I’ve waited a long time to try this, and it’s not really what I expected.
First of all, it’s from a decant gifted to me, and I don’t know the age of the bottle it comes from. That’s a bummer, but I think it would be fairly similar in a current formulation either way.
Secondly, this from a distance, after the initial blast reminds me a whole lot of my beloved mark. Bohista. It’s got the same milky, slightly sweet, spicy thing going on, though Bohista is definitely a chocolate scent and this is all about the spices.
So, moving a bit backwards, but initial balst is dry and quite masculine feeling. The pepper and cloves are quite intense, along with cinnamon and ginger. Shortly thereafter the milk note and tea notes come out. At this point, it’s lovely and creamy. But as mentioned, it’s quite a different experience to sniff an inch or two off the back of my hand where I sprayed, and to catch a whiff of it as I’m writing this. The creamy sweetest comes out with some distance. What is right on the skin is quite dry and spicy.
This is really a gorgeous and unexpected gem. I’d like to try it next to Bohista to see if I can justify a bottle of this too. I could consider it a backup, but at this point, who am I kidding? I’ll never use up my 50ml Bohista given the size of my collection. Ha

This was one of my first fragrances, a random Christmas mini given to me by a family friend when they went on vacation. I have kept a newer 1 oz. for kicks, and have just brought it out for autumn testing.
My new bottle sits slightly dusty on me. Nothing sweet. Definitely more like baby wipes than baby powder. There is a bit artificial rubberiness to it as well, perhaps from the supposed milk note. My memory is foggy, but my bottle from 2006-2007 had a richer, spicier, less “dried-up” tone to it. Dare I say, a gourmand floral. It was comforting and yes, quite girly. As a tomboyish preteen, I had a love-hate relationship with it.
The essence of Crush is still there though. Maybe I just had awkward luck with my bottle, and it could be better with either the 3.2 oz or body spray I still see around. Or maybe it’s been reformulated to heck. However, I caution myself since why be stuck with a big bottle of fragrance from a bygone time. This scent is definitely appropriate for today’s teenage girls (for those who can appreciate it, anyway), and does not evoke a sense of maturity to me. Fun to keep around, and apparently layers well with “Brown Sugar and Fig” from Bath and Body Works; brings back some of the creamy sweet gourmand I was seeking.

This is such a sweet, comforting scent. It reminds me of baby powder, cinnamon, tea, and cocoa. Seriously delicious! My bottle is from 2007 and the lasting power is really good.

I first smelled this on one of my classmates in college a few years ago. Every day she would walk by me and I would think how amazing she smelled, I asked what she was wearing and it was this! On the right person it obviously can smell amazing. I do like it on myself too! I owned it a few years back and must have given it away, but I was craving it recently so I have a bottle on the way and I am hoping it smells as good as I remember!

I bought this because my husband said he loved it… blehhhh. I smell baby powder. I was so hoping to smell spice, but the spice is so soft and gentle and innocent, all my brain says is baby powder.
I tried putting on A LOT after, hoping for a different outcome, but now I am just STRONGLY smelling of baby powder. If I press my nose to my skin, I can smell the sweet warm milk.
We will see if my husband ACTUALLY likes it once he gets home:)

European blueberries (billberries) + sandalwood + musk + delicate cinnamon / aniseed note.
Nice. Changing in time. Introverted. Very violet, purple. After few hours I get comforting powdery fragrance.
Something like powdery, less sweet mix of Ultraviolet and CKbe?
(there is no milk to it).

I have a new bottle of this (30 ml) and wonder if anyone would like to swap?

The website says its chai tea and not milk, why is there milk here? Is it really that noticeable as such? I am really looking for a milky experience besides Demeter milk. I think this is basically the recipe for chai tea really, it’s basically chai tea eau de toilette. This could very well be a unisex fragrance, but most men tend to smell like milk and ginger after noon anyway. So it is more a scent for women to enjoy, a comfort scent for women, the scent of men.

