Description

Eclat d’Arpège is classified as fruity-floral. Lanvin revives the musical theme of his legendary Arpege perfume. The composition is delicate, fragile and angelic. Eclat d’Arpège’s first accords are green lilac and Sicilian lemon leaves which transports us to the first day of spring. Summer’s near , flowers are in full bloom, the scent is more intense, it’s a wisteria blossom that blooms at perfume’s heart, accentuated by lush peach blossom and sensual red peony. Airy green tea leaves are refreshing. The base’s white cedar of Lebanon, gentle musk and precious amber are like an enveloping caress. The nose behind Eclat d’Arpège is Karine Dubreuill who created this perfume in 2002.

I used this one when I was living in the Middle East. That was when I discovered just how vile gourmands can be when they are worn in the heat. So I opted for fresh, green scent, and this jewel was a perfect candidate.
Obviously, it is not some grounbreaking, head-turning fragrance, but it’s gentle, sophisticated and feminine. It’s a violet floral with musk and green notes, while the drydown reveals an interesting mix of cedar and amber, which gives it borderline balsamic quality.
Perfect for work, job interviews and long, hot, sunny days.

I actually received a gift set from Nordstrom a while back and the spray itself in the beginning was stunning and then kinds of fizzled out and smelled like hairspray. I then came back to it, and used it with the body lotion one day. It made all of the difference and gave the perfume the boost it needed. The lotion makes the smell complete and I don’t get that hairspray vibe thank goodness. I love that Nordstrom carries this and they have a gift set every Christmas

I’ve smelled Eclat D Arpege on a colleage during summer. It is indeed an ideal option for hot days with its whispery sillage but nonetheless present, and dry-starchy quality, to beat the humid weather. It’s primarily a soft pink floral with some nondescript muted lilac here and there, sprinkled sugar on top and green notes. It is a charming little scent that will put a smile on your face and won’t offend anyone.

This is a fragrance that is prone to turn on me. In the heat, it develops a weird synthetic quality that becomes–no other word for it–rubbery as it goes on? Very sad, because otherwise I LOVE THIS PERFUME SO MUCH.
It is fresh, super sexy and unique, at least where I live–I don’t know a single other person who owns this fragrance and never notice people wearing it when I’m out. I know that it is more popular elsewhere. It’s one I always reach for in the spring when the weather finally breaks and everything starts waking up again.

Wearing this perfume today, my bottle was purchased in 2002.
I can see a slight resemblance to Light Blue, but this smells and behaves better and different. Better in being more complex, there’s no citrus notes but rather bright florals. And different, actually way different, in the drydown which happens to be my favorite part: the florals are still there but with a more pronounced wood and amber accord.
And the bottle is to die for! It’s so cool and fun with the jewel encased on top. I also love the luminous purple color.
I have no issue with performance. In fact, I have to go light on the trigger for fear of choking out those around me. And I routinely get 4 hours or more before it turns to a skin scent.
When I bought this in 02, I sampled it for several weeks. At the time, and with my limited fragrance knowledge I didn’t think their was anything else like it on the market. And even though I still like it, I’ve fallen out of love. My current nose leans more toward natural, or at least the illusion of natural scents. This smells a bit too much like a chemists lab, and that’s probably why I still have 30ml left in my bottle, more than 15 years later.

Lovely light fresh floral scent. The first time I sniffed this Light Blue also came to mind so I can see what others are talking about. It’s not a harsh, fresh citrusy scent like Light Blue. It’s VERY soft even upon initial spray. I think it’s reminiscent of LB’s dry down.
This was one of four perfumes I was able to tolerate during my horrible morning sickness stage of my pregnancy. I wore this one the most or I wore nothing at all. I got a few compliments from family when we hugged so it’s a skin scent.
I think this would make an awesome work perfume if you’re looking for something that’s not offensive.
It’s very nice to have but I doubt I’ll buy again after my bottle is done.

This smells nothing like D&G light blue. It doesn’t smell lemony like Light blue at all. It’s subtle, fresh and very feminine. Huge compliment getter.

