I was just looking at some of my old pictures when I was a teenager (15 years ago) and spotted a perfume bottle sitting on my desk on one of the pictures. It was Oriflame Eclipse! My first official perfume that wasn’t stolen from my mom and actually was given to me personally. I remember that I liked the smell but was secretly liking the other ones from my mom’s collection more. Nice, inexpensive perfume for a young girl. Later I bought Cool Water perfume and totally abandoned my Eclipse.

It’s a fabulous scent but longetivty is very poor. If you meet a man for a few minutes you definetly impress him. After half an hour the car turn back to a big pumpkin.

The scent is fresh for me, ‘watery’, with some sweetness in it. Dry down is somewhat powdery and musky. The sillage is pretty much soft (which I like), and the longevity on me is pretty good, too. Love it, but between the three, this one doesn’t stand out much. It’s pretty nice for occasional day wear if you like it, anyway.

It’s really like morning air, but a little bit smells like soap. Maybe because of it’s an aquatic fragrance. Nice but not a unique parfume, not my world.

what a great scent of perfume 😀

my favorite one of the 3

Like fresh air.

I think Eclipse smells like fresh air on a cold morning.
Unfortunately I cannot distinguish between the notes but I guess that the herbs and lilly-of-the-valley combination makes Eclipse smell like that.
On initial spray I get a sweet note but the sweetness disperses quickly.
I think it is alright for day wear and because of the low price tag I do not see a reason for complaining.
I seriously doubt that Eclipse could be someone’s favourite scent, though!
The lasting power is alright, it lasted 4+ hours which I did not expect.
