Description

After last year’s edition Escada Incredible Me, a new seductress arrives – Escada Desire Me. The fragrance aims at modern young woman who enjoys being in center of attention, is aware of her qualities and knows she is an object of many men’s affection. Her dashiness, charisma, charm and fragrance leave an unforgettable impression.

Desire Me continues the fragrant story of Incredible Me. It seduces with a charming composition of luminous bitter-sweet citruses and accentuates juiciness of mandarin which pulsates embraced by essences of a heart, which are dominant and united with peony and fresh green leaves.

Fresh green floral notes leave a feminine trace along with a mysterious, exotic and fruity blend of aromas. A base is characterized by gourmand elements: tiramisu, coffee, cookies, special aromas of cheese-cake, as well as opulent nuances of dark chocolate, which contribute to warmth and sensuality on the skin for a long time.

Desire Me arrives in a flacon with the same form as its antecedent, with golden-yellow outlines and black stopper. The flacon is created symbolically so that its body forms logo of the house of Escada, and is available as 30, 50 and 75 ml EDP.

Advertising face of this edition is Olivia Wilde, photographer is Greg Williams, and TV commercial was directed by Brett Foraker. The fragrance can be expected on the market by August 2009.

Which has the stronger Cacao note? Desire Me or Incredible Me?
Also, which one is more floral?
    Any know?
    Thanx In Adance Fellow Fragranticans!

I don’t usually like Escada, and I don’t usually like peony. Something about this one though, keeps calling me back for more! I’ve been on a gourmand kick lately and I would call Desire Me a “light floral gourmand”. I picture a fluffy layer cake with vanilla custard between the layers and frosted with a very light sweet citrusy cream. Pink peonies decorate the top and all of those scents combine to just make me inhale and sigh!! I don’t smell any coffee or chocolate, maybe hints wayyyyyy in the background. Stays pretty linear on me, & just fades. I find it very comforting and very work appropriate (I work around food).

This was a yummy one I had. Between Incredible me, Absolutely me and Desire me, this one was the best imo. A warm weather friendly gourmand. Great for all year round. Well, it’s not exactly gourmand, but a fruity-floral with green, citrus and cozy gourmand nuances (think vanilla muffins, chocolate chip cookies, caramel latte). It’s so pretty and easy to wear. Not heavy/cloying, not too sugary, not too ‘young’. The citrus, green and floral notes keeps the scent clean and abit fresh, the sweet foody notes come out a little later and they are warm and inviting. Good for day to day wear, casual nights and it’s office appropriate too. Sillage and longevity was moderate on me. I wore this one alot years ago and got quite a few compliments. I did eventually get bored of it, but it was a good one to have for those days when I wanted to smell low-key ‘nice’ and abit edible. Not a ‘love’, but a solid ‘like’, I wouldn’t mind having it again.

This is a unique one indeed. This was a blind buy for me. I was intrigued by all the delicious sweets. I thought ,”WOW” this is a gourmand junkies dream! I gave this one sometime to do its thing. At first you get a blast of floral with a dose of musk. It’s more sensual in the beginning. You don’t get much sweetness right off the bat. As it makes it way though all the mentioned notes, it plays out just as describe. Pls note, if you’re wanting a gourmand from the get go, this does not play out that way. Once you get to the dry down, BAM!!!!!! All the gourmand goodness kicks in. The dry down is sweet, creamy, warm, and yummy. You get the desserts! You can individually detect the cookie, chocolate, the cheese cake and etc. The balance of the base notes are the shining star of this scent. This fragrance thoroughly takes a transformation from the beginning to end. I really don’t have anything to compare it too, or can’t think of anything to compare it too. It has been a pleasant suprise.
It’s gives off a suductive, sensual vibe. I would say sillage is average, longevity is average, and if your a person who likes to wear certain scents during the day or evening, I would say it’s more of a evening wear kinda fragrance.

