Anyone know where I can get a bottle of this version? Please please I need to have this.

I received a sample of this today with my Aqua Oriens. It’s a curious scent… Judging from the bottle, I thought it would be more deep, provocative, mysterious, suited to ladies in their 20s or 30s. Actually I find it’s very much one for teenagers or little girls, in my opinion. It smells like concentrated Ribena (blackcurrant squash). Personally, I don’t get any other depth or complexity, it’s simply like a berry body splash.
What’s curious is that it’s a very expensive perfume, and even though the scent is simple, the bottle is very glamorous and elaborate – as you’d expect from a luxury jeweller company!
If you love berries, smelling of grape bubble gum or berry bubble bath, then this will be your dream in a bottle 🙂

My husband and I recently picked up the pure perfume at Neiman Marcus. This version is very clean and clear. The notes are easily discernible from one another, but blend together beautifully. Worn under the EDP really creates something beyond beautiful. Note that this particular formulation is much simpler than the EDT and EDP. Before buying this fragrance, I really recommend trying all three as they are VERY different.
Here is how I describe the different formulations:
EDT – very floral and soft. While it isn’t as sweet as the EDP, this version is the youngest smelling of the three formulations. I would not wear this one regularly as its drydown can be ‘little girly’.
EDP – very sweet, almost candied violets with buttery iris undertones that balance it out and keep it from smelling ‘childish’. Honestly, it’s more complex than most people here have described it. It smells almost edible without smelling at all like a generic ‘celeb’ fragrance. All ages here, very accessible.
Parfum – This version has the most iris of all the formulations and it is readily obvious from the start. I’d say this is the one for someone looking for the subtle notes – it almost feels a bit like an artisan fragrance. It starts off as a powdery floral, drying down to a warm iris. A VERY very subtle sweet violet keeps the iris from feeling too dry. It doesn’t smell ‘edible’ like the EDP, but rather soothing and calming. By far, this is the most mature of the three formulations – I’d recommend this one for mid twenties all the way up.
