Description

Versace is launching the new fragrance for women as an addition to the popular men’s edition Eros from 2012. Versace Eros Pour Femme arrives on shelves of perfumeries in Italy in December 2014 as the fragrant seductress of the God of love—Eros. The women’s fragrance in a glamorous gold color flacon is signed by perfumers of the Firmenich company Alberto Morillas, Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson who worked together on creating the new composition.

“Eros is God of love and the goal of Eros Pour Femme campaign was to present that Eros was seduced and to suggest the strength of a woman,” stated Donatella Versace, who added that photos for the campaign were taken in Pinewood studio in London in water reservoirs where the James Bond movies were filmed. The campaign is signed by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The faces of the campaign are Brian Shimansky, known as advertising face of Eros and Lara Stone, advertising face of Eros Pour Femme who comes out of the water in a white dress and golden gladiator sandals!

The composition of the new perfume for women Eros Pour Femme opens with Sicilian lemon, Calabrian bergamot and pomegranate accords, with a heart of lemon, sambac jasmine absolute, jasmine infusion and peony. The base incorporates sandalwood, ambrox, musk and various woody notes.

The fragrance bottle Eros Pour Femme is rounded and embellished with a prominent relief Medusa symbol on the central part of bottle and the stopper, as well as with a typical Greek motif on the edges. It is made of glass and embellished with metallic golden details and cap. Instead of a box, the bottle will be packed in a small case which opens on the sides. The fragrance will be available as 30ml, 50ml and 100 ml EDP. The fragrance will first be launched in Italy in December 2014, and in 2015 in Europe and worldwide.

Wow! This fragrance is light, fresh, clean, and feminine. It is all citrus with a very nice balance of sweetness, like putting sugar on a grapefruit, its never too sweet and it isn’t overly complex.
This scent has a very subtle sexiness that peaks out after the dry down. Its also office safe. Summer or spring fragrance.
It lasts about 6 to 8 hours on me and the last few hours it is a skin scent. It also becomes a little more generic at this point but is still nice. Also has a soft to moderate scent trail.
Love it! Definitley worthy of a FB.

inoffensive; fine for the office. undistinguished.

I don’t get how people think this isn’t sexy. It’s not dark or overpoweringly warm or heady, or nauseatingly complex, but those aren’t the only ways a perfume can be sexy. To me, this is Acqua Di Gioia’s hot, intimidating older cousin. It opens with a sharp, tangy burst of lemon zest and herbal-woodsy notes, and then it settles to something lemony and gorgeous, much like the initial spray but warmed up a bit. It’s not sweet, and it stays sharp all the way through, almost aggressively so, just this side of vinegar. I don’t get white floral or fruit notes. It’s all woodsy citrus to my nose, with the sharpness of pomegranate juice. I live in a coastal part of California, and there are pungent, herbal-smelling plants all along the bluffs. This reminds me of those, like being outside on a hot day with coastal plants and lemons radiating their scent into the warm, dry air. I really love this stuff. It’s good in spring and summer, day or night, and I always get compliments when I wear it, but because it’s in that Italian citrus fragrance family, I don’t hear “your perfume is nice” as often as I hear “you smell good.” The sillage and longevity are both good. This is my signature scent in warm weather. It’s a coastal Sicilian lemon grove in a bottle. And yes, it IS sexy.

Its citrus, fresh and fruity with Little of sweetness. It stays almost 7 to 8 hrs on my skin which is very rare. I loved the fact that even after settling down, the sweetness stays with you. I can actually smell the fragrance on my clothes after 3-4 days if I spray it on my clothes ( which is again very rare) It is a luxury and can be use on date with your man or some wedding functions. Not for daily use for sure

Just a little sweet opening…strong woody dry down…Very mature fragrance in general. I have a feeling that this Eros Pour Femme EDP can be layered nicely with something else sweeter (and better yet, with Eros Pour Femme EDT…) in order to enhance complexity and add more uniqueness. I like both, this EDP and the EDT version, even though the EDT seems “younger”, and much much sweeter.

    -Strong sweet smell e.g. candy

    Eros? No. Pretty? Yes.