I don’t smell chocolate, coffee, custard, or any other sweet notes. Disappointed it is mostly a fruity floral, not unique either.

I already own escada absolutely me and although I don’t love it,I sometimes use it and like it.just by seeing these notes I knew that I need desire me or incredible me.there are lots of gourmand notes and I imagined something very sweet, delicious and foody.however reading lots of negative reviews scared me,and I didn’t know which one to choose, desire or incredible, because both of them have similar gourmand notes.I’ve not seen any of them in shops for almost a year so when I saw desire me in our local perfume shop I felt it’s the only chance to try it.I also tried rihanna rebelle and mont blanc femme and unfortunately I mixed them.finally I choose desire me just by chance and only because it’s difficult to find.all I remembered from it’s smell in shop was something very sharp, soapy with with non descript notes
as soon as I sprayed it at home, all I could smell was that soapy nonesence with no notes, just something cold, non sweet and soapy.after couple of minutes sharpness calmed down and a pretty whisper of citruses, mostly clemantine approached me from far away.I’m not a citrus fan but I liked it here.maybe because it was better than that sharp non perfumy odor. When citruses settled,I could get a sharp floral, peony and a faint hint of green notes. My biggest worry before trying it were green notes which I mostly dislike.I was afraid of something herbal, grassy or sour.but actually green notes are very very faint and likable here.they’re just a green, fresh feeling, mostly like tea and blend nicely with citruses.after less than half an hour gourmand notes came outside shadow.I can easily detect cocoa and a hint of coffee, overall scent is warmer and sweeter but all in all it’s very different from my imaginations.it’s sweetness is very mild and I can’t name this a gourmand.it’s a clean floral with some cocoa, coffee chocolate freshened by a very faint whisper of citrus tea.it’s a safe, office friendly and unique scent.there’s nothing to dislike here but it’s also a big dissapointment for sweet gourmand lovers.there’s also nothing childish here and I thing it’s a better choice for mature ladies not young girls.although it’s unique and I can’t think of anything similar it can’t make statement specially because it’s not strong
as time passes I can feel something warm and chocolatey wrapping orchid and turning desire me to a pleasant early autumn scent.I’m not sad from buying it but I would be happy if it was cheaper(50 bucks for 2.5 oz)
I’m going to layer it with montale chocolate greedy, which is a very foody cocoa chocolate, coffee scent.I think desire me can turn it to something less foody, more feminine and safer.I think they can be great couples
If you’re expecting something very sweet and yummy try it first and make sure to give it some time, because gourmand notes show up in drydown but if your looking for something with a gourmand vibe which isn’t foody or too sweet and has a clean and fresh undertone it would be a safe choice.it has nothing in common with absolutely me,the other perfume in trio and it’s more mature and a tad less sweet.I wish to know about incredible me and know that wether it’s sweeter and more gourmand or not
I don’t agree that it’s cheap smelling,on the contrary it’s a balanced fragrance of orchid, other florals, dark chocolate and fresh notes.sillage isn’t huge but after an hour I feel it’s nice drydown is growing stronger in sillage and keeps it’s moderate sillage for the other two hours
    ❤️❤️❤️
Edit:ok,I have to change my rating from “meh” to like.it doesn’t satisfy me when I’m craving for something sweet but it’s a very good daily fragrance for these autumn days.this is one of few escada s that aren’t childish and are well balanced.I know it’s gonna be one of rare perfumes that I use and empty it soon.it has a comforting warmness and fresh cleanness the same time
    ❤❤❤❤

Chocolate? Coffee? Custard? Really? I’m sad to say that this is a vaguely nauseating fruity floral mess on me. Skin chemistry, probably. Bummer.

Opens with a good hit of chocolate then quickly morphs to jasmine, honeysuckle and peony. It is warm and golden deep floral with good projection and sillage, with around 7-8 hours longevity. I think it is a good alternative to J’Adore for those who like a radiant jasmine with a dash of chocolate.

