I searched for Heavenly Stardust for a long time. I knew eventually a bottle for a reasonable price would pop up somewhere, and I got lucky. I collect the Dream Angels fragrances. This one and Heavenly Enchanted are the two rarest ones in the entire line, both with prices easily in the $100+ range. Now I have both, and I understand why some folks are willing to pay so much.
Heavenly Stardust is so lovely. It is super sweet, but quite complex. It has different layers of sweetness with the berry, vanilla, and pleasant florals. I can’t really pick out the honeysuckle by itself, but I think it’s blended in there. It’s a sweet-smelling flower. There is a musky, powdery, vanilla base.
I got it today and immediately it reminded me of something VERY familiar. It drove me crazy for hours! Finally I looked through my collection, saw my bottle of Jessica Simpson Fancy, and it clicked! The funny part is that I’ve read all these reviews beforehand. I guess I just forgot about the Fancy comparison. Stardust is not a dead-ringer, but it sure is close. Fancy has somewhat cheap and obnoxious floral notes, and can get screechy. I think Fancy has a slight chocolate/caramel vibe. Stardust is a smoother blend overall and doesn’t have the jagged florals that Fancy does.
I see there is a comparison to Dream Angels Forever as well, but there are big differences between the two. I can confidently state that they are not really the same. And, Estee Lauder Pleasures?! I couldn’t think of a fragrance farther away on the scent spectrum. That comparison is straight out of left field (no offense). That’s like comparing CK One to Pink Sugar. Pleasures is my mom’s signature scent. I’m very familiar with it.
Heavenly Stardust is very appropriate for winter. It’s rich and comfy, and really does remind me of the holidays.
Longevity and sillage are moderate. Probably better than moderate, actually. For some reason, my intuition is telling me that Heavenly Stardust is one of those fragrances that fatigue the wearer’s nose quickly. Other people could probably smell it easily long after you believe it’s gone.
Overall, I’m SO glad I finally have Heavenly Stardust! Now I will be searching for the lotion!

This is a pretty floral scent with hint of sweetness. Makes me feel good everytime i smell it even from the bottle alone.
Something about this reminds me of Ferragamo Incanto Charm.. Tried to combine them.. and WOW the result is absolutely GORGEOUS!!
Should be worn with cautious though, coz it has a tendency to be overpowering especially to sensitive noses who hate sweets. On me, 4-6 spritz is good enough, and will last for about 4-5 hours… not bad for a body mist.

Because of winterberry, Like VS Merry Merry Pink, I have a love-hate relationship with this one. I know I’m in the minority here but I don’t love this. I don’t hate it, though because there are days when I actually like it. I guess I’m just really not a big fan of winterberry.
I don’t get the vanilla that some people smell in this. But others are right on when they said it’s very light and powdery. I picture a young lady, quiet, shy, very feminine, mild-mannered, and simple. So yeah, not really me.
I won’t get rid of my bottle, it’s pretty. 🙂 Plus, I have tried layering it with VS Pink Pretty & Pure and they actually balance out nicely!

Truly a beautiful fragrant just as the name described. A heavenly stardust. It’s romantic ,magical ,non offensive. It doesn’t cause a head ache like so many perfumes on the market now a day.

This smells so good in the bottle, sorta marshmellow and powder. Unfortunate for me it is a bit strong and works it way in my sinuses and gives me a headache, for others i am sure it works perfect.

I was at the local VS and smelled this when it came out, and I thought “Hmm, this smells exactly like Fancy.” I had just ran out of Fancy, so that’s why I bought it, plus it a was a really good deal. It’s long lasting and smells good, but if you own Fancy, don’t bother with this one, unless you just want to add it to your collection. So far, the only difference I can tell between the two is in the dry down, which is slight; Stardust stays a little sweeter while Fancy takes on a slightly more powdery approach. Both are very nice and I’m not knocking either one, but there’s really no need to own both.

Next time I was at VS, I took a sniff and was intrigued. This is a big departure from their usual Heavenly Angels which is very generic and entirely forgettable, and thankfully they smell nothing alike.
Stardust notes include winter berries, honeysuckle and liquid musk. I can’t smell the berries other than a sweet note that rounds out this lovely scent. For me, I smell mostly rich floral bouquet with hint of musky slightly powdery drydown. Its sweet but not cloying, rich, elegant and a definite departure from the “teenage “scents that VS mostly produces. I picture sophisticated fashionable woman, wearing a dress or a suit, or an evening dress-this fragrance is more “dressy”, imo.
Another reviewer on different board compared it to Pleasures by EL-I’ve had Pleasures but, imo, they smell nothing alike, since regular Pleasures is woodsy floral that smells a lot fresher and greener than Stardust. There is however, some resemblance between Pleasures Intense and HS, even though the notes in PI are completely different and its lacking the powdery note that HS has. I also think its somewhat similar to Jewel by Alfred Sung(which I also owned previosly).
When I first tried it in VS store, I sprayed it once on my wrist and once on my neck. These 2 sprays lasted me for at least 4 hours which is no small feat since my skin eats up perfume and most of them do not last long. It is EdP rather than EdT so that may account for its lasting power. All through the day I kept getting whiffs of this lovely warm scent and was convinced that I HAD to have a bottle. After my H heard it, he braved Black Friday crazy lines to get into VS and buy it for me(what a guy!:)
I wore it to work for the first time today(layered with matching lotion) and it has amazing lasting power on me-small spray lasted at least 4 hours and I adore getting whiffs of it on myself throughout the day. Its very warm and cozy and would have been perfect in cold weather but alas, I live in the tropics, so ladies who live in cold climate will probably enjoy it quite a bit during winter season. I liked some of VS limited edition scents before but Heavenly Stardust is definitely one of the best fragrances they produced to date
P.S. The bottle is gorgeous as well and i love displaying it on my dressing table since purple and gold are among my favorite colors!

