Well first of all, this does not remind me of any of the fragrances currently listed in the “reminds me of” category, but to each their own. There is a bit of a sharpness here, a very “perfumey smell” as I call it (ie, can’t really pick apart the notes, a little synthetic and very manufactured-smelling)…Reminds me of something from my (or more likely, my mother’s) past. Has a bit of a vintage feel/smell to this. If I were pressed to describe this, I would say a green white floral. I am not picking up the woody accord at all, maybe a wee touch of powderiness accord, but that is almost non-existent. There is no fruitiness to this for me. The bottle is prettier in online pic’s than in person, imho.
All in all, there are worse, but, there are better. There is a classy, elegant smell about this, but I just find others that I like better in that vein. A clean green white floral, but can lean a little bit screechy. Not a fave, but not a dislike. The heat may work nicely with this, I will have to revisit this in the Summer; it is still cold Winter here, so perhaps this is one of those fragrances that temperatures affect the performance. Trivial, the box I received, the writing is kind of hard to see; when this arrived, I forgot what it was, and I sort of had to strain my eyes to read the box (and I am not that old, and my eyes are not bad, lol).
Almost a regrettable purchase, but, the bottle is still kind of pretty, so, I will keep this one…for now, anyway. But had this not been a blind buy, I probably would’ve passed this one by, if tested in a store. Meh!!

I first smelt this fragrance in the souvenir shop of Versailles and was deeply obsessed with it that I bought a bottle of it along with a few other fragrances produced by this brand.
Its bottle is stunning – that’s what first caught my attention – with another perfume called Reverence. Then I could not help but keep smelling the scent just like an addict after the first smell of it.
To me, it is a sweet fragrance but not too sweet with freshness of flowers. It reminds me of spring and summer when flowers blossom and fruits fructify. The scent is so unique that I can recognize it after smelling a few times. It is a blend of fruits and flowers but not that kind of ordinary fruits-and-flowers scent which is too sweet and featureless, that you can remember nothing but its overly cloying sweetness and you can never distinguish it among heaps of perfumes.
This is definitely one of my favourite fragrances while another being Dior J’adore. I would use it day and night and usually in spring and summer though sometimes autumn and winter as well. Use it whenever you want to be fascinating. It will never disappoint you!

I smell Daisy by Marc Jacobs with the dry down from J’Adore, but all very muted. Fresh, modest and inoffensive, a smooth sweetness from the pear and white flowers. Poor sillage.

High quality blend. I am very surprised with this complex fresh LOTV niche like fragrance. Bought at very affordable price from a local store.

This bottle caught my attention with its design. It was buried in a collection of many other perfumes in the store. I was looking for musky/powdery/sweet but woody scent and when I described these notes to the store lady, she gave me a bunch of testing strips with scents that just won’t cut it. So I gave up, I decided to just go by the look of the bottles and see if I can stumble upon something I like. So this is how I picked up the bottle.
I find the bottle very beautiful – princessy with a bit of victorian style, a bit nostalgic but youthful and elegant. I totally picture it in my head the perfect piece of a perfume bottle to adorn the vanity.
The scent is beautiful. It opens up with this very sweet and rich mixture of Blackcurrant and Pear, then it moves to a delightful mixture of jasmine and lily-of-the-valley with later the wood base notes disclosing itself and playing a good part at keeping everything warm and intimate. I usually don’t like jasmine notes in any perfume, but I like lily-of-the-valley, Blackcurrant, and pear. This one with its smooth blend with lily-of-the-valley, I was able to accept the jasmine. Though it is winter time for me right now but I see this more of a springtime perfume. 🙂

It really needs time to get used to it.
First time after smelling, it seemed overly fresh. It’s a true jasmine and lily of the valley scent, if you love those notes, you will love that perfume.
I think I couldn’t wear it, it’s too intensively white floral.
Not for my taste for sure.
