Description
Dazzle is a new fragrance by Paris Hilton, presented in 2012 as a floral–fruity fragrance that “expresses Paris’ whimsical side, revealing her inner beauty—dazzlingly and charming without the need for bling.”
“Give me a chance to color my world and I color it pink. A sparkling, sweet, pretty and playful pink, Dazzle, my newest fragrance, is about my world, me and all the different facets of my personality,” said Paris, adding “I love beautiful jewels and of course, pink diamonds are a favorite, but feeling dazzling, special and on top of the world isn’t about material things, for me, it comes from within.”
The composition opens with notes of pink lady apple, maraschino cherry and peach nectar with violet petals, pink calypso orchid and orange blossom in the heart and the base of vanilla, pink champagne, white patchouli and musk. It was developed by perfumer Frank Voelkl.
The bottle was designed by Henry de Monclin as a round and faceted pink diamond. American fashion photographer Tony Duran shot Paris Hilton for the fragrance’s ad campaign.

I really enjoy this fragrance and so does my hubby. It is such a lovely, soft scent and it stays with me for a long time.
In my opinion this smells like the lime cherry juice.The bottle is quite nice although the top is a bit big. I keep this one for work and wear it only having to spritz a couple of times a day. If you want a stand out fragrance then this probably isn’t the one for you but if you want a dark cherry/vanilla warm scent then you will love this.

I really like this one! This was a blind buy for me but my friend told me he thought I’d like it. He was right! I was hesitant based on the notes because I can’t stand extremely synthetic smelling fruits (like Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears is NOT my thing) and cherry seems risky because of the medicine association…however, I mostly smell the cherry and vanilla here, but somehow it’s also very light, almost “sparkly” if that makes sense for a scent. A pleasant surprise! I’d rate this an 8/10. 🙂

On my second and subsequent wears, I get a sweet, tart cherry with powdery confection behind it.
A great type of fragrance to spray and forget you have it on until you smell it… Mmm, sweet, tart cherries!

It’s been a year that I have dazzle and today I’m changing like buttom to love.I didn’t think this would happen because when I first bought it I saw it as a very simple,nice smelling girly pink perfume.something that can never pass a simple like.but today I saw that there’s just a little left in this huge 4.2 oz bottle.going through such a large bottle happens very rare for me because I try to use all my perfumes in turns so I can use most of them just once or twice a year.just my loved ones don’t obey this rule and dazzle’s almost empty bottle shows that I love it more than I thought.
When I first bought it cherry and vanilla were all I could get in it but now I can detect other fruits too:red apple and peach…champagne sparkle..soft,gourgeous flowers…a light touch of clean,powdery musk.I can even pickup a hint of it’s nutty vibe now,like a faint macaroon note or something similar.fortunately like before I don’t smell much patchouli in it
I would call it a cherry done right scent.cherry is noticeable all through it’s life without turning sour or covering other notes.without smelling medicinal,chemical or weird.it’s simple and delightful.dazzle is also a sweet fruity perfume done right.it’s not a masterpiece,not a head turner,not a truely sophisticated or very elegant perfume but it’s very very pretty,cute,youthful,super feminine,soft,sparkly,dreamy,the perfume for a disney princess.men,specially non-perfumista ones seem to adore it on a girl.it’s a great choice to wear on a girls day out,friendly party or a date at home.I’m glad that I don’t have longevity issue with it,but it may be because I spray it with a very heavy hand

Fruity and fizzy are the correct descriptors.
LEVB dupe and long lasting are not correct… at all! This performs of the worst of all my Paris Hilton fragrances. It’s a shame because I do like the scent but it’s gone in an hour.
Update, June 2018: I gave this another chance recently. I drowned myself in about 10 sprays and it still didn’t last my full work day. I did get a compliment on it within the first hour I had it on. It became a skin scent by 3 hours. I’d love this fragrance if it was more powerful.