A bland mess. Smells like cheap nothingness for a 10 year old. Powdery soapy plus something synthetic. This reminds me of the cosmetics aisle of a dollar store in a small town. Luckily, it fades in 15 minutes.

This is my favorite inexpensive perfume. The smell of cinnamon, and especially the cloves with a little pepper mixed with sweet cream…. this a stimulating scent but comforting at the same time. I use it as aromatherapy when I’m feeling down. I take deep breaths of it, and it touches something inside that just makes me happy.

I was actually looking for a new perfume. Something sweet and clean. This is perfect. It does smell like warm vanilla cinnamon milk tea. It’s warm and inviting. So I bought it for myself for Christmas this year. Total blind buy goin off all of your opinions. And I love it! It does smell like chai tea or milk tea. It’s a perfect day fragrance.

This is like a sweet and girly body spray imagining of Chai tea. There’s something a little musky/flowery about it as it dries down, but it starts out very much like Chai tea. There’s a spiciness and a warmth that keeps it from being too sugary/childish, but I do think it’s definitely a scent for a younger woman. This was my signature for a while as a teen, and today I’m surprised how okay I am with it, as someone who isn’t into “sweet”.

To me, Curve Crush is way muskier than expected. It’s a light and clean musk with milky and floral aspects. On the other hand it does have spicy notes. I smell mainly cinnamon and cardamom. The interplay between the rather dry, dusty to powdery spices and the creamy musk base is quite nice and interesting.
There is no huge developement in this, it just gets a bit more vanillic and sweet as it dries down. Smells like shower fresh skin musk, but dusted with cinnamon and sugar. It’s moderately sweet, not too cloying.
A spicy scent that is light and easy to wear, but lasts long on my skin.
I wonder why this isn’t recommended more often as a great cheapie. In my country there are no Liz Clairbone fragrances in any stores, I even had to order my sample from the USA. So if this has a weird reputation or was overused at some point, I obviously didn’t pick up on that. All I can say is that it smells very nice and even quite unique. The only bad thing about it is the tacky bottle.

There are three different perfumes that come to mind when I wear this..Love’s Baby Soft Original, Stila Creme Bouquet, and BB&W Sea Island Cotton. All display the same clean, fresh, soft smell. Perfect for year round. Curve Crush is excellent for the price. And the price is very affordable. It’s not clean like a citrus lemony clean. It’s clean like a warm soft towel clean. Not sickly sweet either. It’s actually quite wonderful. For the price, a blind buy is affordable. Take the chance……..

This is really interesting. It starts out spicy and kind or reminds me of Stash without the musk. As it settles I get a buttery caramelized sugar that is delicious. There is a slightly soapy tea note (as they all are to me) that occasionally stands out and there is a floral undertone. The caramel settles into a nice vanilla. This is better than I expected.

After wearing this often this past month, I came to the conclusion that this is a gem.
    1) It’s simple and soft enough for everyday wear (office, hospital, restaurant environments).
    2) It’s cozy and comforting.
    3) At the same time, it is sporty. Not cloying and works well in all weather.
    4) An atypical sort of gourmand. Not foodie, but definitely smells of cinnamon milk-tea to my nose.
    5) I’m unsure how all of these things can even fit into 1 perfume, but this scent makes it seem possible.
    6) It lasts a whole day.
    7) Great layering tool as a base for other, fruitier, fragrances.
    8) It’s cheap as heck!
It’s powdery, but not baby powdery, more like a cloud of milk if there was such a thing. Throw in sugar, spice, and everything nice. That’s this. I think this would be a perfect signature perfume. I also think this fits young and old alike and find it nurturing regardless of age.

