Description

Fantasy is the second fragrance by Britney Spears, and was launched in 2005. This is a love potion locked up in an attractive bottle adorned with Swarovski crystals. Fantasy is a sensual and gourmand scent. It opens with fruity mix of litchi, golden quince and kiwi. The provocative heart is composed of jasmine and white chocolate. The base combines orris root, musk and woods.

The nose behind this fragrance is James Krivda.

This fragrance was blind buy online. It smells bit spicy and alcoholic at first. When it dry down it reminds me of Wonderstruck Taylor Swift.
    Hmmm 6/10 to me

Fantasy is a fragrance that I wanted to love. I really wanted to smell like a white chocolate smothered cupcake, but I don’t get that at all. The only thing I get from this perfume is a blast of sour kiwi, with some jasmine in the background. Unfortunate, I will have to keep searching for the perfect cupcake perfume.

I was never a fan of this perfume. I can see the appeal it had on the teeny bopper demographic. lol j/k I think her perfume, Jessica Simpson’s perfume, Rihanna (except JLo because her perfume actually smells great) all smell similar. I’m not a huge fan of sweet and sugary scents. It starts to make me feel nauseous. This perfume reminded of cake, cookies, easy bake oven fake food scent, candy, fake chocolate (white chocolate). If you’re more of a sweet treat scent kind of person than go for it.

I used to be crazy in love with this one at some point. I bought it, started using it, and after a few months, I was sick of it.
When I first tried Fantasy, I loved its cupcake quality, but after a while, some tarty note started coming out, and it was so irritating. I still wouldn’t call this perfume bad, it is in celeb frag hall of fame for a good reason. I wrote this mismatch off as a case of bad chemistry.
I moved on to Midnight Fantasy after this one, and it gave me everything Fantasy couldn’t – fizzy freshness and musk.

Wow this has changed! Either that or it’s not how I remembered it! I remember it being very white chocolate smelling now when I spray it all I get is sharp tarte Kiwi scent with just a hint of the vanilla white chocolate scent.

I was lucky enough to find this at TJ Maxx yesterday and had to get it. I’m currently on a mission to collect all of Britney’s perfumes. After buying Private Show & Midnight Fantasy and loving both I knew I’d love this. Which I do. this is sweet & fun and very girly. There is a tiny harshness to it which I can’t put my finger on. Maybe the kiwi or the lychee?? Doesn’t seem as smooth as her other 2 fragrances that I have. Either way I love the cupcake element and will gladly keep using this. Can’t wait to get my collection completed!!

Oh how I used to love Fantasy! I bought the original formulation and it was so sweet and sexy. I could still smell that intoxicating scent on a shirt I wore, days later. You can bet I used that bottle up quickly! My boyfriend at the time (now hubby) really liked it too. The new reformulated Fantasy is still pretty nice, but buyer beware as my newer bottle eventually spoiled on me, despite proper storage in cool temps + dark room. I’ve never had any other perfume spoil on me. My Fantasy days are over, and I’ve moved on to other loves. But boy this sure gave me some great memories!

My first love! And I still love her, reformulation and all! I do miss the rich cakey chocolate smell of the original formula, but it’s still pretty and yummy. I’m just sad they had to go and change it when it was perfect the way it was! Now this scent is much lighter, fruitier, but I guess that’s what people prefer now? Watery skin scents? Oh well. I’ll still keep wearing and loving this!

Fantasy is and always will be an iconic celebrity scent. Saying that, I recently purchased this again and I must agree with everyone else- it’s not what it used to be. It used to be a much more heady and strong gourmand scent, whereas now it has not only been reformulated and watered down, but it also has really cheap feeling packaging. I still smell the cupcake, white chocolate and kiwi, but the kiwi is more sharp. It might just be the specific batch I got that might be faulty but I miss the original version.

