Adidas presents their new fragrant line Fresh Impact, which, besides eau de toilette full of contrasts contains after shave, deodorant spray and bath with the same fragrant notes The collection is presented in limited number in March 2009 and it aims at those who are passionate about sports activities and enjoy pure energy.
Fresh Impact, EDT for men, opens with luminous aromas of lemon and greenery surrounded with fresh, energetic and gentle sweet watermelon aromas. A heart adds a spicy mixture of nutmeg and ginger, with cold notes of fresh water and mint. A base deepens with patchouli, amber and frozen musk.
The collection is available in masculine black flacons which go along with the style of the house of Adidas.The composition of Fresh Impact was developed by perfumer Harry Fremont, and it is available as 50ml (1.7 oz) edt. An accompanying assortment includes 100 ml after shave, 150 ml deo spray and 250ml bath.

Your money would be much better spent on Nautica Voyage or Azzoro chrome legend or Ed Hardy Love and luck, which can all be found for very close to 20 usd.
Go on youtube and search top 10 cheap fragrances and begin your fragrance journey. This scent is not worth the money and boring.
If you want a fresh aquatic with some quality that everyone will love go for Aqua di gio or Versace Pour Homme. Both can be found for around 40 dollars or less usd on fragrancenet.

another Adidas fragrance I own when I was a teenage boy. And quite surprised to see that there are a few reviews about it.
Even my bottle is the same black bottle like the picture showing here but I don’t think it would be changed much nowadays. Watermelon is definitely the dominant note in this one. It’s fresh, sporty, energetic with a slightly touch of the fruity sweetness. It’s a happy scent that would put a smile on my face. Although I no longer wear any Adidas, I still appreciate it.

This fragrance starts with a blast of watermelon with hints of lemon and green. To me, the green notes come off as a grass-like scent. The top gives way to a sweet and musky dry-down.
The lemon and green notes don’t last that long. They also don’t really project well. The watermelon lasts the longest, sometimes being a part of the dry-down when the heart and base notes begin to strengthen.
Personally, I don’t get much of the heart notes, though they may explain the sweetness I detect. With the base notes, I smell the musk more than anything; the amber is there in the background. I don’t smell the patchouli that Fragrantica says this fragrance has.
It’s been a few years since I had this fragrance; I got it as a Christmas gift from my parents when I was in high school. It’s a great fragrance for teenagers and young college students. Now, since this is from Adidas, it does reflect their idea of athleticism, as in this smells athletic. I see that some call this a gym scent, and I agree with that.
Fresh Impact is definitely a spring and summer fragrance. The scent is non-offensive and since it doesn’t project that far, it’s okay to wear in a classroom setting. The scent is not going to last that long either, but it will last long enough for your typical school day or gym workout. I don’t know what the availability of this fragrance is nowadays, but if you’re in school or are looking for a gym scent and you find this fragrance, give it a try.

If you like Escada Sunset Heat but hate the prices, check out Adidas Fresh Impact. It smells identical to Sunset Heat with its super sweet-yet-tart citrus notes. It lasts the same as Sunset Heat – 2-3 hours.
The only detectable notes are the lemon and “something sweet” which I guess is Adidas’ version of a watermelon note. There is no heart or base notes holding this scent together. It’s all top note and linear.
Adidas Fresh Impact is the perfect hot weather fragrance. A day playing volleyball or poolside when the sun is beating down on you.
The best part is that this thing can be bought on eBay for under $10 USD. What a bargain!

I’ve been there for me the glass Edt. Until now, each time I used it back in the closet! I was not so enthusiastic! It turned up this time of year and performed very well again! It is decided notes of melon! Surprisingly sophisticated, youthful and sporty atmosphere most of all himself!
Sports perfumery between a UNIQUE! Price / value aspect is amazing !!!

– Great organic smell of lemon and watermelon
– Basic non-complex smelling cologne (Notes are exactly as advertised)
– Almost impossible to overapply
– Subtle and non-offensive
– Cheap at 10$ a bottle
Cons:
– Very low sillage seems to only be for the user to smell
– Very low longevity will have you reapplying countless times
This cologne is a very good everyday EDT. That being said if you are looking for something that will radiate and make a statement, this is not going to be that scent. Although very pleasent, it wears off fast. However its advtanges are that it is cheap and nice enough to wear as a general scent. As many have said its good for after the gym or just walking about. Not something I would wear to a club or formal event as it won’t last very long and does not smell very formal. Buy it if you enjoy the smell of watermelon and lemon mixed with a nice musky-aquatic scent. Its a simple scent mix made for simple tasks.
On a side not the lemon aspect of this cologne personally reminds me of Armani Code Sport, its not a replacement by any means though.