In the same family as D&G Light Blue, Flower Sunshine, and Moschino Funny.

How is DG Light Blue not in the dupes section for this perfume???? It is almost the same! Even though the notes are note really on the same line (i smell citrus and it’s not there, and cannot find any lilac in here neither! Very good! Just like Light blue!

I also really liked this fragrance. Fresh, invigorating. I especially like him after a short time. Because at first it’s a bit harsh. But then reveal its other facets. I do not know how to correctly characterize them. But they are kind of personally for me very pleasant … the fragrance is resistant

Very gentle, romantic, playful, spring scent! Since then, I have been associated with a light dress and a lilac scent. Bought several times. An excellent spring variant for increasing the mood for yourself and others. Resistance adequate for toilet water.

This is very floral and green. Does not last long, but I still like it. It is fresh and a great office scent.

Had high hopes for this judging by the awesome ingredients but can barely smell anything. This is for young schoolgirls, the shy ones who hold their virginity dear (and they should!). I am too old for weak smells.

I love this perfume. It is floral but not too floral and not overpowering. It is very feminine, perfect for a girl who is very refine, naive and lady like. It is the softest fragrance I have ever smelled, perfect for summer or countries with warmer climate.

The other day I was out for a walk and came across a lovely little Lilac tree. I adore the smell of Lilac flowers and decided to look for a lilac perfume. It’s quite pretty, sadly though this does not translate the real thing. It really really reminds me of Light Blue D&G instead.

On me its just generic boring airy flowery fragrance. Nothing special, nothing remarkable. I dont think this fragrance could offend anybody.

The color of the juice, the notes and the smell all match up and present a very nice “painting” in my imagination: a summer garden painted in pastel colors in an early morning, or a spring meadow dotted with blooming wild flowers 🙂
I feel light hearted and mellow wearing this fragrance while gardening, or imagining myself sitting in that “painting” garden, slowly sipping tea with an open book on my lap. Such a lovely, feminine and positive fragrance! It is like a soft melody whispering in my mind 🙂

This is a perfect daily summer/spring scent. Airy, elegant, lightly sweet, delicate and flowery, absolutely stunning!
I can’t imagine a perfume more perfect than this. It’s suitable for work or every day wear. I just love it so much!

It’s very light, definitely a skin-scent. I’ve had to reapply it 3 times today (hands and wrists) within an 8 hour period. It’s been 1 hour since my last reapplication and the scent is half-gone.
It’s pretty reminiscent of D&G Light Blue or Moschino I Love Love, but muuuuch lighter, barely there.
I can make out very ephemeral, sparkling champagne-like green tea notes with pale purple flowers, ‘blossom’ flowers, and a tiny, watery-honey like amber.
This is also reminiscent of Love, Chloe but minus that heady, cloying lilac. The lilac here is very chill and inoffensive.
I’d recommend this as a pillow perfume because it seems to cling to cloth better than it does to my skin. It would do well as a ‘my first big girl perfume’ for a girl aged 8 or over. It’s very innocent and not at all sexy (unless you find innocence sexy. Because this is very pretty, so I guess it really depends on individual tastes.)
Also, I have a bit of weird synesthesia: when I smell something, sometimes my brain gets confused and thinks that I am tasting something, and I get a taste-like sensation on my tongue. Often times it’s bitter, like licking actual perfume, but with some perfumes it’s pleasant. This one is very nice, like I just finished sucking on a lavender-violet-honey lozenge, there is also a tingly metallic feeling as well.
All-in-all, a pleasant scent, impossible to be offensive, okay for children and teens, appropriate for daytime or sleep time, spring and summer, I only wish it were stronger. So many flankers but no EDP or Intense version out there??
Well, off I go to re-apply this or the 4th time now. This would make a wonderfully expensive smelling shampoo scent, or like $24 soap.
I kind of want to spray it on a scarf and wrap the scarf around my face right now.

