perfumery like lavender, labdanum, and vanilla. I was in love from the opening balsamic hit and incense sharpness, to the sedate, woody, creamy sweetness of the drydown. This would feature very highly on a list of alltime great ambers. However, on a personal note I can take it or leave it, Grand Soir doesn’t get me as excited as it once would have done. This is due to the fact that my tastes are always drawn to heavy orientals and it being so in my usual wheelhouse is not necessarily a good thing. The reason being, I’m making a conscious effort to get more fresh and light fragrances, but otherwise I’d be all over this.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

Absolutely a great scent. Wish the opening stayed for a longer time. The dry down is also very beautiful but it almost smells like a different perfume. The transition from the opening to the drydown takes around 2 hours. On the skin the opening fades fairly quickly. But on clothes the opening stays a whole lot longer. But be carefull for stains!

  29. :

    5 out of 5

Grand Soir is beautiful. I had to lie down and have a bit of a cry the first time I caught a whiff of this.
Longevity is excellent, sillage moderate and the scent is fairly linear.
A tiny bit of sweetness, loads of warmth from the dominant amber, vanilla, a touch of wood (sandalwood?) and smoothness. Smoothness, smoothness, smoothness.
I think it would suit all genders!
Edit: Ugh, it’s so good for layering, l can’t even… Grand Soir is just so useful.
Edit 2: Still love it, though the people around me seem not to. To be fair, though, where I live people prefer fresh, clean scents. Grand Soir is NOT fresh and Clean. It’s warm, cozy and a mouthful of creamyness. Oh well, too bad for them that I hate fresh, clean scents. Revenge.

Vanilla and balsamic amber. When I first tried this, I was immediately reminded of multiple fragrances from the new Histoires de Parfums Outrecuidant to Pure Havane to perhaps Fiori d’Ambra. This strikes me as a bit derivative, but it’s a nice scent with good performance.

I’ve been loving this journey exploring MFK”s line. I had this sent as a sample, and really dig it. Me and a co-worker went to Bergdorf Goodman on our lunch break and decided to go smelling fragrances. Got to the MFK counter and sampled Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait. The SA opened up a lot more once she found out I already ordered samples from this house. And the fact that we both work for a luxury fashion house. The wild thing is, I find ordering from France directly to be a cheaper option than ordering from the states. Seems they add a few more dollars in the states. I’m thinking of buying a bottle of this. Very nice scent.

Amazing, this is the Gentleman’s version of Coromandel I have been searching for. This evokes the image of the “smooth operator” Sade surely had in mind when she sang her hit. Warm almond, amber and vanilla simply beautiful.
PG ~ my initial impression upon sampling.

  34. :

    5 out of 5

Grand Soir definitely fits it’s name (Big Night). It feels grand due to it’s beautiful mix of amber, vanilla, benzoin, and do I detect cinnamon? Makes me think of a cappuccino. I think this is a great date night fragrance. This one lasts about 8 hours on my skin with 1 hour of strong projection, and then moderate-soft projection. Definitely one of the best of MFK, and very unisex. This is a must-try for amber lovers.

  35. :

    5 out of 5

Grand Soir is an extremely seductive fragrance. It’s greatest feature is that it lingers around you for a long time making it perfect for romantic evenings.
The fragrance is very well blended and soft to its nature despite it’s huge sillage. This means that even if you would accidentally overspray yourself, you wouldn’t end up with negative comments from people around.

  36. :

    5 out of 5

Grand Soir truly is preparing for a lovely, romantic evening. Getting ready in anticipation for perhaps just a kiss on the cheek, throwing on your best clothes and doing everything you can to be as attractive as possible. However, the fragrance makes this rather easy … it doesn’t try hard; it’s laid back and comfortable. You’ll probably wander the city streets, take in some cocktails at a late night jazz bar and walk around some more hand in hand with the buzz of alcohol and the buzz of romance. Your heart flutters, theirs does too.
A potion concocted by one of the masters in the game. High quality amber, benzoin & vanilla. I also get a bit of patchouli, but that’s probably just me. Smoky and elegant in the highest of forms. A 10/10 for me – I’m so glad I’ve finally invested in a bottle.

