Description
Profumi del Forte presents two new fragrances for 2012, created in the style of classic fragrant interpretation of nature. These new fragrances are named Fiorisia and Frescoamaro. They are “like petals and budding leaves on the skin.”
Fiorisia is a bouquet of warm jasmine, spicy clove and rich and sweet ylang-ylang. Its opening is fresh with acidic fruity tones, while its base is woody and musky.
“…A petal of jasmine pressed between the pages pf my diary. To remember a meeting, a fleeting moment, an instant of Spring. When our eyes met. Eyes that I would never see again. A smile to say goodbye. I still burn in the scent of that white petal. Will its sweetness be enough to soothe the regret?…” from the diary of the Maitre Parfumeur.
Top notes: bergamot, coriander, tamarind, green leaves.
Heart: iris, jasmine, ylang-ylang, carnation.
Base: musk, cedar, sandalwood.
It is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
Farid 61 – :
A rather beautiful sheer floral blend. As realistic and gentle as real floral petals. The fruity notes are barely there, so they are not too bothering. Sadly, after the initial 5 minutes it totally changes to something sour and woody on my skin, so probably I could never wear it. My skin somehow always magnifies the cedarwood and musk. After an hour it gets a bit softer, but still not my cup of tea. This would probably work great on a fragile blonde girl, that is a little bit old-fasioned and and introverted.