I agree, MsHeisenberg. Even if a bottle says for him out for her, fragrance isn’t gender specific. Look at how many of us women use fragrances marketed for him. Fragrance is art and art isn’t gender or age specific. If you are 12 or 70 and love this fragrance, that’s all that matters, that the person, whatever gender they may be, loves the scent. At the end of the day, all that truly matters is how you feel about the fragrance, no matter who you are.
Fantasy was one of my first gourmand loves. I remember the first time I smelled it, I was in my late 20’s and my ex had taken my son and I to his aunt’s house who has 5 daughters and I had smelled this delicious cupcake smell in one of his cousins and asked what she was wearing, it was Fantasy. She had let me douse myself with it from her own bottle and I was smitten. And as soon as i got home that night, I ordered a bottle. And I drained that bottle quickly and ordered another. I have Fantasy to thank for my introduction to gourmand scents, and gourmand remains a favorite categorical scent preference of mine. I’m now 34 and I still enjoy Fantasy.

Fragrance is NOT age-specific, period (with the singular exception of the MARKETING). And though this may not be the very first fragrance men reach for, fragrance isn’t gender-specific, either (only the marketing is).
Having cleared all of THAT up, here’s my brief but hopefully helpful review of BS Fantasy:
Fantasy is a beautiful classic gourmand, excellent performer, and superb value. For me the white chocolate hovers like a warm bakery, grounded by sweet, delicious edible vanilla. The overall composition is expertly blended, well rounded, and beautiful. A superb value at present price-points, lovers of vanilla, sweet, gourmand fragrances are remiss to snub this one based on the celebrity tag.
Britney Spears’ Fantasy is iconic for a reason. For many, she ticks off all the boxes: Fragrance, performance, value. What more could one want from a fragrance?
Some find the bottle tacky; others still don’t appreciate the celebrity for who she is/ what she does as a person, but this is about a perfume. And the perfume, this sweet delicious gourmand, is an excellent choice for lovers of the type.

Fantasy was my signature scent in the beginning of high school. I absolutely loved it and remember it lasting forever! However, I smelled it recently and I don’t remember it being so sickly sweet. I got a little nauseous smelling it. Overall, there must be a reason I loved it so much but it is definitely a scent for younger teenagers.

  13. :

So sickly sweet it can cause diabetes just by smelling it. Smells like a mix of jam, white chocolate, sugar, sandalwood and musk. Pretty sure Katy Perry’s ‘Meow’ was inspired by Fantasy as the two smells very similar. It definitely suits a much younger demographic.

I’m really late to the game with this one, as I have to admit I had a big-time bias against celebrity fragrances for, like, ever. Especially ones I deemed to be “teeny-bopper.” Miss Spears would have been the number one culprit in my mind. But now look at me: I have Taylor Swift’s Incredible Things (musky vanilla), Katy Perry’s Indi (a green smoky vanilla sandalwood), JLo’s Miami Glow (coconut sunscreen), SJP’s Lovely (beautiful musk, and this one I really hated back when it was launched, but look who grew up!)…and I’m happy with them all. I bought Britney’s Private Show a few months ago, and while I liked it I wasn’t overwhelmed by it. But Fantasy is altogether a different experience for me. I’m so sad I can only get my hands on a current (reformulated) version, as I really would have loved to have sniffed the original (and I never knew anyone who wore it so I have no negative associations). That said, I’m so, so happy with what this is: a delectable creamy dessert. The first blast does have a little bit of a sour citrusy bent, but then the dry down is just yummy. I have blasphemously layered this over Chanel No 5 Eau Premiere today because I wanted to add sweetness to it and it worked! Beautifully. I have a feeling I’m going to be layering Fantasy onto my smoky Fall scents along with Laura Mercier Vanille and Outremer Vanille.