I don’t know under which category should this fragrance go: “Love/ like / disslike”.
I absolutely don’t love it, but at the same time I don’t like it and I don’t hate it,, it is simply like an air freshener! I don’t have any kind of feeling towards it!!!
But I would see specific type of people wearing it, it is fresh, clean, simple! Nothing to add.

I keep trying scents with a tea note even though it’s almost always too obnoxiously clean for me. I must say this was a surprise. The cedar musk and tea create a warm note that actually reminds me of black tea not some amorphous bamboo spa note.
Unfortunately I found the bouquet of flowers too muddy with no particular bloom standing out making it generally too perfumey to me. After an hour it’s super soapy — but what else would you expect from a blend of light florals and tea.
I would love to see a stripped down version of this focusing on a floral note and that robust tea scent.

I own this one for years now, but I don’t use it. Something in it irritates me so much, but I don’t know why.
It smells special and really good, but it has something sparkly/soda like in it that is too sharp. It is too much even for me. I love strong and heavy perfumes, but this is something I can’t stand. It is actually very light and clean. Maybe too clean. It has the similar effect on me as bathroom cleaners have – something sharp, irritating and artificial stays deep in your nose and you cannot get rid of it for the whole day. Because it is very long lasting. And everyone loves it.
But unfortunately, we just don’t love each other. It is too positive for me, like someone is forcing me to be happy. Terrible.

This is so pretty. I now understand why so many people have this as their signature scent. It smells like hair shampoo or conditioner. I LOVE IT. Will definitely repurchase.

  24. :

I completely agree with the word “fizzy” to describe the opening of this fragrance. It reminds me of a summer fruit punch based on a sweet soda. It’s a little unusual in that it eventually turns from a lively fragrance into a cuddly woodsy body hugger. I definitely smell the ripe fruity part of the florals (the peach blossom with perhaps the Osmanthus??) in the beginning. To me, this is more noticeable than the peony. I didn’t think it would be long lasting given the other reviews however I slept in Eclat last night and it lingers well this morning. I’ve sprayed myself again then overlaid with Stella. Both quiet achievers which appear to compliment one another.

My significant other uses it, and I’m a sucker for this scent. It’s clean and fresh and bittersweet, but it also has a secret. There is something that remains unsaid in spite of the apparent simplicity and openness. Maybe it’s some kind of vulnerability hidden beneath. In any case, she’d better stock up 🙂 By the way, over-application doesn’t seem to be a problem with this one. It’s quite discreet and even on the weaker side, but the scent itself is just perfect.

This has the same vibe with Chance Eau Tendre, but this is even more mellow and soft, can I call it lazy…

This is truly lovely. After testing many perfumes over the years I have observed that I am mostly drawn to the flower based fragrances. I find that they are typically nicely balanced and offer a very wide variety of different aromas. And this one is a little floral beauty – the bottle (btw – I just can’t get over how cute the miniature 5ml version is!) and of course the fragrance itself! It is not loud, it is not cloying and it might not fill the room immediately, but the notes are combined in a very pleasant bouquet. And that is a plus in my book. Works as an everyday fragrance and won’t get heavy/cloying in warmer seasons.

The opening of this fragrance was fresh and light. However, there was a note that turned me off in the dry down. It made me immediately think about clean public toilets. Definitely try first before you buy, it was a scrubber for me.

Wonderful scent. sparkling and soft. I’ve been using perfume for years. Ideal for the spring season – you can’t be wrong with this choice. The only perfume of the brand I like and doesn’t cause an unpleasant sensation in me.

