Starts off with the strong scent of lavender with wood. There is also a hint of citrus. On drydown it smells mostly the same (without the citrus notes though). Sillage is very strong with even a tiny amount applied to the skin – projecting for at least 5 hours – while longevity is also extremely strong running at over 12 hours. It seems to actually get stronger with time in the first few hours. This definitely leans masculine. Overall a very interesting and beautiful smelling lavender-woody perfume oil. I detect a bit of oud as well. It’s not that sweet, but more dark. In fact it’s my favourite perfume oil and ranks among my favourite fragrances. It’s very woody and very lavender, and I would categorize this as a night time scent rather than a regular daytime one due to its oriental nature. A little also goes a long way due to the high concentration of the perfume oil.
