Whenever I would stop by Kohl’s, I would swing by the perfume counter to spray this on my wrist. I love the soft, floral musk on my skin, and I would keep smelling my wrist through the rest of the day. For some reason though, I just couldn’t fork up the money at Kohl’s for it, even with their famous 30% off coupons. As much as I loved the scent, I felt that it was overpriced for Kohl’s. I also found it online cheaper, so I’m excited about receiving my own bottle soon.

this is my first time wearing “luxury” and i dont find this all that similar to Jessica McClintock, JM is a much smoother lily of the valley, creamier even. this is heavy and feels rich with aldehydes to my nose even tho they aren’t listed. i smell jasmine and i do smell the lily of the valley and they come on strong. it feels like a mix of pretty white flowers, definitely a wood note in there with aldehydes and some musk. it’s rather pretty and as its calming down it’s gettting even better. i would definitely wear this to a spring wedding. in fact, i think it will become part of my spring wardrobe this year. it’s a like not a love, but still a very nice perfume for daywear and even some events that are a bit fancier.

I tested this and thought “interesting”, then I flipped the box over and saw the price. Ended up buying something else. However on the way home I kept smelling something nice. After sniffing various parts of my arms (you know how it is after shopping) I realized that THIS was where that lovely smell was coming from! Hmmmmmmm! So I ended up going on eBay and found it for a much better price. I wish I knew the “floral” notes were. It smells like white flowers, almost tropical. Possibly gardenia, tiare, or jasmine among others? The woody notes are not so much woody but give it more of a spicy feel and there’s almost a vanilla feel hidden in the drydown.
I’m cautious when it comes to florals and many don’t seem to suit me but this is an exception. I’m so glad I tried it that day!
P.S. this also smells good layered with a vanilla scent 😉

This perfume is almost identical to Jessica McClintock. It has a strong Lily of the Valley scent. It is reminicent of Christian Dior’s Diorissmo (now discontinued). If you were a Diorissimo fan, try this and try Jessica McClintock. They are the closest you will find. Light, brisk, crisp–not overpowering. I purchased mine a Kohl’s Dept. Store, but you can get it on line cheaper.

i love the way this smells, almost akin to Estee Lauder’s Pleasures. The scent stays on the whole day. I like that it is not readily available in our local stores so that makes me feel more special.