This is one of my favourite.
I don’t care much for bottle appearences of my perfumes, but this bottle design is well made. It’s elegant, but somehow rock n roll.
(long personal story about me finding this scent)
I first probably smelled this on someone while shopping a long time ago. I put it in my memory and searched for it years later. I thought I found it when I stumbled upon D&G’s Light Blue which is weirdly similar to this one, but still different in its development.
Then, in a japanese department store, I just grabbed different samples and smelled and this stuck out. The sample was a tiny plastic bottle with cotton that’s been sprayed on with this perfume. I just put ‘Lanvin’ in my memory and forgot about it for 3 years.
Then, somehow, after research and in a perfume blind buy haze, I got to buy it without knowing it was what I longed for for so long.)
It does smell like Light Blue. But after some time it get’s to a more ladylike place. Light Blue is harsher, more citrusy in the beginning. Eclat is just very fresh and developes into something that I can’t describe well. After a while the freshness diminishes and the scent will be almost sweet and maybe woodsy.
It doesn’t stay very long, maybe 3 or 4 hours to the max and after that it is simply gone from your skin. Not even slightly detectable. This isn’t as bad as it sounds, because it’s not expensive at all. I can get 100ml for 30 euros.
It’s also great for mixing it with other sweeter/gourmand perfumes.
I would mostly wear this in warm weather. In cold temperatures this can be maybe a bit harsh for some.

This was a blind buy for me based on the reviews. I expected something soft, feminine, gentle. I got the opposite. I get mainly sharp green notes on my skin which subsides into a fresh young floral. I don’t get any warmth from the musk, it is unnoticeable on my skin. This fragrance is very similar to a perfume I wore in high school, so in my mind this would be great for a young girl. However not for me, I enjoy more sophisticated fragrances. On me this smells very similar to Cherish by Avon (even though the notes are different on paper). I loved that perfume at first but I didn’t end up using it as much, I expect the same thing with this one…

I had this perfume and while I didn’t feel it on me, this is the most complimented scent that I’ve owned, so other people could smell it.
The compliments would sound something like “Oh, you entered the room and there’s such a beautiful scent”, “What a pleasant fresh scent”etc.
It’s also not super popular anymore, which is a pro of course.
I also own Light Blue by D&G and do not find them remotely similar.

She is like the girl I had smelled once in passing and had been wanting to know ever since…
Lanvin’s Eclat d’Arpège for women gives off an initial blast comparable to that of Dolce&Gabanna’s Light Blue for women, sans the wood. But give it a few minutes and the fragrance morphs into its own character: soft-feminine floral with a hint of well-blended fruits.
I’m talking about the “fragile kind of feminine.” Subtle. Caressing. A woman you could spend long days and nights with. You get mesmerized by her quiet exquisiteness and—just when you start to think it’s all that she’s got—you’d be randomly surprised by her thought-provoking ideas and penchant for words. With this scent, I remember Zhang Ziyi’s character in the novel-turned-movie Memoirs of a Geisha, Sayuri. While Sayuri’s stare invites for a second glance, this scent invites for a second sniff—the longing for a closer encounter.
When I first smelled this juice three years ago, it was love at first sniff. That day, I promised to myself that I would be buying one bottle for me. Neither to use it on any social occasions, nor as a daily fragrance, because well, it smells like a lady, while I’m a guy writing this review from my perspective.
Today I just fulfilled that promise. And I’m wearing it right now. Before going to bed. In solitude.