Fantasy is and always will be one of my favorite fragrances and a staple in my collection! It’s sweet, almost cotton candy-like, fruity, and feminine, and perhaps a little flirty. I have fond memories tied to this scent as well. Simply put, it makes me happy. (:

This is so lovely. I know I’m late to the party here but I only recently bought the original Fantasy and I was hesitant because looking at the notes it didn’t seem like those scents would work well together. I was wrong!! For me the stand out note is the kiwi. It’s sweet without being too synthetic smelling or heavy. It smells clean yet sophisticated. This is one where if you have it on your wrists you might find yourself wanting to smell your wrist over and over lol. I’d rate this a 9/10.

a nice, young and very sweet fragrance, always super cheap and easy to find instore. Feel like every teen girl has owned this at some point. Is a cute bottle though. Can be sickly if over sprayed. But has good longevity and silage for a affordable celebrity perfume.

Elizabeth Arden – My suggestion would be to bring back the original pre-reformulated fantasy, even if it was just as a limited edition. Your sales would go through the roof!! And also you would make your customers extremely happy!!! I know it would make my day 🙂

    ~LOVE~
This was a blind buy for me. Fantasy smells sweet, girly and delicious. It lasts all day on me and smells fabulous.
Smells like white chocolate and has lots of fruitiness but it’s not overwhelmingly fruity. I love wearing this at home, on errands, or to uni.

This is the third attempt of mine to review this fragrance and when I click the submit button the review just disappears. Anyway, what do I say thrice about “Fantasy.”
It doesn’t support my womanly nose. That is what I think. Perhaps it’s not for hot weather, I know that from what other Fragranticians suggest, that it be worn during winter.
This has been on the market a while and I never thought I’d buy one due to the girly vibe of it. However, two days ago I bought a 50mL bottle and when I sprayed it on my skin I got a menthe scent which lifted the aqueous fruits for the first hour, then this mellows into a very soft, skin-hugging baked good scent, like a cupcake in a cardboard box, or a cake in its paper holder.
Not for my skin chemistry and since my 18-year-old sister has been making cow eyes at this fragrance for some time now – even yesterday as we shopped! I decided to just give it to her. May the Universe that repays one for good deeds give me the money to buy a fragrance I really love. So I’m out of a hundred bucks but at least little sister is happy, she now has “Fantasy” “Curious” and “Believe.”
My adventures with this line end with “Hidden Fantasy” and “Midnight Fantasy.” Enjoy!
UPDATE: So the goddess took back the perfume from my sister Kate and I wear it now….in my pulse points where there is heat, this is really nice and on Saturday night I was just wafting cake in my sister’s car as we came back from the mall and she mentioned “why am I smelling baked goods!” as she drove. I said nothing. In a shoe store I was in I heard a woman remark that she was smelling baked goods and that nobody was baking goods nearby. Heck it was me! Tee hee! I still let my sister take a spritz or two when she wants to though!

❥ When this just came out in 2005 it was the most gorgeous gourmand tropical edible perfume I had ever smelled at the time. Fantasy wasn’t $30.00 a bottle in 2005 , back then the bottle had swarovski elements all over the neck & this was a expensive buy at the time. Totally worth the money as I received tons of compliments on how I smelled it agreed so well with my body chemistry & lasted for 24 hrs almost without fading, how amazing! At the time when this was first released it wasn’t as common or popular I felt unique as not too many bought it right away , fast forward to 13 years later this NEW formula is NOTHING & I mean NOTHING like my sweet sweet fantasy baby I was addicted to back then 🙁 Is it still a fave ? Well yeah…. it still smells good but something is off from the original, and the original was heavenly. My mom & grandmother adored the original so much they bought it for themselves. Despite the youthful label attached to it. I am sad Fantasy became so common all of my female friends went & got it after they smelled this on me. Plus the reformulation wasn’t an upgrade but rather the opposite. My love for Fantasy was and still is so deep I still continue to buy the $20 reformulated juice. This is an absolute must for my collection as my first love never faded.

I tried in summer, but its very cloying and annoying in hot weather.

