The Art of Love, a new collection from By Kilian, launches for Valentine’s Day of 2014 exclusively for the Russian market. The collection includes four new fragrances inspired by love, desire and passion: Killing Me Softly, Dangerously in Love, Kisses Don’t Lie and Criminal of Love. All of the above compositions are built around the ultimate symbol of love – rose. Each fragrance comes with a sexy and provocative gift intended for “adult games “.
Dangerously in Love is announced as the fragrant expression of androgen but sensual rose. With it you get a tassel rope.
The bottles represent a modern interpretations of Faberge egg
The nose behind this fragrance is Sidonie Lancesseur.

Gorgeous fragrance!!! The art of love are great fragrances, better then the original line of Kilian. Great for a autumn day.

a little disappointing, for mine…
the top three players in this are CLEARLY the rose, musk and the cassia leaf, and the result is some odd accord(s) being struck.
the rose is front and centre in this mix, that much is abundantly clear, but the next two bit-part characters unfortunately clash with each other.
the cassis is diptyque-esque (can’t remember which scent; l’ombre dans OR do son, or another), and the musk is candy sweeet (well, not animalic, at least), but the two in combination create a weird, metallic and powdery accord which is, quite frankly, a little off-putting. this is NOT one of my faves.
i can see where the designer was trying to head with this (herbal/green rose with musk sounds good!), but it hasn’t come off for me…definitely worth a try. quite difficult to find a sample (none of the decant sites stock it), but if you can get it, give it a go…

It‘s only for me looks like they used titles from the famous songs: Beyonce – dangerously in love, The Refugee – killing me softly, Shakira – hips dont lie, for their all „The Art of Love“ collection ?