I got this perfume for my birthday, it smells very soft and delicate. It is not a “wow” perfume, it sits close to skin and is soft even from first spray. I get a lot o lemon at first spray, that rapidly dissipates and then I smell soft florals and I do smell fruits. I like it very much, I think it’s best for everyday use, but I feel it is too light..It resembles D&G Light blue, but only that this one is a lot softer, milder, less citric, and has a floral touch to it, where light blue is more fresh, lemony, kind of unisex…this one is definetly more femenine, I can’t see a man using this. But I wish it was stronger. It is so soft it feels like spraying body mists on, it literaly lasts on my skin for only about half an hour! The first 15 min. it smells a little stronger and I feel it has some throw, the remaining 15 min it just mellows down to a skin scent, only can smell it if I stick my nose to my wrist. It’s so sad, it is a nice clean scent that I would like to enjoy for a little longer..on the clothes though it lasts a bit more..I like it, but it’s not something I would buy for me, I love clean, floral-green crisp scents like Chance Chanel green and pink bottle, Nest’s Dahlia and vines perfume, Tori Burch. This one is similar to those in the “clean” floral vibe..but it lacks strength, and isn’t as bright..I felt it reminded me a little of Vince Camuto Fiori perfume, kind of warm, but fresh and floral.
Edit: I’ve been using this perfume for 3 weeks already, every day and I have to say I am so surprised with this one!! I felt like it was not lasting on me, I thought It was disapearing too fast, but NO! I HAVE GOT SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLIMENT ME ON THIS FRAGRANCE!! Even after hours of spraying! I spray on my skin and on my clothes too and it does Last! What was tricking me was that it is a SOFT DELICATE fragrance, and that made me feel like it did not have any lasting power, because in the first few minutes, the scent is more powerful and bright, and then it mellows down ( making you think its gone..) But it just gets softer, but it’s still there, (and loves to get carried by the wind!) I even started noticeing it the days after wearing it on my jacket, I swear I couldn’t smell it when I had it on, but then the day after I would pass by my jacket and instantly notice a Flowery airy scent! It was this little beauty still blooming on everywhere I sprayed it!!

I love this perfume, love the scent and has become my personal scent. the only problem i have with this one is that it docent last that long, and because of that you very quickly go trough one bottle.

I like this one, a lot; almost a love. Soft, safe, unassuming, nice, quite pleasant. Not very original, but great for laid-back days when you just want to smell “nice” and do not need nor want a power-hitter of a fragrance. A comforting, relaxing, laid-back scent. I see this voted mainly as a Spring and Summer scent, but for me, I would wear this year-round. Pretty office-friendly and crowd-safe, as well. The notes are blended so well. I do detect the lilac and the tea leaf notes, but even those notes are not overpowering at all. Some are listing this as boring, I think it is soft, feminine and lovely. Floral-fresh. A great safe everyday fragrance. My only complaint is that this does not last long at all, I need to re-spritz after 2 to 3 hours. But I do love the scent. Perfect for relaxing, laid-back days.

This is what I call “classic”. Not the classic for elegant bossy ladies, not the vintage scents or “typical office perfume”. It’s like a good friend. Everyone recognizes it and most people agree, that it’s a nice smell. Every time I run off the bottle, I get a new one. Because I got used to it and I am still not bored. Rich florals, without being too sour, airy or bitter. Just classy:)

  41. :

I now get the hype on this one. I love it – a greeny type of floral scent. But there are so many people I know, who owns this already. So I steered clear away from using this all the time.

  42. :

I heard such nice odes on this one. I tried it in the shop and to me it was like an edition of D&G Light blue. It is nice, but not wow :/

  43. :

    3 out of 5

This ended up being not at all what I expected. It’s nice enough, but nothing special. I believe somebody described it as smelling like D&G Light Blue without the wood notes, and that’s a very apt description to my nose.

  44. :

    5 out of 5

I wanted to love this, because lilac and tea? I can’t say what it is exactly, but this just smells super synthetic to me and I don’t like it much. Its not terrible, but its nothing special either.

  45. :

    4 out of 5

A really pretty looking and smelling scent. The lilac and peony are mere whispers though as the longevity is tragically short. This doesn’t even last the 15 mins it takes me to get to work, such a pity

  46. :

    5 out of 5

I want to love (or even like) this perfume, however, for me it is just very green. Sharp green notes, which you can categorize as “fresh scent” perhaps? Like crushed flowers including its leaves and stems. From first spray until its dry down, for me it feels like the same note all throughout. Green, woody and yeah, you can call it fresh. Has the same vibe of light blue. If a color violet has a scent, this would be it. I love the bottle of the perfume though.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

Insipid is the word that best depicts this scent to my mind.
It’s not bad or offensive, just nothing compelling or interesting to invite a second sniff.
Even if it’s a restrained and subtle office scent that you’re after, there are many better alternatives out there that have more personality.

