This opens with lemony aldehydes, even though they aren’t listed there. Very Chanel #5 –bright but not too harsh…but also not as complex. The rest of the fragrance is lemony galbanum and honestly that’s about it. 2 sprays is about 5.5 hours to skin scent, it’s not loud, but it definitely evokes a certain era. Much less powdery or strong than other aldehyde or galbanum heavy fragrances that you might be familiar with. It was inexpensive when I bought it, but not very easy to hunt down.