No sweetness, no romance, nothing sexy! Just a fresh, bright & clean fruity-floral juice perfect for summer in a gorgeous bottle! With its solar power, it helps you recharge your batteries and radiate with happiness. IMO, it’s much better (as a women’s fragrance) than D&G Light Blue as it has no lavender in it. The more I smell it, the more I like it! Projection is moderate and longevity seems to be quite satisfactory.

I was looking forward to the more citrus/fruity scents when I got a sample of this: lemon, pomegranate, etc. I like jasmine, too. But on my skin I don’t get any of those – mainly, it’s musky peonies, with a hint of jasmine. Which isn’t a bad scent at all. Just not what I expected. If you like musky florals (equally suitable for work and a date night), then there’s no reason to pass this up.

good citrusy scent for summer, but when compared to Mon Jasmin Noir L’Eau Exquise Bvlgari, Bvlgari wins IMHO. Eros seems pretty flat to me. I liked it when sniffed an the airport in duty free store on its own for simple summer feeling. if looking for something more complex, i would look at other possible options

I tried some of this on my arm today after smelling the lovely sweet fruity top notes. Unfortunately, after it dries down, it becomes a sour-tinged musk on my skin, akin to the base notes of many 90s fragrances.
NOTE: there is an EDT version of this that smells SO much nicer.

This may be my favorite warm weather fragrance, very refreshing and uplifting. For me sweet citrus and sandalwood are most prominent. I sense neither pomegranate nor amber.
Longevity – 6-8 hours (which is rare for me)
    Sillage – moderate

I really think I finally found my signature perfume, I don’t know what is it about it but it enchants me! It has the perfect balance of musky and fresh, of interesting but easy going. But hey, I adore white florals, jasmine, citrus and musk so..it pretty much has them all. <3

To me Eros Femme & Dolce Gabbana Light Blue Italian Zest are similar, they both fresh but Eros is deeper because the woody notes in it, while D&G is fresher and brighter.

This is so weak I can’t smell it! It’s flower water. The toilette is strong and wonderful. What happened here? But sometimes I like a fragrance that’s not memorable BC that way I’m surprised every time I wear it

  16. :

I’m not a fan of this one from Versace. There is something in it that is like Bright Crystal somewhat. I just think it’s more harsh and strong.

  17. :

    3 out of 5

This is one of those very fruity but clean scents. A description that reminds me of Burberry Women, which I love! But this is definitely fresher. The scent lasts, and definitely not a skin scent. Perfect for day wear when you want to smell fresh and flirty with a little bit of elegance mixed in. It’s a refreshing break from all the woody-vanilla-musk combos out there.

  18. :

This is one of the best female spring fragrances for me.
A wonderful fruity floral, fresh fragrance!
When I smelled it, I’m happy.
Scent is very nice but its not sexy for me like its name.
It does not deserve the name.

  19. :

Crisp and cool lemon softens quickly to a gentlly balanced blend of fruit and flowers and subtle warmth. This is a barely-there fragrance, great for daytime.
I am a sucker for a pretty perfume bottle. But the incongruity of the glamorous, gilded bottle, and the rather tame scent is confusing. The name is puzzling as well as the fragrance doesn’t strike me as especially sexy or even much of a romantic scent.

  20. :

    Wow!
I have been real hesitant to try this but, She is gorgeous!!! Not only the bottle is gorgeous. The juice is a star!! This is a very juicy spring and summer scent that smells like a fresh glass of lemonade but only better. The scent last forever 10/10 and sillage is a beast 10/10.
I would love to wear this on a cool crisp day in the fall or winter just to get that cool citrus-y bite.
I really love this and I have the EDP and I just purchased the EDT as well…These bottles are so GORGEOUS!!!!

At fist i found this to be boring and lackluster when i tried it on the strip in store, i thought ” why would anyone pay what theyre asking for that?”
Then, after about 20 minutes i took another sniff and it had bloomed into something amazing. The faint, boring berry citrus had been replaced with something that resembled lemon cream pie with a hint of sweet sandalwood and a slight powdery note. I know it sounds simple still but it really was beautiful. I kept inhaling the tester strip until after a couple of hours it was barely there at all and its been all i can think about all day.
This one may seem a bit plain jane and disappointing at first but if you give it time, it will open up and reveal its real beauty. I guess, given the tale of Eros and Psyche, the name is quite fitting in itself really.
Needless to say, i had ordered a 50ml bottle online before the days end lol.

