I’ve never smelt KiKi but I have to say this is one of the best lavanders you can get! Once again, Dr. you have outdone yourself.
At first you get the apple and orange along with the lavander of course. It’s lavander of course so if you don’t like that then stay away. It’s a refined type of lavender. I like the opening but once the caramel comes in then whoa it’s on another level. My only complaints would be that it isn’t as strong as some of the others but then again it isn’t probably suppose to be heavy. This can be in my opinion an all season fragrance. It’s fresh, warm, herbal, and comforting. My favorite lavander is this one and Gris Clair.

Today arrived my sample pack of Kings palace perfumery and I wanted dulce Lavanda as test first because I love lavender in a fragrance. The KPP fragrances are oil-based and Dulce has a sweet caramel and lavender opening, where the lavender is playing the leading role. After that the smell become warmer on my skin, the smell become slightly fruity and soft powdery with apple and orange. I think it’s a surprising combination of lavender and caramel

I’m a sucker for lavender but I hate the fake lavender notes found in many perfumes. I love the real thing and that is what you get in Dulce de Lavanda, which is inspired by a lavender caramel candy from Spain. The perfume smells like a creamy caramel lavender with some interesting/mysterious things going on in the background and foreground. It doesn’t smell like food which is a plus for me because I don’t want to have sugar cravings, yikes! It is not cloying and has just the right amount of sweetness, and just the right amount of everything else. Dulce de Lavanda is actually quite unique. I have a couple of lavender scents yet I bought a full bottle of this to add to my collection.
The longevity is amazing. On me it lasts all day! Even though it is unisex, it wears very feminine on me. The other reviewer thought it leaned more masculine so it must adapt to the wearer. If you are known to hate lavender, you should sample this one! I already know my sister is going to hug this like she did my Lush Twilight…. and she doesn’t like lavender. I curiously purchased a bunch of samples and was generously upgraded to the full 12 sample set! The quality of these perfumes are amazing.
