it was a blind buy, me and my roommates were buying some tableware for our new apartment, and i saw this one for only 5 AUD, i was thinking if i don’t like this one, i will just use it in our bathroom…but, i actually like it, it smells so simple, and it matches with jeans and t-shirts.

I’m not sure what exactly attracted me to this, but it was less than $10 USD so I threw a bottle into my cart. It may be due in part to it just smelling so sporty and carefree. I’m sure someone put some thought in to this, but it just smells refreshing and simple. It is plain juicy smelling fruit, herbaceous grass, and musk.
This is perfect for your gym bag or to keep in your desk for a mid day pick me up spritz when the weather is hot and oppressive.
I may go back and grab the one with the blue cap as well. They are not quite as “casual” as a body spray would be, both in the weight of the glass bottle (not plastic) and scent. There is more “heft” to the perfume liquid itself and I was quite impressed with the lasting power compared to a body spray….at least two plus hours on my skin.

Thanks for taking the time to read my review. xo

At first fruity but then it develops into a very green grassy scent. I would call this more Herbal Rhythm.

I like it a lot, but it has nothing outstanding or very special. A very good everyday scent, good for the office and, as always with Adidas, always good after a shower to the gym. You recognize Adidas’s signature in the scent, which I don’t know how to describe unfortunately, but with a more fruity vibe. In my opinion anyway, as a total freak of sugary gourmand scent, it is not overly sweet. Very nice and safe buy, it also makes a good first perfume for a pre-teen or teen.

This perfume is pure sweet memories to me. I used to wear this at the time when I had my very first “boyfriend”. Which brings me back to long summer holidays, biking to school together and awkwardly holding hands. I was 14 or 15 I guess.
I would not recommend this scent for people over 18 years old, although it depends on your personality. This one smells very sweet, fruity, a bit floral. Very innocent and I think I would say: girly. Maybe preppy-girly. It is the perfect scent for a girl. It does not last particularly long, but I would only apply it in the morning and my “boyfriend” frequently complimented me on it when we sat next to each other in class, so it lasted until afternoon at least.
I would say this scent is perfect for the young, feminine, floral, upbeat, innocent and energetic type. And I can imagine people of other ages who share these characteristics wearing this scent.
Would not recommend as a blind buy, but if you give this to a young girl I think she would definitely be happy 🙂 Also it is really affordable, making it even more suitable for a young user.
PS: By the way, I am talking about the one with the translucent cap and gold logo. I think they reformulated it along the way, later I bought the one on this picture and I don’t remember what it was but I did not use it at all.

I liked it when I was a student, but now it’s so so.

  10. :

I’d describe it as a ok/nice, innocent and slightly plain fragrance. To me it is both floral and fruity.
I haven’t worn it but I do use it in the air sometimes out of curiosity. At first it’s a very nice mix but when it gets thinner, and lighter (which happens fast) it’s plain and uninteresting to me. After a while, when it’s almost gone, it kind of reminds me of “cheap” perfumes with a mild watermelon scent mixed with floral notes.
I’m guessing that it has an ok lasting, definitely not the best, & can be recognized if there isn’t superior scents or fragrances around it.
Even though I don’t dislike it, I have to say I’m a bit disappointed… I expected more because of the brand. I’ve smelled cheap perfumes that smells like this and even better.

Very, very fruity. I don’t usually like fruity fragrances, but this is really nice during our current heat wave. It’s cheap so I can reapply as often as I like (which is something I often do when it’s hot and sticky

Nice sweet fruity floral. It’s a shame it doesn’t last long.

I usually wear it when I play sports, which was the image I instantly thought of when I first saw the bottle in the store, perhaps due to the brand name Adidas.
I like it. It doesn’t last long (around 1-2 hours on my skin, but I do sweat a lot due to sports) because it’s an EDT, but the silage is better than some EDP IMO. It’s sweetly fruity and since I wear it to sports and still get compliments, I guess it’s also good for hot summer days.

Love the sweet smell but it doesn’t last long enough on me.