Very nice…i recieved this today and i have to say im really digging this one..in a way its like fancy by jessica simpson but its way better seriuosly way better…i wish that it was still winter so i could wear this to me it is a fall winter fragrance i couldnt pull this off in the summer at all, im going to put this one up for when the weather gets cooler..to me its so soft and sensual the musk is beautiful and i usually do not like musk in a fragrance well what i mean is Musk that you can actually smell because so many perfumes have musk in them and you cant really tell its in them but this you can and its really pretty and cozy… to me it is gourmand not a fruity floral it has a warm brownie or cake smell delcious cuddle up by the fire smell!!!!

The original Heavenly gives me a headache, but Stardust is nice. Unfortunately, it smells a lot like Fancy, which smells a lot like Betsy Johnson, which smells a lot like Viva La Juicy… Hmmm…

WOW! I really enjoy this and it has quickly become one of my faves. ;’D My like has truly turned into a love! Stardust is a smooth, sweet(not too sweet), sexy and creamy-berried-musk with a perfectly adequate amount of vanilla and a lovely addition of floral’s. For a fragrance with only three notes listed, it smells very well blended.
And yes, there are minute similarities to Fancy but the biggest difference is the artificiality that Fancy gives off. I bought Fancy because I thought it was fruitier and more longer lasting but after one day of owning Fancy it made me sick and I regretted swapping my bottle of Stardust away!! Stardust doesn’t make me sick, nor does it smell cheap plus it lasts so long!! It glues itself to my skin for a minimum of 8hrs and has a perfect sillage!! ;’)
So, if you are looking for at least one Victoria’s Secret fragrance to add to your collection then I highly recommend this one. It is a LE, but you will be able to find a bottle from anywhere from $30-$40 on Ebay.

I LOVE THIS PERFUME!! I certainly hope VS brings this back this winter. Everyone needs to send an e-mail to them requesting another round! They are very prompt with responding. I liked JS Fancy…VS Stardust is FAR superior. Beautiful, lasts forever! Fancy gives me a headache. Sorry, Fancy, your tawdry. VS Stardust is classy, sexy, and elegant….very well done!

Heavenly Stardust is what I wanted Jessica Simpson’s Fancy to be! It sprays on smelling strongly like Fancy, but at the point in time that Fancy would veer away from the pretty vanilla and disintegrate into harsh, unappealing notes on my skin, Heavenly Stardust melts into that powdery sweetness that I LOVE. The post-holiday price is HALF OFF right now, but it’s a limited edition and selling out fast, so if you are intrigued, try it soon! The dry down (with my chemistry anyway) is NOTHING like Fancy, just a light, marshmallowy, creamy sweet scent.

I agree with ILOVEEPERFUME that this one smells exactly as Jessica Simpson`s perfume Fancy.
They smells gorgeous ofcourse, but if VS isn´t in your country, buy Fancy instead=)

What is it about V.S…. I walk in and never assume I will like anything. I think they overload us with body sprays. I have the original Heavenly, and it is very appealing. It smells good on everyone and never bothers me. It’s also unique enough to stand out for an every day perfume. It’s the musk in this that is sexy. Not in a bombshell way, in a playful way. It’s wearable and a good date perfume. It could be just because of the season, but the bottle is striking my fancy.

Though I was disappointed with VS’s most recent, boring Bombshell, Heavenly Stardust managed to please my nose 🙂 It’s all sweet berries, vanilla, and smooth, delicate musk. Not extravagant, not very sophisticated. But it’s a cuddly gourmand, comfortingly warm.
I’d recommended the body mist rather than the perfume… the perfume can easily be a little too sweet, but the body mist is very wearable.
PS. I couldn’t love the EDP bottle more. It’s perfectly stunning!

It smells like vanilla and some kind of fake, medicinal berry. It wore off very quickly. I’ll pass.

One whiff and I was hooked. This stuff is truly intoxicating. If I had to compare it to something familiar, I’d say it was slightly reminiscent of Estee Lauder’s “Pleasures”. But not quite. To my nose, Heavenly Stardust is richer and more complex (YMMV). “Pleasures” doesn’t change on me throughout the course of the day, it just fades. But Heavenly Stardust does, and it’s lovely with each transformation. Not too sharp, but I get a little bit of a sweet and spicy note at first, then the spicy note fades it sweetens up a bit more, then the dry down is just soft and warm.
If you love “Pleasures”, chances are you’ll love this too. If you don’t love Pleasures (or have never tried it) this is different enough to at least sample. It’s more floral than fruity, not fruity enough to be considered foody, but a little bit sweet. It’s simply luscious. 🙂 The packaging is also very pretty, consisting of a purple cylindrical canister with gold glitter and stardust effects trailing around the sides. When the canister’s cover is removed, the beautiful bottle is standing upright, embedded within a cylindrical pedestal. The bottle is decorated with trails of gold stardust, and the bottle is clear with a pretty purple gradient at the bottom.
It’s a shame that it’s a LE Holiday 2010 scent. 🙁 The scent is light, pretty and inoffensive.
    VS describes this as:
Sensual Winter Berries, Honeysuckle, and Liquid Musk.
    Love this.