I gave this perfume a scathing review on another site about twelve years ago. However, I gave Curve Crush another try after my mother gave me a mini bottle. Guess what? I have had a change of heart (or my body chemistry has changed). What was once bitter scorn has been replaced by genuine love. What initially bothered me about Crush so long ago was the strong powdery note. While my nose still detects powder in the top note, it quickly fades to a soft, warm sugary and milky scent that gives me a cozy, snuggly feeling. Crush is unobtrusive and soft. I feel it reminds me of babies (the milk note?) and put me in the same comforting vibe as Clinique Simply. Both are great fragrances for fall and winter when you want to throw on your thickest sweater and drink hot ginger tea with milk and sugar.

Love Curve Crush for women but absolutely detest the male ( green container) version. Nothing alike. I find this smells like a chai tea flavored ice cream with whipped cream and cinnamon. Def cold weather scent. Oddly, I do get a similarity to VS Heavenly but I think its the same type of musk as this is a warm, cinnamon scent and Heavenly is a springy/ summer scent.

With the weather turning chilly here in the Midwest, I’m craving comforting, warm, cozy scents lately. I was in the mood for something new, so I used the search by notes feature on Fragrantica (which is an amazing tool btw): milk, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and musk. Only a few matches came up and Curve Crush was one. Color me shocked… I’ve always overlooked the entire Curve line, assuming there could be nothing interesting in such garish, tacky bottles. Certainly this particular flanker with it’s bright purple juice and wonky silver font and name like ‘Crush’ does little to lead anyone to think this is anything more than a generic sporty-sweet fragrance made for tweens. But I digress.
Finding the 3.4 ml EDT spray cheap and widely available online, I blind bought it immediately. And I’m so glad I did! Upon first spray, I understand why some reviews say it smells like baby powder, but within a few minutes it opens up and I smell the milky Chai notes along with the powdery notes, and they actually work well together. Not too sweet, not too spicy. The drydown on me is all vanilla musk, with a hint of Chai spice remaining. The silage is low to moderate, however the longevity on me is impressive for an EDT, a good 10-12 hrs!
Call me crazy, but this reminds me of the original Hypnotic Poison (circa 2000) with it’s strong milky/powdery/vanilla presence, and even that odd new-doll plastic-y note (some say Play-Doh) in the mid to drydown stage… some people may find it off putting but I rather enjoy it. That dolly note doesn’t come across as strongly in Crush, but it’s there.
I’m so glad I found this! It’s just a perfect, uplifting, casual scent to warm up the chilly fall days ahead!
EDIT: The official notes by the designer are:
Top: Crushed Citrus, Frothy Chai Latte, Flower Nectar
Mid: White Velvet Orchid, Lily of the Valley, Creamy Anisette
Base: Nirvana Musk, Tonka Bean, Madagascar Vanilla

It has a cheerful Effervescence to the scent. It is girlish and confident.
I am a male and I enjoy this on a woman with a young frame of mind. It smells carefree and fun.
The price makes this a delight to both the senses and budget. This is a pleasant choice for the ladies. Curve Crush is a nice way to make a good first impression or let a guy know you are a woman worth spending time with.

This was a blind buy at a CVS clearance sale.
Curve Crush is listed as a fruity floral, but I only smell fruity notes in the first minute or two after application (sort of a citrus/cherry blend), then it becomes a powdery spicy/sweet perfume, pretty much a gourmand.
To me it smells like an exotic milkshake which is blended with spices, very appealing!
It does not have that unpleasant “baby formula” note that I have smelled in other perfumes with milky accords. This milk is creamier, more like sweetened condensed milk. The drydown adds a clean musk accord.
Sillage and longevity are pretty good, although I had to overspray because I bought the “fine fragrance mist” version of this perfume, which is similar to a body spray.

I was put off by the notes when I looked this up–but bought it anyway because it was dirt cheap. I’m glad I did! This is lovely! To me it smells like black cherry and powder. Love it! And can’t beat the price.

I don’t quite smell the spice/cinnamon in the mix but I pick up a feminine baby powder smell.

