Gosh, this is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful patch, plum and woods. Strong and long lasting, perfect for chilly fall evenings. Love it.
Edit – kicking myself for not buying a backup when I got this two years ago. It’s getting very hard to find and prices of course increasingly steep.

Lovely polished bottle in which I was expecting divinity rising.
Because mostly everyone on fragrantica has given rave reviews, and I love the notes listed, I bought it online. Alas, Enchanted hates me! Started out a sharp floral but then became a calamitous scrubber on me. Another blind buy which will be passed on.
More power to those of us who enjoy it!

To make it short: lovely bottle, good price, lasts really well.
Fragrance wise: a plum and patchouli duo, with Jasmin and ylang-ylang in the background. Strong and quite sweet. Intensive and dark. For me a night time or maybe colder season perfume.

The bottle is lovely. It reminds me of the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. And, fruit it is. There are no woods or patch in this. It goes on very lovely like a vanillic Guerlain. That quickly leaves and we are left with syrupy sweet plum and ylang. The patch and other notes are not detectable. They maybe lend the fruit a bit of depth. But, if fruity sickening sweet floral is your thing, you might like this. I am not a fruity floral gal. In the final drydown the patchouli is found in the base, the sweetness dissipates and a powdery note takes over.

Yum Yum Yum for some reason at first text of this little get I was wisked away to when I first smelt floor bomb and then that lovely dark juicy plum which for me make it even more heavanly I would say this and angel schlesser oriental edition 2 are the safest buys around so if you come across them then snap them up you wont be dissapointed. A beautiful perfume of the night I wear when I alternate with Chopard’s first Enchanted which ha similar notes to this one except it’s mostly jasmine. This one has a yellow flower Ylang-Ylang, and it’s rather exotic, sweet and very fragrant. The jasmine is kept at bay. The woodsy note is much stronger here than in Enchanted which was a soft cashmere wood. Guaiacum wood and patchouli give it a muskiness and depth typical of most evening colognes. This is totally romantic, date night type of fragrance. Nothing about it is unisex. It’s a woman’s perfume. The bottle is gorgeous in gold. If you liked ENCHANTED you’ll also love Golden Absolute. It wears as pretty much the same scent. This is a floriental fragrance that doesn’t take itself too seriously either. It’s simple, elegant, perfumy, sweet and yet very strong. A guy who smelled it on me said I smell great. I smiled and thought to myself thank you Chopard.

What an interesting bottle. It looks like a new very glamorous type of hand grenade. Pull the ring out and throw it quickly. Fortunately I wont be throwing this perfume grenade anywhere. The ylang ylang and patchouli hit you big time but quickly calm a bit with the drydown. The guaiac wood and patchouli definitely gives depth and compliments the ylang ylang and plum well. I also think the jasmine really comes to the fore in the drydown along with the plum. This is no sweet plummy girly fragrance. There is drama and shadows.
This is most definitely a fragrance for the night. Like a grenade handle with care.