Got this in a swap. Having previously owned Absolutely Me, I knew it would be generically sweet and nondescript. Part of me expected to be utterly disappointed as I was with the Absolutely Me. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I love it! It isn’t the rich coffee-chocolate scent I hoped for, but I hadn’t expected much. Instead is a creamy milk chocolate bar with silky tiramisu custard.
This is how it played out on my skin: The top notes are quite green, yet sweet. I detect no citrus or florals at all. It isn’t in the least spicy. Once the greenness settles the creamiest milk chocolate I’ve ever smelled in a cheap fragrance surfaces followed by a lusciously, milky tiramisu custard. Since I love tiramisu as a dessert I am enthralled that I can smell genuine tiramisu, however sutble. I sprayed this juice on at 9am this morning. (Two sprays to the back of my hand). It is now just after 11pm as I type this and the sillage is still going strong. I’m surrounded by subtlely creamy, sweet custard and milk chocolate. For what it is this is some heavenly nectar to fall asleep in! It just goes to show that if one keeps an open mind, having no expectations for a fragrance they can be pleasantly surprised no matter how seemingly cheap the label. 🙂
Update: I could still smell the soft creaminess when I woke up this morning at 8 am! Now THAT’S impressive for an Escada!

Es un olor suave delicado y dulce como ñ para el uso diario. Se siente un poquito el chocolate, es resto no logro distinguirlo, es rico pero muy suave.

I was looking for something like Valentino Uomo but for women, but this isnt it. Reading the review I wonder if there are two versions or if some of us have bought fakes.
Back in the 1970s we went on a big family holiday and on the way home my Auntie Junes suitcase took a knock. For the rest of the drive we were enveloped in the most disgusting mixture of Devon Violets, hairspray and some peach concoction she had bought.
This took me straight back to that journey. 3 scrubbings later and I can still smell it. I wont even pass this on, its going in the bin.

I am completely addicted to this scent, enveloping, sensual! This parfum contains all notes I like : juicy citruses, sweet notes like dark chocolate, coffee which matches perfecty with honeysuckle. The composition becomes delightful with the spring freshness of peony and orchid !

this is all about fresh mandarin, lots of orchid and tiramisu. love it. love the development from fresh (citrus), over flowery (orchid) to gourmand (tiramisu)

This scent is so light I can barely smell anything. It’s sort of a nutty, slightly coffee scented water with a strong honeysuckle note. It’s like if one of those zero calorie flavored waters at the grocery store was Hazelnut Coffee flavored. You can sort of make out a flavor in the after taste, but mostly it’s just a weird stale, chemical laced water. Coffee + honeysuckle = weird.

  15. :

    4 out of 5

I like coffee in fragrance, and I love honeysuckle, but maybe not together. The honeysuckle & other florals plus those dessert base-notes make it a high-pitched sweet. It’s like a caramel latte that came out soo sweet, you can hardly taste the coffee. If you like sweet ones, this is fluffy & subtle, so it might be pretty on you.
Coffee scents that do work for me are New Haarlem, Popy Moreni, and Rochas Man. For caramel I’d rather wear Prada Candy, or Energie de Feu.

I own this fragrance for about 4 years now. Every time I put this one on, I can not ignore how similar this one is to Lancome Tresor. But Tresor is better, grown-up, chic and lush number, while Desire me is more simple and plain. I would say that Desire me is good for those who like Tresor but for one reason or another do not feel like approaching Tresor.
All in all, this is a good, quite lasting scent, suitable for everyday life as well as for a night out. It is not irritating, it is not screaming and not very in your face fragrance. Good one, really, but not one of the best creations from Escada.

Someone mentioned below that it was too foody and I agree. Not even good food -like food left out overnight. Damn I have a lot of bad fumes in my collection! Lol

Mandarine orange and peony, on a base of vanilla, amber, coffee and white chocolate. Not exactly like the notes in this website, but that is how I perceive this fragrance. Moderate sillage and longevity probably just 3-4 hours.