Hey! The previous review was MINE but I appared as “guest”.. my account must have logged out.
    So I repost:
A golden & powdery lemonish jasmine juice!!
This is a sofisticated, elegant and bright fragrance.
It has a sharp citrus punch at first spray, immediatley followed by an classy jasmine. Woods and musk are playing at the background of the fragrance all the way through.
In my personal opinion, the scent does not match the idea of “sensuality” as the TV Ad suggests.
I does not make me feel sexy or romantic.
To me this is about feeling beautiful but not in a romantic way, rather in a “powerful way”. It makes you feel classy, sofisticated, emmpowered, ready to stand in front of a podium and own it, ready to make important desitions.
I love the bottle design to death, but I feel like the whole Medusa thing does not match at all this fragrance.
The scent is powerful and sharp, but I would say that sillage is moderate and then sits closer to the skin.
It ends a little bit soapy in the end, with some woods still wispering at the bottom of it.
Longevity is ok.. not amazing, not great, not poor either, just ok.
This is not suitable for a teen at all. This is a woman´s scent. You can war this if you are age 25+, but you will have to choose carefully the outfit to go along with it.
Appropriate all year round, winter to summer fragrance.
Due to the sharp lemon you can wear it easily on a summer day, but beware it has to be applied with caution.
I would not pick this for casual everyday use because it is very classy and elegant. I would wear it for the office if I have important meetings or a job interview, for a date if I want to project myself as a powerful woman, for an event or after office cocktail. I would not choose this for important things like a wedding because it does not have the kind of projection I like and longevity is not that good.
    In summary:
Longevity: 7 to 8 hours for me
Sillage: starts strong and sharp, but after some 30
minutes it becomes moderate.. afte3 hours,
it turns into a skin scent for me.
Bottle desgin: a 10 plus! It is a beautiful jewel, worth
keeping for display after finishing the
bottle. The material of the bottle feel
luxurios, even the interior of the cap has a
velvety feel, the box is also goregous and
velvety inside.. this had serious art work.
I do have to say that the greek sexy vibe of
the TV Ad and the Medusa concept have noting
to do with this sofisticated elegant scent
(to me). But hey, I freakin´love the damn
    bottle!! Will treasure it forever!
A lovely classic elegant fragrance, with an intersting lemon touch. Not sure if I would repurchase but I am enjoying it very much 🙂 . I do recommend it!

This is a Lemon Jasmine Sex Bomb.
Must get a backup bottle for my wife.

I smelled this for the first time today and immediately smelled jasmine. And let me just say, I fell in love. The mixture of citrus and jasmine is perfect. The Jasmine is strong, but not overpowering because of how well the citrus pairs with it. It really come all together with a hint on peony and musky/woody notes.

  25. :

Short story, Highly Recommended, sexy, Has good longevity, and can be found at discounters now.
I do not know why this is vintage or old school to some. This is not dirty patchouli heavy , is not mostly aromatic and certainly not a poorly composed rose heavy fragrance.
As a Man, this is the right amount sweet, intoxicating, night out fragrance. This will get you positive attention and be a little bit mysterious. Although this fragrance is not obnoxious, it is loud at the beginning.
This is well blended, and complex, so none of the notes stand out to me. This has a faint nuttiness to round the fragrance and it could be almond. The pomegranate seems a little bit like a cherry to me.
Overall, versace has done another crowd pleasing masterpiece in my opinion , that is a great date night or even party fragrance.
This is not your pretty, light, floral and powdery scent, like chloe and this is not your fruity, sweet fragrance that is innocent either.
Embrace the sexy fragrances. love , love , love this louder younger sister to pitite robes noir.

This is a fresh, floral, citrus based perfume. It might be great during warm weather on other people but I’m not a fan. I don’t like peony and it’s pretty sour and old fadhioned on me.