This honestly smells what you think cherries in a sweet way would smell,like sweet cherries in a sparkling water,very sweet but not sickly,but I do find it girly sweet&very cherry in a natural &sweet sweet way,just a big sweet cherry! However I never say this but I think this is for younger girls maybe even pre teen&younger,I do not believe in age limits on fragrances,just on this it’s way too girly,it’s cute tho,it lasts long on clothing only& actually is not bad for clothing,skin it doesn’t last,only fabric,anyway a very sweet sparkling tart big cherry!

The scent is like liquid sweet tarts. I dont get powdery or nutty, just sugar candy. Thats not bad, I like sweet perfumes but this only lasts about 20 minutes on me. For that reason I cant recommend it or even click like on it. Can Can is great and ive liked some of her others but spraying this one is just a waste of time for me.

The cap outweighs the flacon by a hefty margin but that’s no biggee I’m going to grab a couple more this week as I am surprised how much I’m enjoying it
It isn’t exactly Sparks but it’s pretty close and I’m layering it with some other sugars to see if it gets me there

Blind buy based on notes. Judge not the perfume by its name, bottle but by its juice. Surprisingly found myself reaching for it a lot. Lightly sparkling cherry vanilla that is much more sophisticated than I expected. A nice fruitcholi but wish it lasted longer on me!

Comes off like a casual party girl scent or a carefree Barbie girl all decked out in pink. Dazzle smells very fresh, fizzy and fruity very much like a sweetened mix drink made up of pink champagne, cherries, apple, peach schnapps. I got this perfume for $9.00 for a 1 oz, overall I like this and the price wasn’t bad at all

If light pink was a smell I think it would smell like this. Loving the champagne note in the drydown, it makes this fruity pink a giggly daytime drunk.
Not a traditional or classic scent. Not complex, not heavy, but just fruity light fizzy fun. It doesn’t take itself that seriously, and neither does the person who is wearing it (at the moment of wearing it, anyway).

The cherry is sour and sweet and I can sense the champagne too, the patchouli and musk is a nice base, and I really like this (not love) lasts for 6 hours on me which is rare. It’s kind of earthy, sweet and sexy–very different. I normally don’t like patchouli, and I’m trying to change that, in this perfume its not bothering me at all, however.
Edit: I have had this for awhile, and has gone from like to love. Wearing it now.

I blind bought this solely because I have a few other Paris Hilton fragrances that I love. This one is no different! First off, I love the bottle! It feels good to hold and it looks high end. When I first spray this on my skin, I smell the cherry and a sparkling note that I assume is the champagne. As it dries down, I smell a gorgeous patchouli still combined with the cherry from the top. This is my favorite thing about this fragrance. 10 years ago, I shunned patchouli. For whatever reason now, I can’t get enough! It is beautiful in this perfume. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this! Longevity is great, 6-8 hours on me and sillage is moderate.

I usually don’t like cherry dominant scents but in dazzle cherry was blended with this soft vanilla so it didn’t turn sour or too much cherryish on me..it’s sweet but not too much as a marmalade cherry,champagne makes it such flirty and sparkly..there is also a lovely powderyness going on here
It’s playful,fruity,clean,pretty and girly, a pink scent ,but not in a generic way..it’s sweet but light and is nice for spring and summer
Edit:I bought my dazzle yesterday, it smells very pretty and it’s bottle is adorable,I really love how sweet fruits,vanilla and champagne mix and produce a gorgeous,soft,sweet powdery scent..it makes me happy and is very delightful..in first wearing I thought it’s very weak,but that’s not true,it’s not a very strong fragrance but it’s not weak either longevity and sillage are both acceptable for a pink summer scent

Blind buy based on the notes and generally positive reviews here… but it smells awful on me 🙁
I was expecting fizzy, fresh and creamy sweet… but it’s just a mess on my skin. Way too heavy and sickly sweet, and that’s coming from someone who loves JS Fancy lol.

What an incredibly beautiful, mild, slightly sweet,feminine scent!!! The fruity notes are quite noticeable which is fantastic! It completely exceeded my expectations! It is also quite light. I get a greenish pear-type of note. To me it really smells like delicious juicy pears even though the note is not listed here. Overall an extremely pleasant scent, that is perfect for daytime use.