I spray this on and funnily, the first image that comes into my head is Samaire Armstrong from that Hanson video “Penny & Me”; slightly androgynous in a modern way but mostly feminine, young woman independence and solitary reflection time but poetic in its quiet coziness.
“Curve Crush” feels young and old at the same time, like an old soul in the body of an artsy college girl, indie in style but not contrived, who isn’t opposed to existing in mainstream society but occasionally floats to the outskirts when she needs some introvert time to unwind and collect her thoughts.
It’s salty ambergris, creamy, lactic musk mixed with something that smells like treated suede, a hint of cinnamon “red hots” buzzing behind a warm mug of chai on a brisk morning. There is an overwhelming impression of ambergris that stays steady across the whole thing, some dried lavender buds crumble in that tea bag and despite all this sounding totally gourmand, it really isn’t; it wears more like a sweet musk and sheer cream blend than anything sweet, sticky and foody.
It’s sort of like dried lavender buds and rose petals steeping in a bowl of milk. There’s something distinctly modern and even sporty about it (in the way all Liz Claiborne scents are) but it’s also cuddly and classically feminine in its soft freshness.
I watch that video again, wondering why I associated “Curve Crush” with it first and then I see the imagery and understand; cotton shirts over the occasionally graphic tees, suede boots, coffee and tea in a private cabin, fields and orchards of flowers and sunshine. Road trips and hikes.
It’s also worth pointing out that the video was launched in early 2004 and “Curve Crush” was launched in 2003, so it seems something in this scent really captures a trend of that moment. It also should be noted that it existed in a period short enough after 9/11 in the USA to feel like a culturally desired comfort scent but long enough after, that it was launched during a period of great reflection for many Americans.
“Curve Crush” sort of acted like a fragrance security blanket for both those needs, while being sporty and fresh enough for the lifestyle of a young woman. Wearing it today, I appreciate how comforting its subtle spice and chai notes are, while loving that it isn’t just a loud, characterless club scent that often marks the scent of youth.
This is a scent you can both grow up with and grow into and I can see myself wearing this as a much, older lady, still walking through orchards, listening to music I love and scribbling pictures on a page of things I don’t want to forget.

This perfume is almost everywhere. This perfume I’ve known about for over 10 years, it was in magazines like in Seventeen advertisement for this perfume, but I don’t remember any paper samples in magazines. I just got this perfume this year 2016. I really like this perfume, it does remind me of Heavenly by VS, but I think Curve Crush is better to me it has a better balance, with the milk, and cinnamon, it is a milky / powdery, and slight soapy, ( but not as much as Heavenly is ) perfume with the florals, and musk, but I don’t feel like it’s as out there as Heavenly is, the musk in this perfume is what makes it last. This is more of a winter time Heavenly perfume due to the cinnamon, clove, and cardamon. I don’t think this perfume is too young, I think it’s for all ages. Silage on this is ok, the longevity isn’t bad for how cheap this perfume is. I also feel like this perfume is a comforting perfume, laid back, and cozy when it’s cold out.

I used to have the original Curve, and it smells like summer time, fresh and fruity. This, this took me completely by surprise! Floral fruity?? More like spicy, powdery gourmand! I’m really digging this! I wore it to work and while the sillage is moderate to soft, it lasted throughout my shift. I kept getting wafts of clove and cinnamon, mellowed by vanilla. The milk adds a creaminess to it. Judging by the reviews, this is a love it or hate it perfume and it seems to be dependent on skin chemistry. An inexpensive, but wonderful blind buy.

This is nothing like what I expected at all. I get the references to VS Heavenly, but I like how the cinnamon keeps it unique.

I was hoping for something gourmand but all I get is a soapy flowery scent. I dont detect any sweetness.

  29. :

    3 out of 5

I’m disappointed as I thought I’d receive a gourmand scent I’d love – sweet milky fragrance dominated by cinnamon and gingerbread notes. However, I still detect too much flowery note, which I don’t approve of in my perfumes. Actually, it seems to me a copy of Ex’cla-ma’tion by Coty. I was looking for (and I still am!) something like Yves Rocher body milk Xmas limited edition from about 2010 or Pink Sugar by Aquolina, where I can smell caramel, candy or toffee distinctly.
Definitely not a fragrance for me 🙁

Spray it on my wrist at a Sears store. Smells really clean and soapy on me. Like I just stepped out of the shower and forgot to rinse the soap off. Who does that?
A real soapy and clean smell, but nice. Staying power is moderate for me, about 4 to 5 hours. This is something I’d purchase and wear for every day and weekend leisure.