I reviewed this perfume before (fairly recently) but I’d only smelled the base notes at the time. Today I was out shopping with my sister and she, true to character, had to spray on some Eros when she spotted it. This time I had the pleasure of smelling it from the start. I didn’t try it on myself, as I was already wearing my own perfume (Monteil’s Bel été), Valentino’s Valentina (which I own too) on my left wrist, Givenchy’s Dahlia Divin (which I intend to buy as soon as my bank account allows it) on my right wrist, and Flowerbomb on my scarf, so I have no idea whether it works with my body’s chemistry.
However, on my sister, whose signature scent is D&G Pour Femme (you know, the one that smells vanilla-y), Eros smells absolutely divine. I see citrusy as the main characteristic here but I honestly couldn’t detect it at all. It smelled very powdery and flowery and nice, the way I imagine a princess might smell or a (minor) godess or my little sister, who’s not so little anymore after all.
The best thing about this scent is its dry-down, as it keepd getting better the more time passes. Not sure about longevity but I still smell it some 7 hours later. Sillage on her is pretty decent but I know for a fact it lasts forever (i.e. over a week) if you spray it on clothes, as illustrated in my previous review.
    Would recommenf this to everyone.

I got a sample of this from Macy’s. I liked the scent alot, but it’s not long lasting. It smells like candy & fruit to me……. I just wish it was a little stronger.

  29. :

It makes me extremely nauseous when someone wears it near me. Nope.

  30. :

    5 out of 5

It smells like an overly riped pineapple. Its so sickly sweet and I couldnt stand smellig it. No man would ever want this perfume on a lady, its not a compliment getter. The dry down smells like a sweaty girl who put an overly sweet cheap cologne on her. Save your money on this one. There’s a lot of Versace fragrance that are much worth your money. Never blind buy this.

  31. :

    4 out of 5

Amazing on paper and other people, but on me it smells like rice and a little bit of soy sauce and lemon. Strange. Poor longevity and sillage on me, as well. I think this is a good frag for most, but I encourage you to try first.

  32. :

    5 out of 5

I was shocked by how good this smells. I love it when a fragrance can do that to me. It’s like the heavens open up for a second and I am completely aware of only how beautiful the fragrance is. What else can I say?

  33. :

    3 out of 5

It smells like my mom. I like it. But I am not gonna use it on me.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

When I first spray this there is a top note that burns my nose. That only lasts like 10 mins at most but it’s not comfortable. After that this is strong and soapy but in a good clean way. I think I might like it better if it didn’t have the woodsy notes but I do like this. I guess what I’m saying I if you are used to just light florals this will seem super strong to you. I find it unique but that’s because I’m used to really sweet candy like scents so this is a departure for me.

  35. :

    3 out of 5

I got four samples of this. It’s really quite boring. Beautiful bottle, though.

  36. :

    3 out of 5

I just applied this after coming in from the rain. My skin and hair was still really damp when I spray it. A TON of wood came through for me! This was completely different than if I sprayed it on a sunny day where it is more uplifting (as described). I am LOVING it in this clamming weather. Give it a try next time your dog takes you out for a walk and you get drenched! See what develops :o))

  37. :

    3 out of 5

Totally just summer scent. I wore it in winter and Eros wasn’t erotic or even nice in the slightest. Only in sun heat I get creamy tropical jasmine scent with sharp citrus notes. It has similar vibe as D&G Light Blue Intense because of intense ambroxan.

  38. :

    4 out of 5

    I’m a little confused.
I can see many reviewers getting the fruitiness of this fragrance, but am I the only one here who can smell pineapple as the main top note?
    A beautiful, yummy spring mood-lifter.

  39. :

    4 out of 5

Long lasting, sophisticated, on my skin it is delicious combo of lemon and pomegranate, with the jasmine and lemon flower giving a flower-y character that is unbelievably good. And it is lasts for 7/8 hours with moderate but lasting sillage. Delightful and joyful !!!

I was delighted to receive a Versace 5-piece mini perfume set as a gift. Eros Pour Femme was included in the set. This is a very pleasant fragrance. It’s clean and fresh with sparkling citrus and a hint of mint. This is a perfect day time fragrance for spring and summer. I really like it!

  41. :

    5 out of 5

Nice! Very smooth not sure how to break the notes down in this particular one. They blended wonderfully though. I get a bit of upscale peach notes. No harshness for it to be so strong. It’s strong in a good way long lasting.