Okay guys! I have 3 versions of Britney Spears Fantasy before me and I’m going to compare all of them for you:
Version #1 – Original Fantasy – Made in USA – 2009 – green crystal neck
    Version #2 – Current Fantasy – Made in USA – 2016 – current bottle
Version #3 – Fantasy 2-in-1 combo that comes in a blue/pink ball with Midnight Fantasy (see above pic) – Made in France – 2012
I have a feeling that similar to Creed’s Aventus, Britney Spears Fantasy falls victim to bad batch codes at times because I’ve read so many reviews that show so many discrepancies, some say kiwi dominates the whole thing making it a sour mess, some speak of creamy white chocolate cupcakes and I think the problem lies with the actual batches, not our noses and skin.
Now version 1 (old) and version 2 (current) turned out to be disappointingly similar for me to the point where I was relieved I only paid $15 for an 80% full pink paint peeling, half-the-crystals-fallen-off bottle. If I’d paid $50 (original asking price) I would have been pissed. Luckily the seller had no clue what she had and me showing her online that not even the brand new ones cost $50 was enough to shame her into dropping the price.
To me, old and new are 90% similar. The old (must have been stored in a dark closet for years) smelled bright and fresh (fresh as in “new” not as in the perfumery term) and the white chocolate cupcake note is about 10% more amplified. In the dry-down the cupcake + powdered sugar note lingers longer whereas the new version the kiwi/quince emerge faster. However I have to stress that my 2016 version really smells very white-chocolate cupcakey to begin with, it’s not one of those sour kiwi disasters that some of you speak of.
Now the 2012 French pokeball version. Compared to the other two, that one smells the most different. It’s like a cupcake with PINK frosting, there is a sweet candy-ish note that the other two have also (old version has it more) but French version, that pink candy note is super-amplified. The quince note is more prominent too. I’m actually really sad because I barely have 15ml left of it, to me it’s the best of the 3.
The only thing I can think of is that since this old bottle is from June 2009, maybe they put the new reformulation in the old bottle and that’s why it smells so similar? But I really doubt that somehow. But in the dry-down old version is definitely more powdered sugar creamy white chocolate cupcake feeling when compared to the new arm (kiwi-quince dominant but still sweet) and old version projects furter too. I can’t say if this is because the bottle is 9 years old and the ingredients matured like a fine wine LOL, though wouldn’t that be nice?
Anyway, I’m sticking to my batch-code theory and reccommending everyone seek out the Made in France versions. Mine is different enough to be a flanker (like the Naughty and Nice versions, 85% similar but that sweet pink candy note tweaked way up! To imagine the candy note, think of the candy note from Viktor & Rolf’s Bonbon.)
Anyway, sorry to add more to the confusion, hope this helps someone. If you are determined to obtain an old version for yourself, insist that your seller tell you the batch code and make sure it’s 2008 or earlier so you won’t have any doubts about new formulas in old bottles. I feel like I won’t be able to put this issue to rest until I re-test with an even older version old bottle.
EDIT – I’m reporting back after 5 1/2-ish hours. I can still smell the old formula hand a soft sweet marshmallowy powdery white chocolate feeling whereas the new formula hand is 99% gone, just a vague fructose sweetness. My leg (that’s where I sprayed the French 2012 version) is still giving off that pink candy topnote as if it had only been on my leg for 2 hours, not 5 1/2. It smells like I sprayed original or new version Fantasy on it and then layered a lollipop candy note over it. I’m guessing that the lasting power might be because a) leg skin is different and b) the leg was protected by fabric of cotton pants for the past few hours so maybe the scent got trapped there and got concentrated, whereas I’ve done cooking and dishwashing and gardening with my hands already (I sprayed on backs of hands, wrists, and also the other side of the wrist where the face of a watch would be, because I’ve noticed that patch of skin really loves to cling to fragrance.
So yeah: original lasts longer, remains more in the cupcake zone, new version vanishes faster, is more fruity, French version has an identity crisis…

FragranceFatale and Dovey ~ Thank you for your intelligent reviews, you both know exactly what you are talking about and I couldn’t agree more. I am heartbroken that fantasy got reformulated. I had the best times of my life memory attachments linked to the old formula. Nowadays grabbing an old bottle of the vintage formula is like gold dust. Worst decision a company has ever made changing this formula. It was completely unique in the best way possible.