The two notes i can smell the most in this scent is cherry and vanilla. I have also read a lot about fragrances that smell a bit synthetic according to some reviwers and i have to agree that this one kind of does smell synthetic not bad but still noticebly. I also happen to dislike the note of patchouli in scents but in this one it’s not bad at all and actually balances out the perfume nicely. To me this smells like a cherry vanilla candy lip gloss again not bad but it’s not a favourite of mine.

When I saw cherry and vanilla the top rated notes in Dazzle I had to try it. I love the limited edition scent Feathered Musk from Victoria’s Secret which is a warm, black cherry dominant scent. While I am disappointed that Dazzle and Feathered Musk are really nothing alike, I do like Dazzle. It’s sweet and effervescent, very flirty and feminine. For people intimated by patchouli, I don’t get any at all. Nor do I get any musk. To me Dazzle is basically a fruit and vanilla cocktail with some pleasant bubbly fizz from the champagne note. A crowd pleaser.

I love this perfume. This was my very first Paris Hilton fragrance. It’s sweet and simple. I think more than anything the champagne gives it a bubbly and brilliant quality, as well as a freshness. It really does smell like sweet scented pink colored champagne. I also smell cherries and violets, roses (even though rose is not a note that is listed here) and of course vanilla. This is a gourmand fragrance but not heavily gourmand. It’s girly and suitable to both girls and adult women. I still have 2 bottles from when I first bought it. It’s not Paris Hilton’s best, but in no way is it her worst.

Crack open the champagne and dab it on: it’s Dazzle! It’s bubbly, it’s light and light-hearted. It’s fun, it’s cheery, it’s cherry, and it’s celebratory. It’s not deep, but that hint of vanilla hints that you’re sharp enough to have earned it. Enjoying a moment doesn’t have to be very complex, though, and *that* is what is captured here. When you just want to enjoy “your moment in the sun”- this is the scent. — You have to get close for this dance, and it is a quick-step, but I don’t mind another sip.
UPDATE: April 2. Crack open the maraschino jar: it’s CHERRY? Yes, it changed! It must be the chemistry, but, with that vanilla background, it still deserves to be on top (heh) of the perfume sundae.
-I also review perfumes safe for migraine sufferers and this one has neither caused one nor aggravated one.

Sweet and powdery. It’s more floral on my skin than in the air and it lasts less than an hour. Fades and gets weak fast. I do feel the cherry note but I think it’s well-blended with patchouli, apple and some nectarine.
Since I love cherries – both sour and sweet ones – I had high expectations and this isn’t a cherry bomb, it’s also not better than I thought it would be, so I’m not too pleased with it.
Smells like a cheaper version of Fendi L’Acquarossa Elixir but Dazzle is less powdery. Although I don’t dislike this one, I prefer Fendi.
A sweet fragrance in a very cute bottle but unfortunately not something I would want to use/wear.

This perfumer “nose” did a stellar job in this fragrance. Its ultra feminine. I think people would just assume you smell good with this on and not immediately think “perfume” I keep reading people compare this to flowerbomb but I really don’t think so aside from the sweetness. Flowerbomb is a lot stronger and doesn’t have the soft happy sparkle of the champagne. Dazzle has a fruity accord with the cherries which you can smell but may not place it. Its very unique. Smells like happiness…a soft celebration. This one is non offensive.I can wear this to work. This is very versatile. This gives no headache.it’s soft. It smells like you use great shampoo and took a long fruity bubble bath. The drydown is great on this. I like it more than I thought I would. Men like it cuz it’s soft and smells nice but this one seems to really attract girls noses kinda like prada candy. This is seriously good and different. A win for me especially with that hard to find champagne and cherry note.

This smells like Flowerbomb limited edition 2011 on me. I get alot of patchouli and sweet notes with deep woody notes. I was very happy with the opening; but it turned to clean apple drydown and all the glory goes away. I wish i can have the opening notes all way long. It lasts a good 5 hours on cloths. When the drydown begin i re-apply to get the smell of flowerbomb again. It’s cheap in price but not in smell at all. I layer it with Wonderstruck to get a powdery drydown and they linger well together. Good perfume for good price.