What an interesting and unique scent! Milk, tea, and sugar give this a “nostalgic” comfort against a backdrop of florals! Lovely!!

  32. :

    5 out of 5

This seems to be a love it or hate it scent. I really like it. This is a light powdery gourmand treat. There is nothing heavy or cloying here. This does not smell “old” as many have mentioned. I think there are people who equate powder with mature scents. It’s just personal taste. I don’t think the powder in this is at all heavy or mature. On the other hand there have been comments comparing it to baby powder. This is closer, but it does not smell like baby wipes or freshly changed babies to me lol well maybe if said baby had a creamy spiced coffee drink dumped over it :p If you don’t like gourmand notes or powder stay away from this but if you do like those notes, I think you’ll find an unexpected treat in this scent.

  33. :

    4 out of 5

I get a snuggly, fruity powder out of this. It’s what a lavender Care Bear would smell like. That isn’t a bad thing necessarily, it just is not at all what I was expecting based on the notes. I get no spiciness, more of a soft, cute cuddliness.

  34. :

    5 out of 5

I read the reviews, researched the notes… all good on paper for someone who is not averse to sweetness, spiciness or vanilla. So I bought it on a whim.
In spite of Curve Crush having a number of my favourite notes, it just didn’t delight me. I tried a couple of times and sniffed the dry down, the base notes. No spice, just a nose-reaming sweet melange of… something.
Almost a chemical whiff to this. Glue? Mildew? Yoghurt? Something unpleasant catches in my throat. I really tried.

P.S. Just wanted to mention that our very own personal body chemistry has a lot to do with whether or not a perfume’s notes will work or not on our skin…what works for me may not work for the next person and vice versa…it’s all trial and error and does not discredit a perfume’s composition…this stuff is the business!! Soo glad that I can wear it and pull it off soo beautifully~

I am back again…& OMG…I am wearing this right this very minute and it is heavenly..I don’t know what it is in this perfume that gets me, but I absolutely LOVE it….I can’t stop sniffing myself and I know for a fact that I smell good…mmmmmmm!!! I decided to put this on yesterday because I hadn’t worn it in a while, ran to WalMart in it and I kept getting the most beautiful whiffs on myself the whole while…I just ordered another 3.4oz. bottle on Ebay because this totally meshes with my body chemistry and it is everything…so womanly, so divine, so heavenly…I truly adore this scent!!!

  38. :

    4 out of 5

I hate it! It was a blind buy but I never expected a perfume could smell so terrible. It is very light and has very weak longevity and it smells like anything except what you would expect for a perfume to smell like. My husband hated it also!

  39. :

    5 out of 5

Milky, honey-sweetened chai tea served with a slice of cinnamon bread dusted with powdered sugar. For the times when you feel soft and feminine rather than intrepid and strong. The longevity is not great; on my skin it lasted around two hours and a bit longer on clothes. Sillage is modest as well, but this scent is more for your own pleasure.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

Curve Crush smells exactly like baby wipes to me. Powder fresh. I don’t ever wear this on its own. It is my habit to utilize Curve Crush as a base for other fragrances. The soft billowy powder is perfect for adding depth to linear scents. This scent seems fragile and delicate but I’ve discovered it’s actually quite long lasting and substantial. Curve Crush holds it own when layered.
I’ve worn this as a base to: Rose attar, Chocolate attar, Grapefruit essential oil, Vanilla extract, and Britney Spears Fantasy EdP.
I was given this as a gift, so I’ve tried to experiment with it as much as possible. I would never have bought this for myself. When it’s gone, I can’t see myself buying a replacement. But, since I have it, I make use out of it. Like I said, I would never wear it alone.