When my sister returned from holiday (Portugal) I found that something smelled really nice. After some detective work the bext day I found it was her jacket. The smell on its collar was divine and I was about to compliment her on her perfume when she told me about it. She’d tried it on at the airport the day before and had fallen in love with the scent.
Now I’m aware that I’ve probably only smelled the base notes and that the top and middle notes could still ruin the whole thing for me but I urged her to buy it. Unfortunately she’s as broke as I am so it’ll have to wait on our wishlist for a little while longer.
I would definitely recommend testing this perfume.

  43. :

Blackberry shower gel on your skin, a hot summer evening, 37 degrees C. Fruity, soapy, clean scent, great longevity. Overdosed can cause migraine.
Not a winter perfume. Better to wear on hot, humid weather. In the heat the woodsy base begin to effervesce like champagne. On hot weather I get also floral note of peony/freesia.
    Color: Crimson, raspberry red.

I have a mini of this and today I tested it properly. I have tested this earlier in a tax free shop and I thought that it was nothing special, it smelled like the million others there. But I gave it another chance and now I find this really lovely. It is a beautiful warm summer evening here in Finland and this is perfect for this kind of weather. Citrus and beautiful white flowers. There is some freshness also. So if you initially didn’t like it, please give this another chance and you might be surprised:)

  46. :

My goodness – this is strong stuff!
Projection and sillage are huge on me. And so far, after 4 hours, it smells almost as strong as when first applied.
The ambroxan and lemon blossom predominate on me.
It’s all a bit much to be honest, and I’m one who generally likes an ambroxan note.
The lemon blossom smells somewhat ‘peachy’ on me and reminds me of Tresor, which I do not like because of that note.
I really wanted to try the EDT which smelled better to me when I sniffed the bottle but the tester wouldn’t squirt so I tried this instead.
    Gonna pass on this one….

  47. :

This is VERY different. It’s a Very “QUIET” fragrance. Eros has an almost vintage lotion scent to it. Something familiar from long ago, …I can’t quite put my finger on.
It’s got decent Silage and longevity.
But, I don’t get any of the lemon blossom I was desperately hoping for. Or any of the citrus fruit notes really. It’s a bit on the musky side. I think there’s enough lemon in it to keep it from turning “skanky”.
I don’t love it. I don’t hate. Truthfully I’m not even sure if I like it or not yet. It’s okay. Nice, quietly fresh. I just blind purchased a little trial size coffet gift set. I had bought my son Eros for men. It’s GORGEOUS. But, Eros for women, …not so much. (Not bad, but not stunning like the Men’s version).
Sorry, just not for me. It’s a kinda weird scent. I need to think about this one for a bit.

Eros Pour Femme by Versace is a sparkling juicy pomegranate note that s balanced out by a tart lemon burst with sweet hints of amber and fresh peony. I love that this fragrance is great to wear with a t-shirt and jeans, it is effortless and smells really nice because even though it is a fruity floral it’s not a basic fruity floral. It has a unique twist that I find enjoyable and get compliments on it all the time. The bottle is very pretty, a little over the top – quite glamorous with the gold, but I find the round bottle very pleasing! Well-done!

  51. :

    5 out of 5

My immediate reaction was, “cotton candy”. It has that same overly sweet, hot sugar note that so many other perfumes have. Then the peonies kick in. Peony is a difficult note for me and this is the worst. It gave me a blazing headache and made me sick to my stomach. On top of that, there is nothing distinctive about this.

  52. :

    3 out of 5

The woman in the campaign looked so daring and fearless, the bottle made statement as well. Sadly, the fragrance itself is completely the opposite of daring, and extremely forgettable…
Don’t be fooled by the ad.

  53. :

    3 out of 5

At first, I really like it but I still prefer the EDT version, however, the more often I wear this, the more I dislike it. The musk is too heavy and I can barely smell any fruity scents on my skin, it’s like my skin just bring out the musk scent and it last super long 10-12 hrs in warm/hot weather. I don’t think I would buy it again, even consider giving away the one I own since it’s too heavy on me.

  54. :

    4 out of 5

Was attracted by the bottle at the very begining – so gorgeous! Couldn’t move my eyes after seeing it among all other perfumes. The packaging is also quite unique that it’s like a drawer and slides in and out to open and close.
The scent stands out too – feminine, classy and mysterious, not very sweet to me and it’s long lasting <3
It was my favourite throughout 2016 (bought it in Dec 2015). Now it’s one of my night time fragrances that I wear for night outs.