I blind bought this on sale for the bottle. The fragrance is light, a skin scent, so should be applied generously, like a body spray. I recommend re-applying in a few hours, as this greatly increases the sillage.
It’s powdery, and I notice the sweetness, vanilla, champagne, and a typical fruity-floral quality.
Note: The cap is actually metal and heavy! Other celeb’s should take note of this and follow suite, because it hugely adds to the quality and appeal of the bottle and over-all product.

This is a new one for me. I hadn’t really experimented with ‘sweet like’ marshmallow(y) scents but this one grew on me. It was a blind buy. The longevity is amazing and it just lifts up my Spirits every time I wear it. It’s light and not too aggressive and makes me feel light and girly-confident when I wear it. There’s nothing sophisticated about it. This is a scent I would imagine me wearing while dressed in a sundress on a breezy Spring day. PH has done such a good job with her perfume line. Happy 🙂

Sometimes, you are blinded by pretty things….
The almost alien-esq faceted pink diamond bottle, the notes of sour cherry, vanilla and champagne seduced me into this blind buy. Much as I hated to get a Paris scent, I love smelling good and have learned by now never to prejudge a scent by celebrity, brand, etc. But in this case, perhaps I should have followed my instincts.
I get the barest whiff of fruits and vanilla, but its so light my Victoria’s secret body sprays perform better.
All Dazzle, no substance. But really, from Ms Paris herself? What did I expect?
Or maybe my skin chemistry just hates this one… I have to literally inhale my own arm to catch even a whiff of this perfume.
Wishing I went with the Fancy Love now, as I do want a good champagne note.
Sadly, a pick me up fail.
10/10 for the bottle but the scent 1/10

I can pick up a lot of the notes in this one. My beloved patchouli, musk, apple, peach, cherries and the effervescent champagne. Smells like Pure Seduction by Victoria’s Secret with patchouli and champagne. I really like this and am going through a one ounce bottle really quickly. I um..have even created a sort of a flanker *coughs*, by mixing it with Delicious Cotton Candy by Gale Hayman. That mix smells so good to me. This also lasts really long and the silage is great too.

Sure the bottle looks like an intergalactic testical, sure there are tacky rhinestones invovled, it is pink, it is Paris-freaking-Hilton, but I swallow my pride and push these things aside as the perfume itself is absolutely lovely!
I would never call this perfume mature or sophisticated, it is office, weekend, nights out with the girls friendly. This is not sex-bomb material, there is a Lolita element to it though. There is nothing complicated about this stuff, it is simple and easy to wear – sweet without being overtly so, clean without smelling like detergent, fresh without causing a headache from synthetic chemical perfumery witchcraft and it seems to last forever on my skin. I cant for the life of me pick out notes in perfume, but I can say this smells very much like a Japanese Keroppi candy I had as a child, it was a hard gelatinous material and smelled like flowers and fruit from the future. This perfume strikes me as something Calvin Kline would offer in a summer version of CK1 or Eternity, CK1 with the lemon removed and berries added, Eternity on ice and put on a diet, made with Splenda instead of high fructose corn syrup and some maraschino cherries dropped in. There is something about this that smells like a summer morning after it has rained all night, mixed with your favorite childhood lipgloss. I am not sure this description is at all understandable or helpful. I will also note that perfumes often turn spicy on my skin and this one does not, it also seems to last ages on me…without being cloying or overwhelming which is also great.
Paris, I will cringe slightly less when I hear your name mentioned. I quite love this perfume, so thank you.

