This was quite different than expected, but still pleasant. The honeysuckle is very light behind the heavier earth notes. They are a bit gritty and dark, in my opinion.
That being said I can’t seem to part with the samples and glad to have two. =] I will layer it with a honeysuckle single note, and play with it with other florals as well!

When I first put it on, I was hit with an odd smell. I thought, what IS that? Sweaty feet? Nail polish remover? Then I figured it out: CAULK. It smells like clear caulk right out of the gun for a good 15 minutes or so, and then it turns into a beautiful honeysuckle. You just have to tough it out at first!

From the bottle: Honeysuckle with a subdued quality – most likely the clay aspect.
On my skin: Soft yet distinct honeysuckle – almost powdery at times. Clay, water, slight vetiver comes through.
Longevity is a solid 5ish hours on me, and the sillage is definitely noticeable but not obtrusive.
