Why am I getting shades of Gres Cabaret? This perfume is very similar in style, with that same hairspray vibe to it, but the difference between the two is that Crystal Star is far more beautiful, wearable and fresh. The initial spray, which is clean and airy, settles after a while into a sweet, vanilla base but it never becomes cloying. Slightly woody, a well behaved patchouli, a sprinkling of Rose and a pinch of pepper, this lovely perfume has stayed with me all day and I am actually craving its smell.
It’s very refined, classy and simple and I simply love it!

Similar to Allure Sensuelle by Chanel, but lighter. I’m not impressed.