  37. :

    4 out of 5

I’ve tried a few MFK’s and they’re some of my all time favorite scents so I was really keen to give Grand Soir a try.
On the initial spray it reminded me of Heritage by Gurlain, which I love, but this quickly went in its own direction and before long it dried down into this well blended but truly sweet mess. It’s borderline a scrubber for me, so sickly and sweet I’m not sure I could deal with this in the Summer heat. Cold weather only!
I think the combo of Sweet Amber is just not for me. That said I can still appreciate the result and I definitely think this is a winner for those who like Amber.
In terms of gender… I’d agree with the unisex clarification, although I can’t help but picture an older female teacher or receptionist wearing this daily as her signature scent. It has a kind of classy old school vibe to my nose.

  38. :

    3 out of 5

A beautiful silky Amber & creamy vanilla with a deep resinous heart. It reads a bit spicy on me. The projection and lasting power are only moderate. For that reason, in hindsight the high price is probably a little ridiculous. It is gorgeous but after a few wears I found it more suitable for a man somehow. For me, I Would rather reach for Dior Addict for a similar vibe that’s a bit more palatable personally as it’s more “classically feminine.” I gave my bottle to my husband. It’s better for him as a cold weather fragrance than me. It also seems to perform better on him.
I recommend this people who love Amber… or Amber vanilla combos. This is done really, really, exceptionally well. And as previously stated, it’s certainly unisex.

One of my favorites from MFK and one of my favorites over all… love at first sniff. Not a new concept but Kurkjdian did a fantastic job with this one it’s hard to let it pass. Will always have this one in my collection and I wear it sparingly..

Amazing scent. It has quality, it’s resinous, sweet, woody, all in one. This has gotten me a compliment the first day I wore it. It dries down into a soft yet present powedery chocolate amber.. Its very good and this fragrance is definitely not linear on my skin
    scent 5/5
    Performance 5/5
    price 1/5

  41. :

    5 out of 5

This is my favourite type of scent. Warm and resinous. Hard not to love. It’s not unique but it oozes class. I’m not sure why it is so pricey as there are other equally lovely resinous scents out there without the hefty price tag.
It is quite restrained with the Perfumer holding back from adding spices. You can imagine the temptation. It is a creation that glories in the warmth and glow of the resin notes. The vanilla in the background gives that almost edible quality.
A perfectly unisex scent. It would be tough to resist wanting to get closer to anyone wearing this. It just magically draws you in. Im not one to call a fragrance sexy as that is so subjective but I might make the exception for this.
Good longevity and sillage which you would expect with these materials and price tag!

  42. :

    3 out of 5

When I tried this, I thought that it was lovely – sticky and resinous, slightly spicy and aromatic amber. I thought it was very nice but perhaps not worth the money when there are lots of other interesting ambers around, such as Ambre Sultan. This is not to say that they smell identical but they have a similar powdery resin with some spices to keep things different.
I did not think that this was nice enough to purchase so threw my tester strip into the paper recycling. Days later, the recycling bin still smelt delicious – warm and ambery.
I still maintain that this is not interesting enough for me to purchase but it is undoubtedly great quality and it lasts and lasts.

A very fine mixture of Amber/Tonka and Vanilla,The Siam benzion surfaces during the dry down and creates that unique scent,This is in the same categories as Baccarat Rouge and other fine amber fragrances,It lasts a minimum of 12 hours strong on skin and days on clothing. I highly recommend this fragrance; For its a steal by the price tag.

Grand Soir is so easy to wear. It’s a warm, spicy amber with vanilla and benzoin. Quality ingredients make this memorable and very, very natural, I get about 6 hours out of it, with soft projection. After about 20 minutes it stays quite linear in its composition. I don’t think this is incredibly groundbreaking, but it does lean toward unique.

I totally agree with Houstonx that ‘why the hell I am spending all that money on other frags when I have this.’ I think it’s because Grand Soir available in the market in 2016. I love this siam benzoin, tonka bean and vanilla combination. I like OUD Satin Mood too, but Grand Soir fit for men more. Satin Mood is more rose that not every man could handle.

Certainly too many/high expectations. This is a nice autumn/winter frag but no revolution. Another high end brand for people who prefer to say how much they spent on their frags.

It smells like the color of the juice. Very warm, sandy and dry amber. If you like or love amber and vanilla, you simply can not pass this by. Incredibly dry and constantly evolving. I smell, dried sweet oranges mixed with milled wheat. The dry down is all about vanilla, a very warm and natural vanilla.
Paris is great but not the cleanest city by no means and i think this fragrance is reflecting Paris at evening in the best possible way and very accurately. This Grand Soir of Paris while elegant, sweet and classy, is not all that clean though. I can not help but when i sniff up close, i detect a very little bit of a bad boy in this fragrance which makes it even more interessting and which i cant explain any further.