i was searching for milky perfumes and saw the bottle for this, having a flash of memories rush back to me. my sister used to use this when i was in grade school and i loved the smell. i got a bottle off of ebay and i have been wearing it a lot. the smell is good, not just because of the nostalgia, but because of the sweet smell.
when you spray it, to me, it doesnt smell that great. it smells like alcohol or cheap cologne, but that smell settles really quickly into a delicious warm spun sugar smell, a little milky maybe, but mostly generically sweet. an hour or a few later, it smells a little darker, more like cinnamon (but it still has that sugar scent!).
i just do one spray on both wrists and on my collar, and i find that it lasts for hours. the last time i applied it was yesterday morning, and now its noon the next day and the smell is still on me, not strong enough to have any sillage but still clinging to my body chemistry and making the smell really unique.
i really suggest this perfume to anyone who likes smelling sweet but not a cheap sweet. its really good for any season, im personally preferable to the chilly overcast autumn season. its good to wear any time of the day as well, and im personally a fan of putting it on in the morning. good for casual or formal, it works either way! very versatile.
edit: i’ve definitely purchased this a few times since. in the glass bottles, it smells great. purchased one that was in a giant plastic bottle and it has a more synthetic smell but it still has that sweet smell. i’m not as in love with this as i was before, but i still stand by my statement when i say that it’s a good scent for something generically sweet.

This is a milky, creamy, sweet-vanilla chai kind of scent. I actually really do like this alot but unfortunately I just can’t wear this as it makes me nauseated! Just something in there doesnt sit with me very well..it is a yummy fragrance though!
It also lasts a very long time (hours and hours) especially on clothing, and the sillage I think is fairly moderate, and of course its inexpensive!
(I do think the bottle could be cuter but ah well!)

I’ve been wearing this scent for over 10 years now, and I can never get enough of it. While it is one of my favorites, it is also my “safety” perfume. I find I can wear it anywhere, for any occasion, during any season, day or night. The scent lingers on my clothing for days, and I love that. I find that if I reach for a scarf days later that I’ve sprayed this scent on, it is still there. I sprayed it on my letters to my husband when he was in Military Basic Training. The scent was still there after traveling over 1500 miles. I get compliments on this all the time, and when I tell people it’s Curve Crush, they’re amazed. To me, this scent is lightly sweet yet calming. I don’t really sense an floral notes in this, but can certainly sense the milk and sugary notes. While some consider this perfume too juvenile, I disagree. I find it befitting for any lady, younger or older!

I like this scent, but it does smell like a mixture of chai tea, sugar and milk, with a hint of baby powder like RavynG says lol. But not in a bad way, it is a pleasant smell IMO. I remember it as being sweet and spicy.

I got this in a gift set when it 1st came out years ago back in 2003 and liked it. The scent reminds me baby powder with hints of cinnamon, floral & musk..IMO this is love it or hate it scent.
I actually like it a lot now more than I did when I 1st got it years ago lol this is another one that I’m surprised never turned on me,my bottle pretty much has been sitting for years hardly used (my bottle is filled up to right before where the glass starts to curve!!) I think it was too powdery for me back when I got it and it still smells the exact same 12yrs later lol I used it around New Years for the 1st time in years and instantly fell in love with it….its like discovering it all over again but now really loving it! #oldiebutgoodie
*Lasting power is excellent,it lasts a long time and can be heavy imo 1 or 2 spritzes goes a long way!

A gift from my mom, I guess I never really told her I didn’t liked this fragrance. It was too strong and powdery for my taste. One thing is true: it doesn’t smell cheap.

  48. :

ummm, baby powder and chai tea with milk. I suppose it might be attractive to a younger crowd who has never smelled like baby powder from having a real baby for 2-3 years no matter what else they tried to smell like. To me it conjures images of a rocking chair in the nursery while the new mom tries to drink a cup of tea before the baby wakes up from the nap needing a diaper change. I have never smelled any of the subtle notes claimed for any Curve, but this is better than most for longevity and sillage, it just does not smell like a perfume to me-more like the scents you might pick up as you run through your day (especially if you are a baby-sitter or new mom!)