If this didn’t have kiwi, quince, musk & woody notes, it’d smell soooo good & sweet. I think those notes make if come off sour..
I remember this smelling so sweet when I was a kid. Now it smells off & way too sour.
No wonder it’s going on sale for cheap. And there’s always stock available;) definitely reformulated.
To me her Nice Remix smells like the original fantasy. Get around to that one ladies❤️

OF COURSE it’s been reformulated !!!
Back in the days when I was a little girl BS fantasy was one of the very first pioneer perfume that had sweet cookie candy notes to it, along with
pink sugar & can can by paris hilton
gotta give credit to them as well
Then a TREND of sweet gourmand scents began , alllll the way till our present time now 2018
even Expensive brands joined in & created its own sweet perfumes like Scandal or flowerbomb nectar (2018 perfumes)
    Back to Fantasy,
    YES its sadly been reformulated
No more that mouth watering cakey white chocolate notes, or cup cake!!!!
it was sweet enough that I’d spray it and it will give me a sweet tooth
Now its very artificial with maybe lemon & kiwi notes
I wouldn’t even consider it a sweet scent any more
SAD!!! It was always on my “must buy list” at the beginning of every cold winter

I had this perfume long time ago and I have never like the scent.
Way too sweet like brown sugar and rotten lychee soaked in synthetic syrup which makes the perfume sickened sweet. Unfortunately, people around me wear Fantasy and they love it. All I know from sniffing them is that Fantasy have overpowered scent, great sillage
I rather prefer Curious or Believe from Britney

Yes Tammyrobins7!!! Thankyou because I also know it’s been reformulated I’ve been wearing it since it’s release! I wondered the same thing, Tye was contradicting himself by first saying why would they reformulate a cheap perfume only to then state that apparently the body lotion had been changed??? Well why would they change the lotion then if it’s also cheap? Lol…. All in all its definitely not the same and most people with a good nose can pick that up but I still wear and enjoy it I just wish they had kept the original formulation

Tye- It’s not a case of opinion, it’s a fact fantasy has been reformulated since its release. Yes sense of smell changes over time but that’s besides the point, I have a vintage bottle of fantasy and it smells millions of times better than the current formulation. The other point I need to make, you questioned why EA would reformulate a cheap perfume, well then why do you think your fantasy lotion has changed? Doesn’t make any sense. Don’t get brainwashed people the perfume was 100% reformulated.

I remember being in middle school and a girl walked down the aisle on the bus wearing fantasy and the scent stopped me in my tracks. She smelled amazing. Sweet, warm and slightly fruity at the same time. I remember begging for fantasy for Christmas that year. Surprisingly I barely wore it. I’ve recently opened up the door to fantasy again and boy am I happy I did. It’s such a nostalgic scent that I think smells way better on a woman than a young teen or pre teen girl. I’ve really been enjoying it and so have those around me. Britney knew what she was doing with this one!! This and private show are 2 of my favorite fragrances! Love love love!!!!

  34. :

    4 out of 5

Well that is your opinion, it’s mostly chemicals and I doubt it’s rare to create that. I’ve been wearing fantasy since it launched, I even have an original bottle and I compared them side to side and they are the same ! The only thing that has changed is the body lotion.

  35. :

    3 out of 5

It absolutely has been reformulated!! Cost is not the only factor in a product being changed. Ingredients that are no longer available or become harder to source create issues. FDA regulations due to allergies cause reformulation also. Many other factors can cause a product to change and this has definitely changed. I’ve been wearing it since it was first released. I still enjoy it however but it’s definitely not the same as it was.