Oh dear, where are the times when Escada stood for quality fragrances with originality and character? This one is so chemical and generic it’s sad. As if some syrup was poured over a metallic surface.

I have this and it’s not at all sweet to me. It’s powdery and musky. I can barely breathe when I wear it.

I have a sample decant of this and I was really excited to try it but unfortunately it’s not going to work out for me… I really like the freshness of the opening and at that point I was excited about the fragrance but then as the top notes started to fade and the heart notes appeared it went downhill. I think it might be peony? Some type of strong floral scent – something here is offending me… I tried to like it but the scent was just too overpowering and seemed to just be hanging on for an intolerable amount of time. I couldn’t pick up any of the gourmand notes mentioned – nothing but that cloying, overpowering floral note. So disappointed! I had to try and scrub it off but it’s still there 🙁

I agree with Mooniq, the notes here are very well mixed. I great fregrance for night and its longevity and sillage are great on me.
UPDATE: On my skin this is mostly dark chocolate, cofee and very intensive orchid. I like Desire me so much.

This really realky smells similar to escada incredible me. But this is just more int spices, citrus and not sweet at all. This is stronger than other “me” series imo but bit that bad. Absolutely suit older or a grown up women for certain occasions.

  28. :

I am partial to an Escada fragrance or two. This one is quite different from the floral fruity, sweet fragrances I’m used to from the brand. While I really love this capuccino/tiramisu goodness, it disappears within 30 minutes on my skin, despite the scent being quite strong upon application … It’s a real shame, because it’s just a gorgeous coffee and chocolate scent. I prefer Rochas for Man, which is another gorgeous coffee gourmand.
All in all, a real shame, because it’s a gorgeous cappucino scent but just disappears and dissolves into my skin.

I blind bought this for my wife as a surprise. ..not a clever idea it was. Its quite strong and way more synthetic than I thought, poor composition if notes.
My wife feels its average smell as she does own YSL cinema and Romance probably way better thn this. Not recommended.

  30. :

    4 out of 5

I don’t smell the candy. All I get is a citrus opening, then peony and honeysuckle on a coffee bean base. It is not too sweet, but I still feel it’s more suitable for an evening event. Not quite elegant, but casual chic

  31. :

    3 out of 5

This is funny, but this perfume reminds of a… fruity toothpaste, especially at the opening.

  32. :

    5 out of 5

Yes, sweet notes are the main thing here. I also find it a little floral. Nice, very nice, but when I start comparing it to the other Escada’s fragrances, for example Absolutely me, it’s not as good.
The sillage seems to be very soft, this perfume is very close to the skin.
Otherwise, nothing bad to say about it, I wouldn’t run to the shop to buy it, but I would wear it, if I got it as a present.

  33. :

    4 out of 5

It smells sooooo nice though it is little strong smell! I do not know why, but I feel there vanilla 😀 😀

  34. :

    5 out of 5

I’m a gourmand freak, but this doesn’t work. The notes sounds AMAZING, but on my skin (or even on cloth/paper) it just doesn’t work. Don’t care for it. 🙁 Bummer. Escada scents with “green” in the gourmand seem to turn nasty/sour on me and don’t work. Magnetism was the same way. 🙁

  35. :

    3 out of 5

Sweet sweet deliciousness! Make no mistake, despite the notes, this isn’t your typical gourmand. It IS delicious but I personally don’t get any “baked goods” or “sweets” vibe from this. It opens with a creamy cirrus. The “face cream” observations are spot on, it totally does smell like a expensive face cream. Then as the citrus notes start to fade, it turns creamy and sweet, but not sickly sweet. It still has the little bite from the coffee note. I find I love it more and more as the day goes on. Lovely fragrance and decent lasting power!

