This is quite a beautiful musky rose fragrance, but in my opinion it isn’t loud enough in its presence to justify the exuberant price tag. Test it for yourself and see if you like it.

The rose here makes it very perfumy, in an old-world-but-not-outdated way; it’s undoubtably the most feminine of the 3, with the least prominent magnolia. If “perfumy” and “ladylike/womanly” (with class & poise; no, not “girly”) is what you’re looking for, this is your pick from the collection, but if you’re more interested in magnolia or some other notes, maybe not.

yes, this is a rose. i cannot say it is a unique rose… yet it does not remind me of any other rose fragrance in particular. or any other fragrance of any sort, actually. it is not cold – yet it is not warm. it has a cool feeling to it. it is not earthy or realistic-smelling – but neither is it artificial. it smells like it is somewhat out of this world, like it is not really from here, not familiar. but it is not strange. or unusual. it smells… feminine and detached. that pastel colored cap fits it pretty well.
not green, not sparkling, not sweet, not plastic. easy to say what is is not. harder to say what it is.
i do think it is a very nice fragrance. to my nose this was the only one from the jewel collection i would ever consider buying for myself.
however… it is a very weak fragrance. this is probably one of the reasons why i cannot be more specific regarding the notes. i sprayed at least 5 times on the shoulder part of my cardigan because i like my rosy fragrances strong. well, in about 30 minutes it was all gone. so i went back and sprayed some 15-20 times on the same area and my entire sleeve. the smell was very gentle. yes, now it managed to last well into another day, but it was sitting very close to the fabric and was very, very soft. like it was not a fragrance, really.
i would recommend it… but if one needs their perfume to last well and be noticeable in any way after 3-5 sprays, this is not the fragrance they are seeking.
