I recently purchased a sample set from the House of Cherry Bomb. Coffee Amber Vanilla is the second in the set I have tried. As the name suggests, CAV is all about the blend of Coffee, Amber and Vanilla. As I write this review, coffee is listed as the dominant note, I have to disagree. The amber is the star in this fragrance, with coffee and vanilla a few steps behind in a supporting role. CAV is a linear scent and retains the amber dominance with the coffee and vanilla following close behind for the life of the fragrance.
I get good longevity on my skin. Project is good for the fist few hours, then settles down a bit, but more arms length than skin scent.
Truly a unisex scent. I can see both men and women wearing this. CAV is a pleasant, non-offensive sent that can fit for almost all occasions.
Bottom line: If you like amber, coffee and vanilla notes you should try a sample of this.