  55. :

    3 out of 5

Smells NOTHING like Vanitas. I have owned and worn Vanitas and this is so different from that. I don’t care for this at all. I own the edt. It’s way better.

  56. :

    4 out of 5

I’m in the minority, but I dislike this one. The jasmine is overwhelming and I get none of the lemon to provide some tart balance. That might be acceptable but the floral notes come off as synthetic and plastic on my skin.
Based on the notes, I was hoping for a much better fragrance

  57. :

    5 out of 5

I want to love this fragrance, the bottle alone draws me strongly to it, but we are not compatible.
My skin can really amplify musks, ambers and woods, and boy is it happening here for me.
The ambroxan is turning the Sicilian Lemon into a potent astringent beast that in turn amplifies the musk. The jasmine is swirling around to stir the pot but not adding much in the way of softening or grounding.
The Sicilian Lemon will be a delicious smell on the right person, it’s distinct from run of the mill grocery store lemon, a profile that stands out as a cut above.
I wish this worked for me, it has some staying power. I think it could be a great summer evening scent in the form it sits on my skin but the musk is too much for me. Not a safe blind buy if tend to have amplified animalic notes.

  58. :

Versace Eros is dripping with sexy. This should be banned in about 17 countries. 😉
The notes list is not what comes out on my skin. I get jasmine, lily of the valley, ylang ylang, sandalwood, and coconut.
My sample is fairly new. Has there been a reformulation?
Stays mainly close to the skin with one spray, but it could really project with heavier application. It smells really good quality; I know most fragrances these days are synthetic anyway, but Eros doesn’t smell very chemical. It’s a big floral fragrance, but I wouldn’t find it presentable except in a casual and/or intimate setting. Eros sends a message, if you know what I mean.
    Overall: 10/10

  59. :

I got a sample of this perfume at Sehpora inside JCP, and I sprayed this on skin, and what it smells like on the first initial spray reminds me of a mix of Romantica, & Romantica Exotica by Anna Sui. This to me is a little bit musky, and there is another note that’s mixing with it, that I don’t really like. I smelled the EDT in magazines months back, and I prefer the EDT, to this the EDP. It always comes down to preference at the end of the day, and what notes work best with your body chemistry. The stand out to the EDP, and EDT are the bottles.

This fades in a couple of minutes. On me it did not last at all.
I smell this is in the store twice, none of the two times I test it it didn’t last.
Its a beautiful scent though, and very nice bottle!
It opens very sweet, but suddenly in a couple of minutes disappears.
So sad! Will not be purchasing!

I received a free sample. Not a complicated fragrance, elegant, fresh. Casual not overdone to wear to parties, special occasions, on first dates, or casual daytime wear — maybe even to work. Not a fragrance I would wear. I need more chypre and grit in my fragrance wardrobe.
Like other reviews, quickly fades, at least it did on me. I did get a sense of the peony among white flowers. I also appreciate it wasn’t too sweet like many contemporary fragrances tend to be these days. Lovely gold bottle from the picture. Classy young fragrance.
UPDATE: I tried Eros a second time, and I did pickup on the Ambroxan and sandalwood on the dry down. The sandalwood I believe is synthetic. Guerlain’s Samsara has synthetic sandalwood and is also a nice fragrance. The Ambroxan is what makes Versace Eros contemporary. So I’m changing my initial reaction of “young” to “contemporary.” Anyone of any age can wear this fragrance. It’s growing on me…

I tested this in a store a couple of days ago. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it! On me it was kind of fresh, kind of warm and smooth, with some white florals. It lasted a long time, and it smelled lovely in the chilly norwegian weather! The wind kept swirling the perfume up towards my nose. I felt elegant, comfortable and feminine wearing this, and it could easily be my signature fragrance, as I think it fits both for casual, daily wear and for parties!