I forgot my perfume while on vacation and wanted to smell nice while being touristy so I bought a cheap tiny bottle of this at Walmart. I know it was stupid to buy before trying it on, but I only paid a couple of dollars for a miniture bottle.
I sniffed the little bottle carefully and it smelled OK at first, not my favorite but wearable. I was wrong, I was so wrong. On my skin, it smells heavily of sweet milk and powdery musk. The spicey notes take a back seat to the overwhelming sugar and cinnamon. Those spices fade pretty quickly, within minutes, and you’re left smelling like flowers soaked in milk and musk. It’s not pleasent and the blend is like a hybrid old lady/teeny bopper perfume. I think it smells cheap and trashy. You know when you walk past someone in a store and you catch a whiff of their cheap dollar store body mist mixed with their hairspray – that’s what this reminds me of.

This was a blind buy and meant to be for a friend of mine, but I ended up getting stuck with it and decided to try it. The only thing I could smell once I sprayed it was the musky, powdery note with a dash of pepper. I HATED it. Though it dried down to a soft milky-floral on me after an hour or so (which admittedly was nice), the powder smell stuck in my nose for several hours. I’m actually kind of glad my friend never received this, because I would have been embarrassed to give this. Way too musky and powdery, and stale.

Upon first spray, I was a little frightened because it smelled a bit like air freshener. But, then I let it settle on my skin and really liked it! The musk smells a bit like baby powder but it works with the other notes making this a very unique scent. Smell gets better as time goes on!! Great buy!

A co-worker of mine wore this to the office and I asked her what it was. I was stunned when she told me it was Curve Crush. I thought it was an expensive niche house fragrance! I wore the original Curve many years ago but I never would equate that to the Crush. I may have to rethink and re-explore Liz Claiborne fragrances now. It really smelled heavenly on her especially the spicy notes that caught my attention.

I bought this perfume without smelling it first because I love the way chi tea smells. When I opened the box, I thought wow this is way too sweet for me. IMO the milk, vanilla, sugar and floral notes make it very sweet almost sickening so. But I decided to try it anyways. After spraying it, the first few minuets were still way too sweet for me. But then the strong spicy notes asserted themselves balanced by the musk and I really liked the combination of scents, although still almost too much vanilla for me. I think this scent can grow on me and I could really see it as a summertime scent. So, if you are not a fan of sweet scents, try it before you buy it but you might end up surprised.

Curve Crush smells like something I’d be wearing on a casual winter day, while under a snug blanket, sipping a hot chocolate or coffee. It’s comforting, warm and spicy… the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon are very prominent on me.

i love the smell of this. it’s powdery and soft, lasts a good amount of time and not overwhelming. i get the cinnamon and clove notes too which i love. what i don’t get it is the milk note and that’s quite alright with me. i don’t even think it’s needed in this fragrance, but that’s just me.

Its not an old lady scent but it IS powdery…a lot of older women use powders so maybe that’s what your daughter meant.
I think its a very nice scent, better than the original Curve I had both.

I don’t think it’s old lady. My daughter does. I think it’s divine. I sprayed it on after my shower yesterday and today, almost 24 hours later got whiffs of powder and vanilla chai tea yum. I think people better just accept the old lady perfume references because it’s part of today’s slang and has been for years. Many young girls and young women prefer sweet, light florals or candy scents and are intimidated by strong spices and bold florals, those old lady scents our grandmas wore. I know because I was one who preferred light scents, but my nose and tastes have evolved. Let my daughter have my sweet , girly scents…I’ll keep my old lady fumes to myself, no shame.

I love this scent, classic and it DOES NOT smell like an old closet/old lady….funny thing is when we do get old what do we think we will smell like,
