I sampled Colour Me Pink and Red today. One on each wrist. I’ll pass on the Pink as it smells like plasticky fruity hairspray on my skin but will check out the Red again. This reminds me very strongly of Gucci Rush, albeit a bit softer. I think this could be a nice alternative to GR.
Edit: I’ve got a bottle now and am wearing it today. I find CmR to be quite close to Gucci Rush indeed. It is not quite as strong as GR but projects very nicely and longevity on my clothes is impressive for such an inexpensive scent. One spray of this is enough for quite some time…not bad at all!

I’d like to say that this is a glorified body spray/mist, because it kinda is, but that would be overlooking its EDP status and its impressive sillage (and it would be a bit unfair). This is a cheap one (2.750 KD or so, around 9 dollars) and it kind of shows. The bottle is pressurized which I, personally, have never seen in an EDP before (all the other perfumes in the line follow suit). This means it sprays a lot. And I do mean a lot.
This particular fragrance is strange and kind of off-putting if you over-spray (and you will if you’re not careful). It opens up with an alcoholic burst then dries down to a strange cloying powdery-flowery mess. It’s just too much. There’s some citrus there as well. But as it mellows out, it becomes better and more tolerable.
It’s a big ‘meh’ for me, bordering on ‘ugh’. Better off as a body spray.