  36. :

Desire Me is a lovely surprise! I don’t like sugarsweet notes or fruitysyrupy notes in my scents but here its WOW.. The dark chocolate and coffee softens down the sweet notes perfectly and its a great mix with Peony, Green notes and the citruses. Very longlasting on my skin, 8 hours +. The basenotes gives a round, creamy soft coffe/chocolate note and I love it. If you have tried Sonia Rykiel Belle en Rykiel, this one can be the little sister, but here the coffeenote is warmer, softer and creame’ish. A keeper indeed.

I bought this blind for a great deal – 2.5 oz for $24.99.
And even at this wonderful price, the scent lasts a long time, strong sillage. The scent literally wraps around you like a blanket. Heavenly. It smells exactly like tiramisu, not so much cake and frosting. It’s sweet but not as sweet as cake.

  38. :

    4 out of 5

One word for this perfume – Yummy ! When I use this fragrance I feel like wrapped in pastry. You know what I mean ? The vanilla cake with chocolate. Very creamy and sweet scent. I know perfumes by Escada very well. I think the limited edition for summer. These are fruity, suitable for the beach. Nice but You cant remember them. This is a different case. Men like this perfume. My boyfriend told me “You smell beautiful & I feel bananas on You… ” Personally, I dont feel them there. But I am happy, anyway ! I smell like banana brownie or something similiar. And thats not bad 🙂 Yeah,I Love it, thank You Escada 🙂

A large slice of vanilla cake with milk chocolate frosting, a hot mug of mochaccino, a handful of sparkling, candied citruses, and a dewy bouquet of fresh flowers. I had this and I used it up pretty quickly. I prefer wearing it in spring/summer though, for me it is not rich or warm enough for colder months, and the gourmand notes of choco-vanilla-coffee come through much better when it’s not too cold. I found it falls flat in winter with a base that’s too weak for cold weather and ‘fresh’ notes that don’t work as well, but otherwise it’s nice for any other time of the year, so I went back to enjoying it when spring came around. Desire Me is not groundbreaking, but it’s really very pleasant…a friendly gourmand that can be taken from day to night for the below 30 crowd, and it’s nice for the office, because it smells like perfume (the kind that hints at yummy notes of chocolate, coffee, candies and cake), without smelling like an actual bakery or candy store. Lasting power is not bad, sillage can be built up.The over 30 crowd who want an everyday casual gourmand scent that is not too young, or too heavy, or too ‘edible’, will also likely enjoy this one.

The hubby loves the scent! It has “enough” sweetness. I can smell chocolate and a little bit of coffee specially after 3 hours on my skin. It is quite long lasting and i can say that it has good sillage. Will try Escada’s Sexy Graffiti soon!

It really is like face cream, but the good stuff. I mean, like an expensive, luxurious cream, buuut I think this is a good thing. I can agree that the notes are so mixed up, you cannot distinguish them, but this fragrance is beautiful. Something kind, warm, delicate and classy. This really is the scent I want to wear when someone is hugging me. 🙂

  42. :

I agree it does smell like facial moisturizer. To me, the notes are all mixed up and I couldn’t distinguish between top, middle and base notes. It just smells like face cream. Does not smell edible. You might want to start with one spray first because it’s -really- strong. Like, I sprayed 2-3 on my shirt it was so strong I had to change /:

This is gorgeous! I got this as a sample and didn’t expect much, but decided to try it out. Let me tell ya- I love this stuff. I put it on my wrist and it started as a pleasant semi-fresh, semi-powdery and definitely to my nose, and on my skin it smelled like face cream. “Hm… pleasant” I though, and couple of minutes later I was hit by this wonderful creamy, delicious, sweet scent! It smells a lot like my beloved Amour by Kenzo, but not exactly… It is just as warm and as sweet, in a comforting and beautiful way. Desire me has something that I can’t quite put around my finger. Maybe it’s little more spicy, maybe it is little bit of that initial powdery feel… It smells divine that’s what I’m saying, wonderful, warm, definitely will get you compliments, it is so womanly and it works like magic once on your skin. Check it out, if you like sweet orientals, you should give it a try. I love Amour by Kenzo, I love Hypnotic Poison too,so this was definitely my cup of tea.