Ordinary evening goout/gym perfume.On me it smells like watermelon and orange also some kind of a sour note which is hard to describe. The sillage & longivity are moderate.
I came up with an idea of layering this with aqua de gio that is
1.prepare a body lotion by mixing this with lubederm or some other nonscent lotion.
2.Apply this customized body moisturizer quickly after a shower (after towel drying)
3.Apply your ADG liberally
& enjoy longivity of ADG 🙂

To me on me it smells like watermelon jolly ranchers but less intense at first and also mowed grass together. the watermelon dies down most of anything through it all i think. After that it smells I dunno how but like new unworn basketball type socks and a basketball, i love the smell of basketballs so this is a good thing it’s weird in a good way. Prolly mostly the ginger and whatever it’s mixing with giving that, ginger does have a basketball vibe to it, maybe the ginger and lemon. that all stays and i think it’s the musk and patchouli working together but then it gets a sweaty but clean guy starting to see the border in the distance of slight bo guy smell lol. At the last of it / most of it, it smells like a guy mowed the lawn, went at some fruit to cool down, rinsed off, went to the gym, then to play basketball but the bacteria were just way lazy the whole time and just let the smells collect and sweat go without turning them nasty. I really like it. it mslles like an alright day minus the bo. cept i do sort of smell feet in it eventually annd that’s not alright but i think it’s just the nutmeg.

Short lasting gym fragrance that will only give you 2-3 hours of wear at most. Will be written off by many simply because it falls under the name Adidas, but those 2-3 hours are outstanding and surprisingly offer 3 distinct phases of wear; starting as a watermelon powerhouse with green leaves in the background the first 30 minutes, moving into a fresh spicy phase with the watermelon tapering off and ending with a soft musk and light amber dry-down; that won’t get in your way as you wind down your work out on the ride home. Very likable stuff and dirt cheap and ubiquitous at discounters everywhere in the USA that prices around $7-$12 for a 3.4 oz bottle and can often be found in gift sets with shower gel and toiletry bag for $15. A fantastic spring/summer work-out fragrance for sport and casual day-time affairs.

Extremely effective gym scent perfect for warm weather afternoons and evenings. A watermelon bomb that is backed up rather effectively by a mix of spices and a hint of musk, Adidas Fresh Impact is extremely organic for a cheapie and is one of the best blended in the entire Adidas arsenal. Generally get about 2-3 hours on this one, with a surprising amount of development after the wonderful dose of watermelon uplifts you for your workout.

A warm weather gym scent with very little use beyond the locker room, Adidas Fresh Impact evolves into three stages of development and fades from the skin 2-3 hours after application, making it perfectly suitable to athletes just looking to cover up while exercising. The top is the most enjoyable and distinguishing; an organic, natural smelling watermelon bomb that dominates the amalfi lemon and blends well with the green synthetics, tapering the sharpness of the contrasting citrus and watermelon accords and accentuating the dominance of the watermelon note.
The top gives way within twenty minutes to a rather bland nutmeg and ginger heart; this is when projection dramatically recedes to the background and Fresh Impact becomes little more than a skin scent. The base surfaces around the forty five minute mark and exudes a rather generic muskiness that catches the last flickers of nutmeg and ginger while the amber and patchouli never really exert any presence.
Ultimately Adidas Fresh Impact lives a very abbreviated life, making it suitable only for casual day use or sport. Limited versatility and projection, beautiful watermelon top that dominates, bland middle and base, refreshing and best utilized for work outs or casual summer afternoon outings. A cheapie that is best left inside your gym locker or in your picnic basket. Fun and ultimately refreshing, for a few fleeting minutes before the heart suffocates the watermelon with uninspired garden variety spice.

I have used the deodorant, shower gel, roll on and I knew I had to get this. This is a unique smell im not saying this smells like Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio but it definitely has a fresh and unique smell like it, smells alot like watermelon and some lavender, its perfect for summer and even winter. Lasts on my skin about 2-3 hours but go crazy on the trigger and you would get about 4-5 hours. I would say ideal for gym or even on holiday to a hot climate country. Try the deodorant spray if you cant make your mind up because they both smell alot like but the EDT spray being more watery. Because its by Adidas i dont think it would get alot of attention but for the price which i got for £4.00 for 50ml on ebay is worth the money, I will be going for a 100ml. Hope this helps.

After using it for about 4 months now and paying attention to the notes each time i spray it.. I hv begun to dislike this fragrance.. As u spray it the opening of watermelon is evident but there is sum thing extremely nauseating that comes along with it making me sick to the throat and stomach..making me uncomfortable.. This is cheap no doubt but a piece of crap if u ask me.. like all fragrances from Adidas.. they are very heavy and smell alike, no matter which variant u take..i gave away the bottle to my greedy neighbor.. Dnt have the guts to buy another of this fragrance..This is like piece of junk left by someone at the side of the road upon which no one gives a second glance….

I purchased it online with some review research and it’s just arrived today. I LOVE this scent! Very fresh and fruity.. Nice for 22-28 sporty boyfriend. My second favorite male-perfume after Lacoste essential. I’m planning to give it as a birthday gift for my boyfriend this weekend. A fresh summer fragrance, I enjoy the scent of the water melon and mint, longevity is poor and you have to spray allot to give it that extra oomph of projection. I usually wear it when I hang out with my friends.

An EDT with a fresh aroma and slightly fruity. It is far too dominant in the opening notes of watermelon, which nevertheless has a masculine touch. A fresh non-citrus, fruit and some ozone but something very different from what is commonly seen.
Recommended for daily use in warm weather locations. Also good choice to leave the gym.