  36. :

    3 out of 5

Something has changed about fantasy but it’s not the perfume it’s actually the body lotion. I have a vintage lotion I bought on eBay and compared it to the lotion I got in a giftset at kohls recently. The vintage lotion has a thick consistency and is tart with more kiwi but still sweet, it instantly brought back memories, the new lotion is a chunky consistency and is very sweet with kiwi not being noticeable! The curious lotion has stayed the same but for some reason they changed the fantasy lotion, the older lotions also had a green tint to them vs the now white. There isn’t a HUGE difference but their is a slight one. The older lotion is stronger however

About the re formulation, ask yourself this. Why would Elizabeth Arden change a formula to a scent that isn’t expensive ? It does not take a lot to make fantasy maybe a couple of bucks. It’s not like Chanel or Dior where it’s luxury what’s in it for Arden to change it ? I honestly don’t smell a difference in the current batch, you do know your senses change over time. This is always in my collection because it is original, and one of the first to kick of the sweet bakery scent hype. I love going to Kohl’s and picking up a gift set every year

Reminds me a lot of a fruity Cool Water Woman. I mixed this up with Jessica Simpson Fancy and it’s SOOOO NOT what I was wanting. It’s ok but not special. Rather generic.

Been using this for a year or so but never got bored with it. Perfect concoction of sweets! Floral, fruity, candy, vanilla and everything delicious. Mouthwatering. If you like sweet, i believe this is a must in your staple. I love this fragrance and my husband loves it on me. Total win!

  41. :

This is a classy gourmand to me. An overwhelming cloud of delicious, floral sweetness and joy! Well balanced with creamy orchid, tasty white chocolate and rich vanilla cake. I don’t find it sugary, it’s rather voluptuous and sensually woody-sweet.
The fruity head note is gone quickly and that’s when the super long-lasting floral-sweet heart comes in – my favorite part. It is popular for a good reason and a delight to wear.

I think I finally understand the magic that surrounds Fantasy. I bought a small 15 ml bottle just to see what’s the fuss is about (I already own several of the flankers). I find that I enjoy Fantasy the most when I overspray. I like to use Fantasy after my night shower, and I go a little crazy with the spraying. Oh my, I love to be in a Fantasy cloud. It’s so comforting. It has become my guilty pleasure.
Also, it sticks to my skin like glue. I can still smell it in the morning and even a little after my morning shower. I enjoy the drydown the most. It’s the most delicious gourmand mixed with powder and musk. I’m not too crazy about the kiwi in the opening (I wished the kiwi note was more like the one in Fantasy The Nice Remix, which I also really enjoy). I will be ordering a 50 or 100 ml bottle and the matching body lotion very soon (I think the lotion will layer well with most gourmands).

So I’m back again. Quick question; has anyone else’s nose done a full 180 and changed completely ?? Only a few months ago this scent was a delicious sweet cake frag but now ….it smells like toilet spray !!!!
This was my signature for a while but I had been mixing and matching, until recently I smelt something funky on a couple of friends who I knew used this as well so I was completely confused. They admitted with was still Fantasy but what I was smelling was a bitter toilet spray !!
Literally, all I can smell is rat poison!! Nothing sweet or gourmand :’(
My nose has done a complete transformation!!

  44. :

I just blind bought fantasy because of all the good reviews on fragrantica and also Jeremy fragrance. and I must say I’m so disappointed.
The kiwi note is so strong and sour that I worry it offend people around me. There is no yummy cozy chocolaty smell.
The worst part is the opening note of kiwi stays for an hour and half, and even more on clothes.
However the dry down is much better than the opening and I can smell the cupcake note. I don’t know if it still projects on this stage.
    So my recommendation is:
    1- don’t blind buy fantasy.
2- and if you do like i did, spray it on your skin not you cloths (because the kiwi smell won’t leave you).