  48. :

    3 out of 5

i love it.. a lovely floral smell with green tea. if you love EA green tea and JLO still or green tea in general you will love this one too. i also got a nutty vibe like pistachio in bulgari omnia green jade although it’s not listed in the notes. if you love omnia green jade you will love this one too. categorized as as fruity floral but there’s nothing fruity about this. there’s not even a single fruity note mentioned. they should categorize this fragrance as floral only. this is not the kind of versatile fragrance although you can wear it anytime of the year and at any climate. i don’t think eclat d’arpege is suitable for a fancy occasion. i think women of all ages can wear this but i think it’s best for women of age 20s and above. this not that sweet annoying mass pleasing scent. which i am so happy. on me the longevity is up to 10 hours and the sillage is about arms length. also eclat d’arpege smells nothing like d&g light blue. but if you like light blue, you will like this too..

    Just ANGELIC <3
Fresh, soft, delicate, feminine, romantic sweet.
Not overly fresh, not overly sweet, I just LOVE it!

  50. :

    4 out of 5

I love its smell, but the longevity is deplorable. Most fragrances last for at least 5-6 hours on my skin. Eclat d’Arpege only lasts for 1-2 hours.

  51. :

This perfume is so effortless, a perfect definition of “innocent”
Silky and airy, perfect for spring and summer.
Sometime you don’t have to try hard to wear complicared, glamorous perfume to be delicated.
Just wear this perfume and enjoy your lovely sunny day and act like a carefree woman.
Since it’s affordable, I spray this all over my apartment also and I always get a compliment from my friends who visit me and they always ask what kind of expensive diffuser that I have. No it’s Lanvin.

  52. :

    4 out of 5

Nice, gentle perfume. Sillage and longevity are not impressive, but for such a subtle, delicate fragrance it can’t be surprise. I can smell mostly lilac and some fresh flowery aroma that can be either peony, or peach blossom.
I keep this one for sunny spring days when I am in a romantic mood. It makes me feel young and innocent. I have it for more than a decade, I am in my 30es now and still find it appropriate for a lot of occasions. It is office friendly too, I can’t believe that it may offend someone.

  53. :

    4 out of 5

It is so pleasant – on my skin, the cedar is intense and appears immediately paired with the peony and wisteria. It’s so incredibly refreshing, almost bracing in a good sense.
Sadly it is very fleeting, it’s gone in an hour, so I can’t say much about the development of its lovely list of notes.

  54. :

    5 out of 5

This is such a beautiful fragrance.
Fruity like light blue by D&G is
    A bit floral.
It’s fresh, rounded, sweet, delightful. Not a tutti friitty.
    Poor lasting power though
Nothin like that horrendous concoction in the black bottle of a similar look.

I’ve tried this one several times now, I keep thinking I’ve missed something. I’m just…not getting anything. I really wanted this to work, based on the notes it sound so heavenly. It’s not even that it’s bad, it’s just empty. I didn’t get lilac, or musk, or any other flowers. I literally got a puff of very soft sweetness, a little powder, then it was gone. I tried on skin, on clothes, in hair. I don’t know, is this just me?

  56. :

The lilac is a cloak around this imaginary alien fruit that is the heart of this unique fragrance. A mango without it’s sweetness, and something like dry grass on a hot dry late August afternoon.

  57. :

Finally finished my bottle, definitely going to buy again. The smell is heavenly, it is a lightly sweet and very fresh lilac. I am surprised by the other comments regarding its longevity, it lasts decently long on me without being overpowering

It has a similar impression to light blue and issey miyake scents. Kind of floral/citrus-y at first then dries settles down as musky but it is not heady.
Nice bottle, makes it look like a potion. However, the cap has a tendency to oxidizes from the residual alcohol after long time use.
For some reason I can imagine a man wearing this perfume too, it smells very unisex to me.
It does not last long on my skin.
Edit: I am surprised I finished more than half the bottle of this fragrance after about a year of using it. I have the extra large size of it too..ugh what a waste. I don’t know if it has gone bad or something, but I don’t like it as much as I used to anymore. I dread wearing it. And I hate that it’s in my vanity because I know I will never reach for it, but I paid so much for it T_T. Maybe my body chemistry changed over the years. Poor longevity and sillage alone is a huge factor to consider for those that are debating getting it.