My first love…my first serious fragrance. Buy blind. Sweet, spicy, pungent, but not heavy. Coffee, chocolate and other “stuff” don’t feel at all, just a nice, “my” fragrance. Water has long been over, but the bottle from under it still had me on the shelf. Sometimes take it from there, open the cover, and…flying away in the past). So much more experienced with them, so many romantic moments in life, Oh))…

I find it synthetic, couldn’t figure out the notes at all, not sure what Escada was trying to do, but this is a mess. It is sweet but has no top notes, no heart, no base, stays the same from start to finish. not impressed.

  46. :

In the autumn it smelled like sweet pudding or other dessert on me, in winter it smells like flowers and citruses with no hint of the edible sweetness at all. I don’t get it.

  50. :

    4 out of 5

It starts with a little hint of pepper and citrus sweetness. Because of the pepper, this is not to sweet. While developing, I smell choco and a bit sharp coffee that does mix perfectly with the pepper hint in the beginning. This is the cozy part. The vanilla is slightly coming through. The more this develops, the more sensual it gets. I know most of you don’t this this is sensual in any way, maybe is just because of my skin that I do think it is? I love this perfume for special occasoins.

  51. :

    3 out of 5

I love perfumes, I can appreciate their smells whether its a chypre, a fruity-floral, an aquatic, a gourmand or even a masculine. I try to always smell the best side of a perfume. However, never has a perfume gave me a headache like Desire me does. I read about people getting nausea about perfume and I couldnt understand how they could go through that feeling but once I wore Desire me, I understood perfectly that feeling of wanting to scrub a perfume off you. I really wanted to love Desire me, especially being a fan of coffee scent. I wanted to love it so much that I blind buy it only based on the notes and on the reviews posted her. Unfortunately, this taught me a lesson : never blind buy a perfume again in the future.

  52. :

    5 out of 5

Desire Me is not a fragrance for everyone. I can understand how this gives some people a headache; it opens very strongly. It is far less of a punch in the sinuses if you let it warm to your body temperature before smelling it.
On me, it opens with sweet chocolate and coffee notes intermingling, and sparkly citrus undertones. For some reason, the combination of those notes transports me right back to my childhood. My school had a magnificent Oak Tree and I used to play in the crisp fallen leaves in the Autumn. The dry oak leaves gave off a particular perfume, which I can smell in Desire Me. It’s fantastically nostalgic.
As far as the floral notes are concerned, I can definitely smell Peony. That’s it. As it dries down completely and fades away, I get the tiniest hint of vanilla. I would say that’s the custard note coming through.
Longevity on my skin is about 3 hours. Sillage is moderate. I’ve had people say I smelled nice as I’ve walked past. Desire Me is one of my favourite Escada fragrances. All my other Escadas are syrupy-sweet tropical fruit salads, so this makes a nice change.

I hate the perfume. This perfume is not my passion. All my attempts to use this perfume – ended in bitter disappointment.
I decided, that at least, I’ll use it at home, after showering and before bedtime, but this perfume just makes me feel sick and uncomfortable.

does anybody know a fragrance that is identical to the dry down of Desire Me? I love the dry down but hate the opening note. Thanks!

Desire me is a playful scent. The fresh and sour notes seem to play with the sweet notes as they vary with each other. Citruses open the act with a refreshing blast but soon green notes and peony start their act with trying to scoop each other. It’s like they can’t make up their mind about which one of them should play the lead. But the scent is still pretty fresh with greens and turns only a little sweet when peony takes over for short acts. Only the base gets gourmand when the chocolate and coffee take over. But it’s not triumphant grand finale as I was expecting for. I was hoping that it would smell so good that I’d want to lick it off my skin. But it’s not like that. The gourmand notes are there but they’re too modest like almost trying to hide themselves behind the green and citrucy notes and they don’t blow me away at all.
Overall Desire me is an OK perfume but the gourmand notes did not exceed my expectations. I’ll pass it.

