I was really excited when my .13 sample size of this fragrance finally arrived. Due to the rarity of Jill Stuart products in the US, my hopes for this being a scent that mimics the purity of snow was high. It is not a bad fragrance. On me it has more sweetness than florals or powder. It reminds me of something from the late 80’s early 90’s because of it’s scent profile. For this reason it smells more autumnal than wintery. It’s quite warm. The florals are very subdued. Less green and maybe the addition of freesia would have made this truly like a crystal bloom in the snow. The bottle is charming and will be a delight to see on my vanity. It is likable and has a kind of familiarity to it, but not snowy.