First spray and it was so fresh, and smells like you’ve just washed your hair. But after it starts to dry.. It became sorta like patchouli smell.. And those fresh flower scents are gone.. But after few hours, it slowly became soft and the floral fresh + shampoo smell is back. Not a bad perfume but I’m sorta disappointed cause I didn’t get any peony.. Cause its my favourite notes

This is a lovely combination of lilac and tea…an enchanting potion for your valentine…a sweet little scent of love. Musk and cedar round out the composition and helps leave a special powdery cloud of purple aromatic lilacs while your sitting in that special nook or secret place reading your latest romance novel…yes this reminds me of a sweet historical romance…
It’s a light and ever so delicate fragrance that I intend to enjoy during the cool mild spring season when the delicate purple blooms of lilac fill the air…it reminds me of delicate teacup made of exquisite china’… teacups painted so lovingly of the delicate first spring buds…a beautiful floral tea with tables adorned with delicate lace covers, bouquets of lilacs, candles, and a spring sonnet playing on the wind…
A fragrance of romance, the bottle is simply exquisite…something magic like a violet colored gazing ball…
    A lovely light Spring fragrance

This is one of the first perfumes I ever acquired. I was a teenager, and it was during a time when I didn’t appreciate strong-smelling perfumes. After spraying many different perfumes on test strips, I settled on this one, as it smelled the most subtle, soft, and pretty to my nose at the time. Fast forward to now, I find this fragrance extremely underwhelming and lacking in depth and complexity. It’s as close as you can get to scented water. Also, despite being gentle overall, there is a bit of screechiness to it.
EDIT: Upon repurchasing this perfume for nostalgic reasons, it’s not screechy at all. It does have a kick, but in the best way possible. This perfume makes me feel so positive that I can’t even wear the color black when I have it on.

Very warm floral, neither rosy, nor “cold-white-floral-y” (like white lily). Pretty longlasting (on my skin…. and my skin “eats” most of the subtle scents, especially floral or powdery). More complex than similar perfumes, very distinct, but not sharp. Summer-early Fall I’d say.

This is what it smells like in mid Spring, standing under pink blooming trees in the sunshine. There’s a gentle breeze and there’s a slight hint of honey and lemon.
I’ve wanted this in my collection since 2004, but now I’m reminded of my daughter running through flower petals in the wind last spring. This is the best!

This is light and fresh but very long lasting even though it stays close to the skin. What I love about this is that it smells expensive on me. People have to get close to smell it but when they do, they always compliment me on it and say how expensive it smells. It is a well blended perfume and very different to everything else I have in my collection. This is the type of perfume that you don’t smell on yourself but everybody else can smell it even after 8+ hours. Just spray it on your hair, body and cloth and I promise it will stay with you all day! Safe blind buy and excellent for a gift!

I bought this blind 4-5 years ago. It is so plain, not understated just plain. No longevity for me. Just a light fragrance that for me just seemed like a “white musk” body spray from any drugstore. Nothing special.

Someone managed to bottle the scent of spring! Very pretty, light and refreshing… a perfect warm-weather scent. Musky, airy lilac. The yard of my childhood home was overflowing in places with lilac, so my scent memory is pleased. Very inoffensive, workplace-appropriate, and definitely says “daytime,” and it’s a good reference fragrance for “ozonic.” I could see it having a place in anyone’s collection.

This is so beautiful, romantic, lovely fresh and light fragrance. There’s something special in it. And that lilac aroma… I love it.

This perfume reminds me of sitting under the purple jacaranda trees at university in summertime. One of my favourite memories.
The flowers in this are subtle and pretty. This is not a flamboyant, statement perfume, nor a sugar rush. It is peaceful and I find it harmonizes with my environment very well. This is a p