    Nice,inoffensive, but not particularly amazing.
It opens with a very loud lemony burst, but quickly fades to a soft, sweet, warm jasmine and sandalwood skin scent. I can’t smell it on myself at all after about two hours, but others can smell it if I hug them (and it has gotten compliments that way). While I don’t like very loud scents, I do prefer an arms-length projection over this mere whisper, so that I can catch a whiff here and there throughout the day.

The perfume is acting up on my skin. Kind of sad not to be able to review Eros properly.
Well from first spray it turns absolutely sugary. Something citric meshes with the sweetness ten minutes later, and after an hour approximately jasmines and a little of peony are peeking through the lemon sugar mojito I’m wearing and not drinking. So weird. That is it. The drydown on my skin is a lemon sugar water with floral hints.
The base of Eros Pour Femme Seems one i would really like. Sandalwood, any wood actually most of the times is intensified by my skin, something i’ve grown to love and seek in perfumes, but nothing here. No woods no musk and i can’t pinpoint the ambrox.
I’m not hating the perfume, but it can’t work for me the way it’s supposed to. I guess it’s pleasant and sweet, not cloying definitely, thank God, sugary edible, not as floral as fruity. Maybe other skins help the flowers really show; they are absent on me. I’m not infatuated by the scent and not disgusted either, it kind of is generic but beautiful nonetheless.
A scent for spring and summer, and for women under thirty, as I see it. A safe scent for any occasion, but on a date night you might want to choose something more sensual.
Oh God I exude sugar fumes! My partner seems to like it.
Beautiful bottle as well, give it a try, you never know, the notes are very interesting, and if it works for you, it will smell beautifully. Not for me
P.S.: the sugar is the ambrox

Tested this today. one spray and all i could smell was pomegranate it reminds me of shower gel or a generic fruity body mist. I gave it twenty minutes or so to develop on skin i could detect a hint of peony..then that’s it. Nothing special very generic main stream fragrance that might attract youth only..
Versace are good at marketing and Ads. they put out a luxurious Gold bottle and very beautiful campaign ads to attract the consumers. when i saw the bottle i was thinking lush, deep and creamy. But what a shocker…if i wanted a body mist i would simply go to Bath and bodyworks.
i appreciate simple everyday fragrance but this…i am sorry i couldn’t because all i could think of was shower gels.

Ok, so it starts fresh floral and ends warm woody. It’s a pleasant fragrance, not too strong on citrus, inoffensive, feminine, good for everyday wear, office, as a blind buy. It doesn’t stand out much, but it’s a nice one. I like the bottle.

I really enjoy this perfume, it’s one of my favorites. It’s very long lasting on me, it’s fresh, citrusy, sweet, and confident smelling. My mom loves this scent on me and she’ll smell it hours later even when I can’t. It may not be the most unique perfume, but unlike many of the other similar smelling perfumes, this one does it right for me and there’s nothing I don’t like about it. It’s simple, perfectly pleasant, but this just has that little something extra above the others that resonates with me.

I like this perfume very pleasant, complex, but as with many perfumes I am missing a unique intensity; I think if the bergamot were tuned up here this would be a great fragrance. It’s not emotive enough to justify a full bottle, and the sillage isn’t super long. Having said that this is always a perfume I spray all over myself at the airports, so amongst the main stream still one of the great ones imho.

At first spray, my nose gets a ticklish blast of lemon and bergamot with some kind of berry – not too sweet, but just enough to balance the citrus. The lemon carries into the dry-down, where the jasmine note introduces itself and stays quite strong through the rest of the scent’s evolution. After that I get some white floral notes and a base of something woodsy but nondescript. All told, this is a very clean, pleasant floral scent. It’s inoffensive, fresh, safe, but I’d prefer a little less lemon in the opening. It’s interesting how the lemon evolves though – it actually lifts the jasmine note during the dry down and gives it this fresh, light quality. This is a rich, layered jasmine that hangs onto the the skin for a while. Without a doubt it’s my favorite note, and I like the effect of the citrus extending well into the base notes to compliment it. I think the bottle is rather loud and gaudy, but the juice inside is a bit more tempered. Sillage is moderate/weak, and longevity is so-so. On me it doesn’t seem to last very long – two hours and it’s gone (but I have dry skin so that’s always an issue). But this is a nice fragrance. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I do. It reminds me of Lady Million, but without the “smack-you-in-the-face” vibe that announces your arri