  45. :

    4 out of 5

The kiwi note is the main player here for a decent amount of time, but it mellows out after about an hour to an hour and a half. However, it’s still noticeable throughout the day. Next, the cupcake makes it’s long awaited appearance, but it’s not as luscious, smooth and creamy as one would hope. It’s nice, but it’s just a bit artificial. Still, that’s not enough to take away from the beauty of this scent. I personally struggle to find the white chocolate note on my skin with this. All I smell is a cupcake topped with fruits, and a bit of woodiness, but all in all, this is a very deliciously sweet and sugary fragrance. This scent is like a dream for anyone with a crazy love for gourmands.

  46. :

    5 out of 5

Since it’s been reformulated, it doesn’t have that usual ‘fantasy’ smell it had any more (The one where you’d actually be able to consider it as ‘decent’). Instead, it smells like a cheap sickly sweet perfume that’s been left on your cabinet for years. Now tell me, does that sound good to you?

I really love the way you describe your review as if you created your own paradise in your room by spritzing Fantasy. I bet, this kind of tips really helps improving our mood and caress our emotion & soul through scent.

At first I got a little disappointed since it only smelled like alcohol and Fantasy Intimate edition.
After just a few minutes it got much better and I smell the chocolate and cake.
It still reminds me of Intimate editition though. I agree with some that it is a little sour due to the kiwi but it is a pleasant type of sour that blends so good with the sweet notes.

This used to be my signature scent a little over a year and a half ago (August 2016ish) and at the time I loooved this perfume. It revived my love for fragrances and I think I joined this site around the time that I got this and started to collect. Heck, I even reviewed it.
So… over a year later how does it hold up for me? I still enjoy it quite a bit. I don’t exactly love it, but I still like Fantasy to keep it embedded in my collection. It’s longevity and sillage is really nice, and the scent itself is best experienced in its drydown. I don’t know how the original formulation smells like so I can’t really compare it’s current formulation with it, but for me it’s not too bad. Just don’t over spray, or you will probably be overwhelmed by it’s sweet nature.
I do have some problems with this perfume. Depending on the day and the weather, it can smell like powder. Strongly of baby powder to be precise. This can even happen when you smell hints of it on you after 15+ hours of wearing it. This problem is not a big one, it’s minimal. A second problem is that it can get overpowering if you spray too much on. With good sillage comes the chance of the perfume itself being overpowering.
I also have to agree with some of the reviews put here, but I don’t think that it smells cheap though. I just don’t like it as much as I used to.

UGH Im inlove with this perfume, yet again! I’ve loved this perfume years ago having finished at least 2 full bottles. But through the years, my taste to perfume has changed and I almost forgot about this perfume and haven’t really paid attention to it until recently.
I smelled this a week ago on a girl on while I was standing waiting to go in the train. And when the train passed by the wind blew, i smelled this nostalgic fruity-cupcake-vanilla scent. I knew for sure it was Fantasy! She smelled fantastic. It actually made me jealous that my perfume ain’t that that poppin that day. Lol
I couldn’t take it off my head, I was craving for the scent. It felt as though my day wouldn’t be complete if I can’t have the perfume that day. I didn’t need to buy a perfume, but then and there, I’ve decided i need me a bottle of Fantasy. And so I did. I can bathe to this perfume and still not get offensive. lol. And because of that this last me all day. I can smell it until you take a bath.
I swear, im literally laying in my bed right now, with my clothes sprayed with Fantasy. My window curtains sprayed with fantasy. My bed and pillows sprayed with Fantasy! Im Living! and I don’t really give a damn if i smell really juvenile and childish. At least im happy lol. This perfume gives me immense happiness.

This fragrance is often treated unfairly, being judged as a teenager’s scent, but this is anything but! It has a complexity and warmth to it that is stunning and the longevity is impressive (up to 7h on my skin).