A few years ago I bought Incredible Me and after using it a while I gave it away, because it was way too sweet and strong for my taste. I read about Desire Me and tested it as well, and figured out it was a fresher version of IM. Now I bought it because I craved for some sweet coffee/capuccino scent. I find it strong and sweet, but not so much as IM was. In very cold weather it might comfort me, I’m not sure yet. Today I’m having a headache and have to find out whether it has anything to do with this fragrance.

It seems my hunt for the perfect coffee fragrance continues. Not that this one is bad or anything but I don’t smell the amount of actual coffee I want.
This is definitely nice while it lasts though, opens up with the sweet notes mixed with the citrus and mandrin and then the green notes come out for a bit before it dies down to a VERY soft coffee and chocolate smell but I’m pretty much trying to inhale my wrist to get this smell and all within 3 hours.

from the body lotion, the only things I smell are chocolate and some green notes. kinda interesting.

I thought I’d like this, but I was very much mistaken. I thought it was irritating and it gave me a headache. It was very strong, fruity and intruding. A big NO.

Every girl should have a sweet and cozy ‘rainy day’ scent, well this is mine. Desire me is vanilla cake, sweet citrus notes and fresh flowers, sweet and sparkling at first with a dry-down that gets progressively creamier, warmer and ‘malty’ (probably the chocolate/coffee note causing this), notes of fresh fruits and flowers continue to linger and mingle with the other notes until the end. I like it alot, because I can wear this one without it wearing me, and it does smell quite delicious without being sticky, syrupy, or overly foody…so this will be great for any age and any season (except for the hot summer days). It wears close to the skin but the lasting power is surprisingly good (~ 5hrs on dry skin). Now the con: Let’s see, I love the scent, the bottle is cute, the only thing I don’t like about it is the name, how embarrassing, luckily no one has ever stopped me to ask the name of the scent I’m wearing. I really do not find it sexy like the advertisement (or its name) would imply! It really isn’t the sort of scent that’ll turn heads or get you compliments (unless you drown in it probably), it’s just lovely, safe, yummy and comforting. I can also tell you that I’ve tried Incredible Me and Absolutely Me as well, and Desire Me is the best out of the trio in terms of quality, composition and longevity.

Very beautiful and similar to Laura Biagotti- Venezia, but a little less strong than Venezia. I do not get any chocolate here but a lot of vanilla and cake smell. Nice.
    Holds good.

Bought this blind because the listed notes intrigued me. First of all, the initial blast smells heavily of alcohol, but that disappears quickly. Then I get the citruses. Not refreshing citruses, but unique smoky/sweet citruses (the smoky/sweet feel is definitely the dark chocolate note). I don’t get any coffee from this at all, disappointingly. It’s sweet and demure, really not as sexy as the marketing leads on, but there is something about it that’s unique and attractive. Not my favorite, but it will get plenty of wear from me.
PS. I tried this in warm weather, it may strike a different chord when worn in cool weather, which I think would suit it better.

Chocolate chip cookies. Yup, that’s it. And that’s pretty much it as far as my nose can tell. Desire me will not cause head aches like many popular gourmand frag’s. Its delicious and pleasant but, plain and weak. chips ahoy!
Edit : It smells like sponge cake too, actually.

The notes are very promissing as I am a big fan of gourmand scents. Unfortunately, I dislike this one. It is foody and edible, I can easily smell chocolate and coffee here. This is similar to Tempore Donna by Laura Biagiotti by its chocolate, yummy notes. And has also something in common with Incredible Me that I truly love. It should be good for me but it isn’t. I agree with SenecaWhite that there is something off-putting in it, which is very