This was a total blind buy for me ! (all my Paris perfumes were blind buys) This is my Number 1 favourite perfume in Paris’s fragrance empire ! The bottle is stunning. Pink crystal sparkly and fabulous. At first spray you get straight cherry ! It smells amazing. Almost straight away it goes to peach and apple. The middle is very pretty clean and fresh and blends well with the top. Once it starts to dry down to the base the champagne and vanilla come together to make a beautiful smell. This fragrance lasts about 12/13 hours on my skin and I love it. Paris please keep the amazing perfumes coming. This gets 10/10 from me xo

Try to leave it in peace standing in a dark place, maybe the scent will calm down and will seem more quiet. I didn’t love it at first, but in 8 months somehow half of 125 ml bottle is gone. It’s not strong or overly sweet on me. Maybe try one spray in the air and go through. I just love the green cherry savouriness and cheery sparkly character of it. Got compliments too.

I blind bought Dazzle online based on the many wonderful reviews that I have read here.I received the perfume today.Sad to say Dazzle is not my cup of tea.I don’t enjoy Dazzle.The initial smell is too strong for my liking.And yes…it is headache inducing.I just have Dazzle today and I very much want to get rid of it.
Edit:A few days,wearing this perfume,giving it a chance.I just don’t appreciate the cherry and champagne’s notes.These two notes just turn me off.The initial fizzy cherry’s smell is a no,no for me.Smell like something that I will enjoying drinking but not for wearing.Dazzle smells like I have spilled sparkling cherry flavour champagne on myself.

For my first review I am very SORRY PH… I get u way too wrong.. This perfume actually when very perfect n overwhelming.. This is quite well projected.. It balance, sweet sugary but not sickening, n the most is vanilla.. I love vanilla so muchh… What can I say.. Received a lot of compliments wif it.. <3

what can i say..im in love… If you like VS Eau so sexy, OD Our Moment, BFS Pink Vanilla Kiss, Nicki Minaj Pink Friday…safe to say, you’d like this. The sweet, fruity kinda scents. Hey, I might be wrong on the comparison, but this is the fruity vanilla and sugary sweet scents.

I think Paris Hilton (or whoever stands behind her perfume line) is doing a great job with the perfumes. I’ve had almost every scent from her line, and I LOVE all of them. “DAZZLE” was a blind purchase, I knew it was a sweet perfume, and thought I would like it, but… NO. It has some strong notes in it, I don’t know what it is… Really regret purchasing this bottle. And no, this does not smell like Katy Perry’s MEOW. “Meow” is mellow, yummy, “Dazzle” is headache inducing. I’m not saying, that it’ bad, but I was expecting something yummier I guess. P.S. It’s a Fall/Winter scent.

This fragrance was a pleasent surprise for me, when I first smell it it was fresh and sweet and inmediatly I fell in love, and when I finally get it I realize more sweet notes, deep notes, I love the cherry, the patchouli it’s amazing, and the peach it’s a dream! The bottle it’s very femenine, I love the idea of a sweet pink cherry perfume in that lovely bottle, the cream and the bath gel are amazing and lasts all day on my skin. I ♥ it

For me, this scent just doesn’t work. I looooove the first whiff when I spray the product and can really smell the intense cherry and apple. But as it settles down pretty quickly on my skin, vanilla and patchouli are overpowering the other notes and the smell is too sharp. In a way that it gives a headache. I want to like this so much but… can’t. Too strong vanilla and patchouli are the deal breakers for me.

I recently got a small bottle of Hilton’s Can Can but other than the initial fruity burst I was unimpressed.
However, I kept reading rave reviews about Dazzle – how every girl should have a bottle of this – and I was intrigued.
Well, my bottle came by UPS today and I am VERY impressed!
The fruity, fizzy champagne cherry/apple burst is beautiful and quickly settles down to a peachy musk with a note I usually despise – patchouli. Somehow Ms. Hilton tones down the ordinarily nauseating plant with crisp apple and a dash of orchid. In fact, if the patch were missing from this fragrance I would be very disappointed since it evens things out nicely!
Shortly after the originally tangy fruits have been simmered down to a sumptuous spicy fruit compote. And what is that delicious note I’m detecting, even though it’s not listed – caramel?
The orchid and violet greet me after about an hour and they mingle wonderfully. Bear in mind this is all coming from a girl who is not a huge fan of florals.
This is NOT a gift for your 5 year old niece. This is an enticing “all grown up” bouquet.