Just tested it on skin. It’s very girly, femenine, fresh and cool. I smell the flowers, fruits.
According to its design, it smells pink (if I can describe a color that’s what it is!, hmmm can this be similar to Lacoste Pink?)
It’s lineal, always smells the same. (at first minutes is heavyly fresh and a bit alcohol but that fades away and the final fragrance stays)
I will get it for warm climate, really worths it’s price.
    Ideal for casual everyday activities.
Lasts long time on my skin (warm humid day) moderated to soft sillage.

It’s amazing how this stuff can smell as much like the classic RALPH as it does – and it absolutely does, albeit much, much sweeter – when the notes are so different.
Smelling this as a teenager, it was like dipping your head into a bucket of sweet, delicious berries, with that underlying musk that just pulls it together. It was bright, fun and mouth-watering. I must’ve gone through at least 10 deo-sprays in a year when I was 16!
I then moved on to the beautiful, citrusy and equally addictive RALPH and never FR again, but for a teenage girl or a pre-teen trying to save her money, yet still wanting to smell delicious and absolutely sweet, this is a winner everytime.

This perfume fits its description very well. It’s a sweet fruity perfume that reminds me of summer. This one is more ”fresh & sweet” than ”sugary & sweet” though. Fruity Rhythm has been one of my favorites for a long time.
I’ve had about 4-5 bottles of it and I would definitely buy it again. Unfortunately this perfume is very hard to get your hands on (at least where I live). The last time I bought a legit version of this was at a perfume store and the seller told me that they were out of production.
A year later I bought a bottle on the internet but it didn’t smell ANYTHING like it. It smelled really cheap and had a chemical smell – it didn’t last as long as the original version either. So if you’re gonna buy this on the internet – make sure you’re buying the real perfume, ’cause that’s the one you’ll fall in love with if you like sweet perfumes!

I love fruity fragrances so this was great for me. It lasted all day on me and i never fail to get complements. My cousin complainsbit doesnt smell as good on her so i guess its all about your body chemistry. I have no complaints where this is concerned. Even better its real cheap. Hardly find good fragrances for this price anymore. Whenever i wear this i am almost edible. So yummy

I did not like the EDT at all, so I gave a chance to the deo, and i was more than impressed. At affordable $3, it’s quite preppy and enjoable, but my mom said she couldn’t pass the smell. I found It in the minimarket at the front of my house.

This perfume is not bad, it’s a bit fresh and good for summer days… but I must confess smells cheap.

  23. :

Mostly raspberry and some black currant are the only notes I could differenciate. This is a fruity candy-ish scent at the beginning and it becomes somewhat floral in the dry-down phase (after 20-30min after application). Very very sweet, but light and fresh at the same time.
I don’t think this smells cheap as some ppl say, but it’s nothing new, definitely. There are plenty of fragrances smelling quite the same as this one, and Adidas EDTs did never last 2 hours on my skin.
Not something to buy having great expectations, but there is a “happy vibe” in it.

This perfume smells really cheap, it reminds me of a perfume called So…? Desirable that one of my aunt’s got me back when I was in middle school. It’s very flat. Doesn’t have any lasting power. I bought it because I really fruity perfumes and the 1.7oz bottle was only $12, so I thought it wouldn’t hurt. It’s not horrible, I just wouldn’t wear it on me. I would probably use it as a room freshener, when I want something fresh.

This smells cheap, no way it’s like Ralph by Ralph Lauren.

I don’t want to smell like food. And a lot of the bath and body stuff out there makes women smell like a bakery. This one, I got for 1/2 off after Christmas and figured why not, if it’s too fruity, I’ll give it to my preteen daughter. At first spritz, it’s got the raspberry scent big time. But… Wait… The black currant comes up, and then you’ve got some floral, and musk in the drydown. It’s not a simple one-note fragrance, and in the end, it’s a soft, happy scent that’s not so youthful that it is specific to one age group. Young girls will like it for the sweetness, but the more perfume-sophisticated noses will like it because it’s light, everyday, it sticks around for awhile, and it doesn’t scream you just entered the room. It’s a good pick-me-up everyday scent. You’ve got to give it more than the first five minutes though. Wait for it to fully bloom, and you’ll understand. Not cheap smelling. Understated.

