Warm, sweet and plummy. Nicely backed by amber, rosewood and violet. As it dries down the rose comes into the picture, not prominently, but you get whiffs of it here and there.
I kind of get why it’s called Cotton Club. It’s so cozy. Like a soft sweater.
It makes a great evening scent, but it’s not so heavy as to be unwearable in day time. I’d say it’s best for fall/winter or spring/summer evenings.
To top it off, the bottle is adorable.