This is beast mode bold beautifulness. 2 sprays on the t shirt underneath my top shirt still fills a room 12 hours later. If anyone says otherwise they are lying or never sprayed their shirt. Women love to smell it on a man as well.

Amber vanilla orange liqueur custard with a touch of cedar. Nice, has good projection and longevity but while with such a description you would expect a superb dry-down, I like more the top notes than the dry down. I feel it gets drier and drier as it comes in the bottom notes and loses some plush and warmth. It is a nice dry down but more on the woody side. Although it’s sweet and ambery which would put it more in the feminine category, it starts very feminine and to me the dry down gets rather masculine. Very nice, quality and strength but not something I will remember for days. It’s like it misses just one note or accord or something to flip it into memorable. Superb colour of the juice though, that’s what attracted me to try it (not that it is really relevant).

This somehow remainds me of Zadig&Voltaire Just Rock! For Her. These are different price category frags, but they both have one gentle and calm tonky and warm milky swetness note that is very wearable. Of course MFK Grand Soir has Adorable ambery notes and some deepness, that niche aromas does. There is some parallels with Franck Boclet Angie, Amouroud Silk Route and Carven Bangalore. Grand Soir is very powerful and strong.

I find this to be too feminine for men. It’s too gentle and passive smelling. Not enough boldness and eccentricity to it. It is indeed very beautiful, but suited for a well-dressed woman

FINALLY! A deviation from my standard dry/woody/spicy collection that inadvertently pigeonholed myself into.
Had the pleasure of taking home a few samples of this from Neiman’s and it’s AWESOME!
It’s warm, sweet (but not cloying, and I actually don’t like sweet, but this is different) the amber/vanilla/tonka give this a really rich and comforting dark sweetness that isn’t overpowering at all, the benzoin gives it that smokey/incense vibe that warms even further and helps round out the fragrance and the labdanum gives the fragrance a dry/woody/spice. This combination is just amazing. To me, this has a lot of the same qualities of Au Coer Du Desert by Tauer….Grand Soir seems more wearable and versatile to me though.
This is FB worthy for me! Which is a day that should be marked down in history because this deviates far from my general woody/spicy/dry fragrances that I am obsessed with.
I am starting to really like MFK line of fragrances.

Very, very nice, but not unique. This is a typical amber/vanilla/tonka scent with that cinnemon vibe. It differs a bit from others I have tried in that its very smooth as silk.

This is not totally dissimilar to Ambre Eccentrico, but in no way identical…I want both lol. I just bought a FB of Ambre Eccentrico, and will be keeping an eye out for a decent deal on Grand Soir! Still need to try Absolue Pour Le Soir, as it too sounds like it would be a love for me.

This is so identical to Ambre Eccentrico by Armani Prive and a bit cheaper. I think this may be the best amber perfume out there. Really sweet with enormous longevity – I could still smell it 18 hours after 3 full sprays on my neck.
This perfume reminds me of Christmas. A special occasion perfume, not for every day use, I think that even if it is so great, you could get tired of it quite soon – it is very strong and very sweet.
*This review was written after several full wearings of the perfume and not just after smelling this on paper or on wrist.

Amber, vanilla with some spiciness to offset the sweetness. An ideal date scent for cold weather. I love amber so I definitely love this as it is a fantastic masculine example of the amber/vanilla genre. It’s not totally unique but it’s definitely one of the best of its kind. Good for suit and tie/black tie in cold weather, too.
Very good longevity with mild projection. More of a snuggle in scent.
An 8.5/10 for me. A must try for amber lovers.

The best amber based scent on the market. Deep, rich, sweet amber and vanilla. FK captures every facet of amber in the masterpiece. The juice color is a dead on representation of the smell. Great performance as well.

After trying a sample I had to buy a full bottle. The most beautiful and well done amber that i’ve smelled. It’s linear, simple and beautiful at the same time. This is my second perfume from MFK and more to come.

    Hey FragFam!
I’m running through my sample of this beautiful scent and if I had to describe this fragrance in just one word: romantic. A very well blended amber, with vanilla and tonka. At the dry down, it tends to be a gourmand amber, which I absolutely love.
The only possible con that I find in this scent is that it’s a obvious sweet amber, with nothing much happening #fragrancesnob
But, it’s so damn sexy and addictive! It isn’t a loud fragrance, by any means, but the longevity is crazy and it has a decent sillage.
Perfect scent for dates, close encounters and, why not, office. I think it doesn’t have the projection for clubbing/night out.