I love it! Also ADIDAS MOVES. Also I don’t think its just for young girls either. My Best friends loves Adidas(and we are both in our 30’s), and this one is her favorite! Of course body chemistry makes the difference.

I got this perfume for 5 dollars and didn’t expect much but was very happily surprised! It smells just like a spring day very fruity and not at all heavy. Short lasting power so I don’t normally spray this on my body but my cloths instead. Very nice

Well I was searching for a tangy raspberry scent, and I definitely struck gold when I found Fruity Rhythm.
This (very inexpensive) little gem of a scent is sweet, tangy and fruity.
It opens with the tart yet sweet raspberry and blackcurrant making their mouth-wateringly juicy presence known.
The dry down still retains the sweet essence of raspberry but it’s more subtle with slightly floral undertones.
I like Adidas scents in general. They are cheap to buy, and yet they don’t smell cheap.
This is one of my favorites in the range, and even though it’s not entirely new and original in how it smells, it’s nice enough to warrant a full bottle purchase.
I wasn’t expecting much in the way of longevity (from my experience of Adidas fragrances) and it didn’t last too long. It was gone within three hours. While it does stay it’s a close to the skin scent.
It’s good summer fragrance for the day time…definitely one for casual wear.

Ooh, this is so nice! I ordered a gift set of it in a blind internet purchase because I have a couple of the other Adidas scents (Pure Lightness and Tropical Passion), which I like, and because I love raspberry in perfume! Unfortunately, in my excitement at seeing it for such a ridiculously good price (£2.99 UK) I thought the gift set I got contained a bottle of the EDT and a shower gel, but in fact it turned out to be a deodorant spray and shower gel. Still, for that price I can’t complain and I still get the main ‘gist’ of the perfume and a nice fruity shower gel to boot!
Fruity Rhythm is lovely. Definitely the raspberry is the main note which springs out but it’s not too sweet because the blackcurrant and floweriness gives it a bit of tanginess and freshness, plus the musk gives this scent warmth and a bit of earthiness. I spritzed a little on this morning, over 12 hours ago, and I can still smell it very subtly on my skin so it has good staying power. I REALLY, really like this so now I’m going to have to get myself a bottle of the EDT as well and I just hope that this won’t be discontinued now that I’ve just discovered it for myself!
BIG thumbs up from me for this delicious little number. ;o))))

The first time I sniff, I feel very cute, but when I bought one and wear it…It’s too strong, over whelming. One time, I wear it and get in the car, I had car sick because of smells. And I don’t want to wear it again.

Great delicious scent for everyday, my spring time scent, which is light, romantic, dreamy, makes me feel happy, also, it has a pretty impressive staying power (stays on almost all day) & is really cheap. Well done, Adidas.

  40. :

I don’t like it at all. The middle notes annoys me sometimes. I feel some notes which “breaks” the sweetly soft floral, more fruity than floral, I have to say. Could be delicious, but it isn’t. Good price.
    On me:
    Sillage: weak/moderate
    Longevity: weak (3~4h)
    Edit:
Ok, now I think it’s nice. Really nice, actually.

I tried it today and it’s IDENTICAL to Ralph Lauren in the first spray. Now after it’s settled I can say it’s stronger (lasts longer) and not so fresh but definitly a great option for Ralph lovers that want to spend less!

  43. :

This type of perfumes are definitely not for me, perhaps too raspaberry.
It is Fruity, smooth, clean and very fresh perfect for casual spring or summer days 🙂
Fruity Rhythm Adidas reminds me scents how Escada “Ocean Lounge” or Lacoste “Touch of pink” with similar characteristics, not the same.

My first perfume 🙂 I bought it when I was around 13 I think! I remember it being fruity and fresh and I really liked it back then. It probably wasnt reformulated – just the packaging has changed. Good for teens as it is light and inexpensive too.

This was my first perfume 🙂 I got it from my father when I was 13 or 14 years old. It was a really good Christmas present, I felt very energic and happy when I wore it. I think it’s fruity and sweet scent fits well young girls or younger women.

I actually bought this one for my yongest (7 years) daughter recently.
It’s light and fruity as to be expected and it’s good for younger girls since it is a little on the sweet side and it doesn’t linger on very long.
